With stands and cantilevers extending from them, punched holes being provided in the stands and the cantilevers each having two L-shaped bends which are bent over the top a cantilever extending hook are equipped for releasable hanging in the cutouts and the stands are designed as a T-profile stand and in the flanges of the T-profile stand the cutouts are arranged in pairs at a distance from one another and at the same height, with one at the end of each cantilever Base plate is attached, on which the mentioned hooks are located as holding elements.

A cantilever rack of this type is known from European patent specification 0 061 514 B1. It is a cantilever rack that is easy to assemble or disassemble and can be easily adapted to the goods to be stored and the spatial conditions of the available space. The cantilever rack has proven to be advantageous in practice.

The experience gained with this cantilever rack at many locations with different operating conditions has shown that it is often desirable or necessary to align the Cantilever arms to make one another. If, for example, the erection level of the stands has height differences or deviations from the horizontal, the resulting irregularities in the installation continue into the alignment of the cantilever arms. Furthermore, even slight shape tolerances on the base plates formed from cast steel or drop-forged and their hooks can lead to deviations of the cantilever arms from the exact alignment with one another. However, such an alignment is important when storing long material and in particular rigid long goods such as pipes, profiled iron and the like, in order to ensure a uniform load distribution on the cantilever arms lying in an approximately horizontal plane and thereby to avoid overloading individual cantilever arms.

From document EP-A-0 269 425 it has become known in a cantilever rack of the aforementioned type to arrange an adjusting element projecting with an adjustable support length against a flange of a profile stand in the lower region of each cantilever foot plate in order to ensure a uniform alignment of the cantilever arms with one another.

In view of this prior art, the invention is based on the object of improving a cantilever rack of the aforementioned type and of designing it in such a stable and robust manner with simple means that problem-free adjustment or adjustment for uniform alignment of the cantilever arms with one another in one plane is achieved even under heavy load becomes.

This object is achieved in that in the lower region of each footplate, an adjusting element protruding against the fleece with an adjustable support length is arranged as a spacing support element, the support element being a screw body which can be lengthwise adjusted to the surface of the footplate against the flange and which is guided in a bore in the footplate and screwed into a nut and is supported by this on the surface of the footplate, and in that the nut is arranged in a recess formed between edge beads on the surface of the footplate.

The edge beads at the lower end of the base plate are expediently designed to run against one another to form a conical plate tip with two end surfaces that are parallel and have spaced-apart key surfaces of the nut.

A threadless hole can then be cast into the base plate, through which the screw body is inserted from the side of the base plate that supports the cantilever arm and screwed into the nut and is supported on the contact surface of the base plate.

Further expedient refinements are provided in accordance with the subclaims. An embodiment of the invention is explained in the following description with reference to the figures.

According to FIG. 1, the cantilever rack has a T-profile stand (1) in a known and proven design. Two stands are provided for at least one shelf. The number of stands is arbitrary, and these can be arranged at equal or unequal intervals. In the illustrated embodiment, these T-profile stands are double T-profile stands. Pairs of punched-out areas (3) are formed in the flanges (2) of this profile stand (1). The punched-out portions (3) of each pair are at the same height, several pairs being arranged one above the other in the flanges (2). These punched-out pairs (3) can be formed in a flange (2) or in both opposite flanges of a double T-beam. These punched-out sections can be oval, rectangular or round, for example.

In order to be able to design, assemble or adapt shelves in any way, the cantilever arms (4) have hooks (5) at one end, with which they can be detachably suspended in a pair of punched-out portions (3) of the profile stands (1). It can be seen that as a result of this design, any number of cantilever arms can be suspended in a stand (1), specifically at predetermined heights. Subsequent changes in the height of the cantilever arms can also be carried out without difficulty. The hooks (5) extend upwards relative to the upper side (6) of the cantilever arm (4). The hooking and unhooking of the cantilever arms (4) is thereby made considerably easier. To increase the stability of the cantilever rack, foot plates (7) are attached to the end of each cantilever arm (4). The base plate (7) can be welded to the cantilever arm (4), for example. A good support of the cantilever arm (4) on the profile stand (1) is achieved in that the height (H) of the foot plate (7) is greater than the height (h) of the cantilever arm (4).

The overview of FIGS. 2 to 4 shows the design of the cantilever rack on a base plate (7) which has been improved according to the invention. In Figure 4, the base plate (7) is shown at an intermediate stage during the hooking of the hook (5) into the recess (3) of the flange (2), just before the contact surface (9) of the hook (5) as a result of the moment exerted by the cantilever arm (4) comes to rest on the outside (10) of the flange (2). When this has taken place, the base plate (7) adjusts itself with its surfaces (11) or (12) at a distance approximately parallel to the flange (2).

According to the present invention, an adjusting member (20) projecting against the flange (2) with an adjustable support length "S" is arranged in the lower region of the base plate (7). The adjusting member (20) is designed as a spacing support element. Through this, the foot plate (7) is on the one hand in the upper area with the contact surface (9) of the hook (5) on the outside (10) of the flange (2) and on the other hand with the adjusting member (20) in the lower area on the inside (8 ) of the flange (2). By changing the support length "S" with the help of the adjusting element (20), the parallelism between the base plate (7) and the flange can now be changed and the horizontal orientation of the cantilever arm (4) can thus be adjusted. It can be seen that the adjusting device is very practical on the one hand and surprisingly simple on the other hand.

In an expedient embodiment, the support element is a screw body (20) which is adjustable in length with a thread at right angles to the surface (12) of the footplate (7) and is guided in a bore (13) in the footplate (7). In the simplest embodiment, the screw body (20) can be screwed into the bore (13) of the footplate (7), which is occasionally provided with an internal thread (not shown).

Although this embodiment represents a very useful means of achieving the object on which the invention is based, another embodiment is preferred in which the screw body (20) is screwed into a nut (21) and, on the one hand, engages over it on the contact surface (12) of the base plate (7) and on the other hand on the inside (8) of the flange (2), as shown in the exemplary embodiment in FIG.

Farbauftragseinrichtung. An expedient embodiment provides that the nut (21) is arranged in a central recess (15) formed between edge beads (14) on the surface (12) of the footplate (7). At the bottom of the recess (15) receiving the nut (21) is the bore (13), the diameter of which corresponds at least to the diameter of the screw body (20). This bore (13) is advantageously molded into the molded part (7) of the footplate anyway, for example cast in, and serves u. a. within the production process for hanging the footplate (7) on a transport hook when passing through a descaling or paint application device.

Justiereinstellung eines mit der Fußplatte (7) verbundenen Kragarmes (4).A very expedient arrangement results, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, in that the edge beads (14) at the lower end of the base plate (7) run towards each other to form a conical plate tip (16) with two parallel key surfaces (22 ) of the nut (21) form-fitting end faces (17) are formed. The nut (21), which is loosely inserted, for example, is secured against turning when the adjusting member (20) is screwed on. This measure is of surprising simplicity and facilitates the assembly or adjustment adjustment of a cantilever arm (4) connected to the base plate (7).

Furthermore, the screw body (20) is formed on the support side with a support surface (23) corresponding to the core diameter and perpendicular to its axis and at the opposite end with an Allen key (24) suitable for the engagement of an Allen key.

It can also be provided that the nut (21) is fastened in the recess (15) between the end faces (17) of the beads (14) on the footplate, for example by gluing or by means of welding spots.

It can be seen that the inventive design of the base plate (7) with an adjusting member (20), which can be arranged without problems in a bore (13) provided in the shaped piece, provides a surprisingly simple way of aligning different cantilever arms (4). a cantilever rack is reached. With the adjusting member (20), the horizontal position of the cantilever arms (4) on the finished shelf can be easily adjusted. This ensures that all cantilevers at an altitude are exactly in one plane and carry rigid loads such as pipes and the like with a safe and even load distribution. Adjustment elements can also be easily retrofitted into existing cantilever racking.
