Trinkgläsergestell Die Erfindung betrifft ein Trinkgläsergestell für Gastwirtschaften, dessen kreisrunde Tablare einzel dreh bar auf einer vertikalen Säule montiert sind.
Es sind bereits Gestelle solcher Art bekannt, die als platzsparende und übersichtliche Warenschaugestelle im Verkaufsgewerbe angewendet werden. Diese bekannten Gestelle ermöglichen die Anwendung als stark frequen tierte, rationelle und äusserst hygienische Trinkgläser ablage kaum, weil sie im wesentlichen folgende Nach teile aufweisen: - Der Durchmesser aller Tablare ist gleich gross, was rasche und verschiedenartige Hand griffe erschwert und die Standsicherheit herabsetzt;
der geforderte hohe Grad an Hygiene kann nicht er reicht werden, weil der mehrarmige Gestenfuss und die mehrarmigen Tragkonsolen der Tablare schlecht zu rei nigende Rippen, Ränder und Verschraubungen aufwei sen und weil etwaiger Schmutz auf den undurchsichtigen Tablaren nicht sofort erkannt wird; - die Drehstabilisie rung der Tablare erfolgt mittels Führungshülsen, die durch Feuchtigkeitseinwirkung klemmen können.
Die Erfindung setzt sich zum Ziel, durch die Behe bung dieser Mängel ein platzsparendes, rationelles und hygienisches Trinkgläsergestell zu schaffen.
Das erfindungsgemässe Trinkgläsergestell mit den kreisförmigen, einzel drehbaren Glastablaren zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass die Tablare verschieden grosse Durchmesser aufweisen, dass sich die Durchmesser der einzelnen Tablare, vom untersten bis zum obersten Ta- blar je verkleinernd abstufen,
dass die Trag- und Dreh stabilisierung jedes Tablars mittels eines Tragrings und eines auf Kugeln gelagerten Gleitrings unterseits und einem Haltering oberseits des Tablars geschieht und dass die Gestellbasis eine kompakte Platte aufweist.
Aus der Zeichnung und dem nachstehenden Be schrieb geht ein Ausführungsbeispiel hervor. Fig. 1 zeigt einen vertikalen Schnitt durch die Gestellachse, Fig. 2 zeigt die Detailausbildung der Tablarstabilisierung in einem vertikalen Axialschnitt, und Fig. 3 zeigt die Vor richtung, die vermeidet, dass die Gläser von den Ta- blaren rutschen können.
Die Basis des dargestellten Tablargestells wird durch eine kreisrunde, verzinkte Stahlplatte 1 gebildet, die aus hygienischen Gründen mit einer Haube 2 aus verchrom tem Blech oder aus eloxiertem Aluminiumblech abge deckt ist. Als Tablartragsäule ist vertikal ein verchrom tes Stahlrohr 3 im Zentrum der Grundplatte 1 befestigt. Dieses Stahlrohr weist am oberen Ende eine Kappe 4 als Abschluss auf.
Die verschieden grossen Glastablare 5, 6, 7, 8 sind stufenförmig übereinander ,so angeordnet, dass Mais Tablar mit dem grössten Durchmesser 5 zu unterst und dasjenige mit dem kleinsten Durchmesser 8 zuoberst liegt. Das Trag- und Drehstabilisierungsele- ment jedes einzelnen <RTI
ID="0001.0056"> Tablars zeigt Fig. 2. Der Tragring 9 mit dem Kugelsitz 10 ist mittels einer versenkten Schraube 11 an die Gestellsäule 3 geklemmt. Auf dem Kugelkranz 12 liegt lose Ader Gleitring 13 mit oder Ku gelführung 14. Das Glastablar 5 (auch 6, 7, 8) ist auf diesen Gleitring gelegt und auf der oberen Seite gehalten mit dem Haltering 15, der wie der Tragring mit einer versenkten Schraube 16 an die Gestellsäule 3 geklemmt ist.
Durch die Einstellmöglichkeit eines minimalen Spiel raums 17 zwischen Glastablar und Haltering 15 und durch das Eigengewicht des Tablars wird das horizon tale Wackeln des Tablars selbst bei einseitiger Belastung ausgeschlossen. Tragring 9, Drehring 13, Haltering 15, Feststellschrauben 11, 16 sind verchromt. Die Vorrich- tung an jedem Glastablar nach Fig. 3 verhindert das Herunterrutschen der Trinkgläser.
Sie besteht aus einem verchromten Metallring 18 mit rundem Querschnitt, der mittels einer Anzahl verchromter Halteklemmen 19, die mit versenkter Schraube 20 an das Tablar befestigt sind, in einer geringen Distanz über der Tablaraussenkante gehalten wird. Da alle sichtbaren Eisenteile verchromt sind, lässt sich das Gestell sehr gut sauber halten und etwaiger Schmutz wird auf den Glastablaren sofort be merkt. Jedes Tablar ist einzel drehbar und kann in der Höhe verstellt werden.
