Apparatus for the wet treatment of web-shaped textile goods, such as thread cables, tapes, sliver The invention relates to a device for the wet treatment of web-shaped textile goods, such as thread cables, tapes, slivers, which are treated folded under suction train.
In the manufacture of fibers from cellulose solution, it is necessary to subject the threads, ribbons, etc. obtained to washing and cleaning operations. One makes use of a method after the freshly spun fibers are placed in turns as close as possible to one another on a base slowly rotating around a vertical or slightly inclined axis, treated there with vapors or liquid and then removed.
According to the invention, the object is therefore to be solved who to create a more effective device that works with a better degree of efficiency, so that a lot of material can be passed through the liquor with the smallest possible contact surface in order to keep the device shorter or to manage with smaller contact surfaces.
This object is achieved by the device according to the invention. This is characterized by means for placing the goods radially folded on the jacket of the liquor drum.
Exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are then explained with the aid of 5 figures which, in various embodiments, schematically show cross-sections through devices. These figures show that the material is radially pleated and guided through the bath 10 on the liquor drum 9.
The goods 6 according to FIG. 1 are brought up by a pair of rollers 8 to a pair of grippers 1, which executes reciprocating movements according to the arrow 13 and grips the goods at a distance from the liquor drum 9 and leads them to the jacket, here then lets go when the suction of the drum takes effect, which can be shielded in the upper area by a cover plate 14.
The pair of rollers 8 can roll loosely when the pair of grippers 1 is effective or it can continuously convey the material 6; both variants are conceivable.
When the material is passed through the bath 10, it is grasped by a pair of rollers 12 and, for example, placed on an endless belt (not shown) and removed in a manner known per se. The pair of rollers 12 can be designed as a pair of squeeze rollers.
The pair of grippers 1 can be made up of individual rods that are connected in line one behind the other or of slat-like gripper elements that work together in the sense described above. The pair of grippers 1 squeezes (roughly) the goods between them in the dashed position (i.e., grabs them) and guides them to the intake, which is roughly where the cover plate 14 ends, i.e. H. where the induced draft begins.
How the goods are performed on the fleet drum 9 is indicated; The individual loops can be of the same size or different, or very short loops can be provided or very long loops, which in turn will depend on the material.
Another way to bring the goods to the liquor drum 9 is shown in FIG. Two rollers 8 (or, mutatis mutandis, several rollers) lead the material web 6 onto an endless conveyor belt 2, which points with its free edge to the liquor drum 9 and delivers the pre-pleated material aligned in the radial direction at the input train to the drum shell.
This figure otherwise corresponds to FIG. 1, but a slide 11 is also shown; this makes back and forth movements in the sense of the assigned arrow and can thus push the material already seized by the induced draft even more together so that the surface of the drum can be better utilized.
It goes without saying that the individual working organs of the devices shown in the individual figures can also be combined with each other, d. H. Part 11 can, for example, also be used analogously in FIG. 1 or in another figure. A pair of rollers going back and forth (according to arrow 15) is shown here; these roles can continuously promote and run back and forth, promoting the material in the direction of the drum shell.
The process then takes place exactly as follows: The way the roller pair 8 works, the rollers 3 revolve (only the rollers 3 need to work and the roller pair 8 is loosely switched, i.e. it is not driven).
The pair of rollers 3 then rolls back on the existing material when it is in the direction of arrow 15, d. H. to the pair of rollers 8 (in this direction).
It continues to convey when it is brought back in the direction of the sieve drum shell, pushes a loop in front of it, which is then captured by the suction at the intake of the drum (here too, part 11 according to FIG. 2 could become effective again). This reciprocating movement takes place continuously and in a certain rhythm, the number of revolutions of the roller pair 3 being coordinated with the reciprocating movement according to arrow 15.
Here - by analogy with all other representations, several screening drums can be effective one after the other.
A very simple feeder device is shown in FIG. Here, the good 6 runs continuously drawn down from the pair of rollers 8a and is pressed against the sieve drum shell of the liquor drum 9 by at least one application rod 4 (it can also be a board or the like with preferably rounded edges), in the rhythm must that the radial loops arise, as shown here.
Another type of promotion is shown in FIG. The rollers 8 convey the good 6 in the direction of an application star 5, which rotates continuously according to the arrow 16 (this is also possible intermittently).
The placed goods are brought from the edges 17 of the star to the sieve drum shell; Here the material is sucked in and conveyed in radial loops, as described above.
It goes without saying that all the speeds of the conveying means are to be coordinated with one another, it being possible to work continuously or intermittently (including the pair of rollers 8).
A sieve 18 is also shown; In order to support the conveyance of the material, it circulates in the direction of the assigned arrow and presses the material once against the edges 17 of the star 5 or lifts it off the sieve drum shell at the outlet and transfers it to a roller 19, whereby the two rollers 19 , 20 can also be designed as press rollers (squeeze rollers).
The material is preferably applied to the rotating liquor drum by the intake rollers at a multiple of the conveying speed, for example five to ten times the conveying speed, and - if additional liquor drums are used - are delivered to the following liquor drums at the same conveying speed.
Furthermore, you can increase the flow rate of the liquor approximately in the ratio of the falling number of revolutions of the liquor drums to each other, for example by changing the induced draft and / or the perforation. The induced draft can also be changed within the first drum, for example by providing additional suction nozzles in the interior of the drum.
by using two or more fans and dividing the inside of the drum into suction zones in such a way that one suction zone sucks more, the other less, etc.
In order to feed in the goods or to squeeze out the liquor, appropriate feed means such as revolving conveyor belts, etc. can be used, but also downstream squeeze rollers. It. it is possible, please include a rotating sieve to be added to the sieve drum shell in order to dispense, i.e. H. the lifting, to favor, in other words to lei the good to the following squeegee roller by deflection.
The intake or take-off roller pair can be driven in the stretched state with a peripheral speed corresponding to the speed of the material to be treated.
In a further preferred embodiment, the drum shell perforation can also be changed in the course of a pass through the liquor.
To bring the good to the drum shell, namely for radial folded placement, you can make ver different additional means effective, for example, as explained, a pair of grippers that makes the corresponding back and forth movements to the drum shell or a conveyor belt that the goods in the same picks up the folded state (is fed by conveyor rollers) and is thus transferred to the sieve drum or rollers that go back and forth, which pull off the goods once in a uniform manner, but with a positive or
Negative acceleration experienced by a reciprocating movement or you can let the material run continuously from a pair of rollers and press it with an application rod or an application surface against the screen drum shell or you can also use a rotating application star or the like.
It goes without saying that the material at the intake is preferably fed to the sieve drum, with intake being understood as the part of the sieve drum where the suction part of the liquor drum begins, where the inner cover is no longer effective.
The pair of grippers works so that it is the example of hanging good, z. B. a Ge fabric web is considered, detected and brought up to the liquor drum, returns at a certain distance from each other so that the goods lying between the two grippers is not touched and the goods are clamped between them at a certain distance and pushes ahead. A pair of feed rollers can be effective here.
But you can also move the pair of conveyor rollers to the drum and from the drum, the conveying speed of the goods is to be adjusted accordingly.
Finally, one can assign a star to the fleet drum; a pair of rollers places the product on the star and the star moves intermittently or continuously and presses the product with its prongs against the liquor drum, which removes it clinging to the drum shell using suction.
The sieve drum does not need to be designed as a round drum; they can also be designed, for example, in a star shape or otherwise suitable receiving compartments which are also under suction or can be completely or partially covered and into which the material is then introduced.
