Machine for the pneumatic conveying of bulk materials, especially mortar or concrete
The present invention relates to a machine for the pneumatic conveying of bulk materials, in particular mortar or concrete.
In known machines of this type, the bulk material, for example a sand-cement mixture, passes from a funnel-shaped storage container through a passage opening on the bottom into a rotating metering drum and from there through an outlet opening usually offset by 18ob with respect to the passage opening Blow-off chamber, from where the dosed mixture is blown into the delivery line with the supply of compressed air. In such machines, the blow-off chamber is usually carried by a mobile machine lower part which comprises the drive means in the form of a motor, a gear unit and a plug-in shaft for the metering drum.
For dosing the bulk material, the drum has a plurality of through openings that are evenly distributed over the circumference and run parallel to the axis, which form the dosing chambers and which are filled from the storage container in the area of the opening and emptied in the area of the outlet opening when the drum rotates. The dosing of the bulk material depends on the size of the individual dosing chambers and their speed of rotation. In order to be able to achieve variable conveyance of the bulk material, the known machines of this type have a drum drive with two speeds. Furthermore, a larger number of drums with different metering chambers are provided so that they can be exchanged according to the desired delivery rate.
With the increasing demands on such machines, which are used alternately for mortar ice spraying, concrete spraying or concrete pumping at relatively short time intervals, for which each time a different dosage is required, changing the metering drum, which amounts to dismantling the entire machine structure, has become unacceptable.
The present invention aims to avoid the disadvantage of the known embodiments and to create a machine for the pneumatic conveying of bulk goods, in particular mortar or concrete, which allows variable dosing of the conveying of the bulk goods without any modification. This is achieved according to the invention in that a throttle device serving to change the cross-section of the passage is provided at the passage opening from the storage container to the metering drum.
With this measure, it is now possible, while maintaining the same metering drum, whose metering chambers can have a cross-section designed for the greatest conveying capacity required, to change the amount of material to be conveyed from the storage container to the metering drum without putting the machine out of operation.
In a preferred embodiment of the machine, the throttle device can comprise a closure plate arranged on a lever, which can be displaced on the inside on the bottom of the storage container in the area of the passage opening, the lever being limited by the displacement path of the closure plate, the guide slot in the wall of the container extends outwards.
Due to these measures, it is now only necessary to change the delivery rate of the machine, the lever z. B. to move clockwise or counterclockwise Ge to change the passage cross-section of the passage opening accordingly. In this case, display means can be provided on the throttle device, which represent a measure of the delivery rate. In addition, locking means can also be provided on the lever, which prevent unintentional adjustment of the lever, which is easily possible on construction sites.
An example embodiment of the inven tion gogenstandes will be explained in more detail with reference to the drawing. Show it:
Fig. 1 shows part of the machine in Explosivdarstelw development, partly in section and
2 shows a section through the machine along the section line II-II, on a larger scale.
According to FIG. 1, a metering drum 12 and subsequently a storage container 13 for the bulk material to be conveyed are placed on a machine lower part 11.
The lower part of the machine 11 is pierced at the top by an embroidery shaft 14, which is used for the driving connection with the drum 12. Furthermore, the upper floor of the lower machine part has an outlet opening 15 which opens into a blow-off space in the interior of the lower machine part 11, as will be described below. The bulk material reaching the Abbias space is blown off in a known manner without air via the connection supports 16.
In addition, the more detailed representation of the machine base, which usually rests on a chassis and essentially includes the drive means, such as the motor and gearbox, for the stub shaft 14 and screw bolts 17 for placing the storage container 13, should be dispensed with, since this is for the explanation of the invention is immaterial.
As mentioned, the metering drum 12 is slipped onto the shaft 14, sealing and sliding disks (not shown in detail) being provided between the lower part 11 and the drum 12. The drum 12 rotating with the stub shaft 14 has a number, in this example ten evenly distributed over its circumference, axially parallel through openings which form individual metering chambers 18, the cross-section of which is necessary for proper emptying during the rotation of the drum into the blow-off chamber in the Usually smaller than the cross-section of the outlet opening 15 and which are arranged so closely to one another that at least the respective subsequent metering chamber starts emptying when the previous one has just finished emptying.
Furthermore, the drum carries
12 on its upper end face a pin 19 which extends through a bearing bore 20 (FIG. 2) in the bottom of the storage container 13 bolted onto the lower machine part 11. Sealing and sliding disks (not shown in detail) are also provided between the drum and the underside of the storage container 13. The bearing pin 19 extends so far into the storage container 13 that an agitator (not shown in more detail), rotating with the drum, can be attached to it for loosening the bulk material introduced into the storage container. Under the effect of compressed air supplied from the storage container 13 via a connection support 21, the bulk material flows from the storage container through a passage opening 22 in the bottom of the container to the drum 12.
The passage cross-section of this opening 22 is generally larger than that of the dosing chambers 18 of the drum 12 that run through under the opening 22. The passage opening 22 is here arranged approximately diametrically opposite the outlet opening 15 on the lower part of the machine, so that each dosing chamber 18 of the drum 12 between the filling phase and the Entieernngphase covered about half a drum revolution. As is known, this arrangement avoids any reaction of the compressed air on the outlet side on the filling side of the machine.
The regulation of the delivery rate of the machine is achieved by changing the passage cross section of the opening 22 in the bottom of the container 13, for which a throttle device illustrated in more detail in FIG. 2 is provided. This throttle device comprises a lever 23, which is mounted with its one end via a hub 23a relative to the drum pin 23 so as to be pivotable about the latter. The other end of the lever extends through a longitudinal slot 24 in the wall of the container 13, the longitudinal slot 24 limiting the displacement path of the lever.
As FIG. 1 better shows, a closure plate 25 is attached to one side of the lever 23, which lies on the inside on the bottom of the container 13 and which, depending on the position of the lever 23, more or less covers the opening 22. Of course, the closure plate 25 can also extend on both sides of the lever 23 for this purpose. Furthermore, a slotted screen 26 with the lever 23 is arranged displaceably on this m, which rests against the wall of the container 13 and which covers the slot 24 in every position of the lever 23 in order to avoid leakage losses at this point.
As can now be easily seen, a simple shifting of the lever 23 is sufficient to regulate the delivery rate of the machine, without having to turn off the machine for this purpose, whereby the cross-section of the passage opening from the reservoir to the metering drum is changed and a more or less large amount Bulk material arrives in each metering chamber 18 and from there to the Abbiasraum.
Expediently, a scale, not shown in detail, is also arranged in the displacement area of the lever on the outside of the storage container, which with the lever 23 represents display means for the adjustable delivery rate of the machine.
Furthermore, a perforated plate 27 extending over the displacement area of the lever 23 is provided on the outside of the storage container according to FIG. 2, which, together with a locking pin 28 penetrating the lever 23, forms a locking device which prevents the lever 23 from being unintentionally displaced.
For a continuous passage of the material to be conveyed from the metering drum to the blow-off chamber, in particular with a reduced conveying capacity, it is expedient to provide a throttle device at the outlet opening 15 for changing the passage cross-section. This throttle device can easily correspond to that at the opening 22 in the bottom of the container 13 and can be switched synchronously with it for a regulation that is coordinated with one another.
The prescribed machine can of course also be used to convey other bulk goods, for example in agriculture for conveying agricultural products such as grain.
