Description

Shelf console The main patent relates to a shelf console with a fixed support rail and a vertically adjustable support arm that can be adjusted at different heights, the support arm having a fork-shaped end in the longitudinally slotted support rail and by means of pegs seated at the ends of the fork legs in holes of the back of the retaining rail engages and the upper fork leg, which locks against pulling out of the retaining rail by means of a crossbar, is directed obliquely upwards at an angle to the support arm attachment, such that

that by pivoting the support arm upward the exit of the lower fork leg from the support rail and by a quarter turn around the axis of the upper fork leg the support arm can be removed from the support rail The subject of the invention is a further From education of the shelf console according to the main patent, in which the lower according to the invention Fork leg of the support arm is at right angles to this angeord net and has a threaded hole facing the retaining rail, Ge,

into which a set screw provided with a spacer shoulder and a pin for engaging a notch hole in the retaining rail is screwed in an exchangeable manner, whereby the support arm is held in a horizontal position when the spacer attachment is fully in contact with the fork leg and when the adjusting screw is turned against the retaining rail a Swiveling the support arm is effected upwards.

In the drawing, for example, an embodiment of the subject invention is shown, namely shows.

1 shows a side view of the console, partly in section, with the support arm set horizontally, FIG. 2 shows a side view of the console, partly in section, with the support arm inclined, and FIGS. 3 and [B] 4 each a top view of the console when a support arm is hooked in, in the position of the latter turned straight through an angle of 90 and in the hooked position.

The shelf console shown has the holding rail 1 and several vertically adjustable support arms 2 which can be locked in the desired height position and on which an extendable support part 2d can be locked in any desired position is ordered. The end of the support arms 2 that engages in the holding rail 1 is forked. The upper fork leg 7 forms with its transverse bar 7a a shaped part which engages through the longitudinal slot of the retaining rail 1 and is anchored in the rail cavity by the narrowing formed in the longitudinal slot.

A pin 7b arranged on the crossbeam 7a engages in one of the notch holes 5 arranged on the back of the rail, which are arranged at regular intervals one above the other. The lower fork leg 8 forms a right angle with the support arm 2, so that in the horizontal position of the support arm 2 it runs vertically, that is, parallel to the holding rail 1 . In this position of the support arm 2, the upper fork leg 7 can be detached from the holding rail 1 by rotating it about its axis.

The lower fork leg 8 forms an eye at its end with a threaded hole directed towards the holding rail 1 , into which from the side of the holding rail 1 an adjusting screw 8a is screwed in, the end of which facing the retaining rail 1 has a pin 8b for engagement in a notch hole 5 and a spacer shoulder 8c. The spacer attachment 8c engages through the longitudinal slot of the holding rail 1 into the cavity of the latter and secures the horizontal position of the support arm 2 when it rests completely on the fork leg 8 .

The adjusting screw 8a has at its end facing away from the holding rail 1 a slot for its rotation by means of a screwdriver. By turning the adjusting screw 8a against the holding rail 1 , an upward pivoting of the support arm according to arrow a in Fig. 1 is achieved, so that in the case of long, unevenly loaded trays, the consequence of heavy loading downward sloping support arms 2 can be raised so far that a completely straight course of the tray is achieved.

If this adjustment is not carried out on long, unevenly loaded shelves, wooden shelves have a wave-like shape, while glass shelves break in this case. By adjusting the position of the support arms 2 by means of the adjusting screws 8a, even long trays can be given a straight course if the load is uneven.

The adjusting screw 8a with the spacer 8c can be exchanged for an ordinary adjusting screw 16, FIG. 2, for which it is not even necessary to unhook the support arm 2, since it is very easy to replace the adjustment screw with the support arm 2 attached can be made. With this adjusting screw 16 an inclined position of the support arm 2 is possible, as is very desirable in self-service shops and when goods are displayed on higher-lying trays in order to achieve a better overview.

By screwing back this adjusting screw 16 , a downward pivoting of the support arm 2 in the direction of the arrow b in FIG. 2 is achieved, with the lower fork leg 8 is pivoted into the cavity of the holding rail 1 . The stress on the adjusting screw 16 against bending is very small here, since the lower fork leg 8 is as close as possible to the retaining rail 1 and therefore the adjusting screw 16 can be kept very short. The replacement of the adjusting screw 8a for the adjusting screw 16 and vice versa can be carried out without detaching the support arm 2 be accomplished.

Thanks to the arrangement of the lower fork leg 8 at the end of the support arm 2 as close as possible to the holding rail 1, connected to the right-angled position of the lower fork leg 8 With regard to the support arm 2, the holding rail 1 , as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, can also be mounted completely in the corner of the room without causing a Unhooking and hanging the or the support arms 2 he would be difficult, since a rotation of the support arms about their own axis in their horizontal position is possible.
