Pièce de bijouterie pourvue de pierres décoratives visibles La présente invention a pour objet une pièce de bijouterie pourvue de pierres décoratives visibles. Elle est caractérisée en ce que chaque pierre est partiellement noyée dans un logement que présente un support fait d'une seule pièce déformable élastiquement et en ce que chaque support est lui-même noyé dans la pièce de bijouterie, les pierres étant retenues dans leur logement par le bord de celui-ci.
L'unique figure du dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de la pièce de bijoute rie selon l'invention.
Cette pièce de bijouterie est une bague 1 métallique qui est représentée partiellement en coupe au dessin et dont le chaton 2 élargi porte des pierres 3. Pour cela, le chaton 2 est percé d'ouvertures cylindriques 4 qui le tra versent de part en part. Chaque pierre 3 est fixée à la bague 1 par l'intermédiaire d'un élément cylindrique 5 en matière plastique qui est complètement noyé à l'inté rieur d'une des ouvertures 4. Les éléments 5 peuvent être fabriqués par injection. Ils présentent à une de leurs ex trémités une partie tronconique 6 facilitant leur engage ment dans l'ouverture 4. A leur autre extrémité, ils pré sentent un logement 7 s'ouvrant dans leur face frontale correspondante.
Ce logement est limité vers le haut par un rebord interne 8 adapté aux dimensions de la pierre 3.
Celle-ci est noyée partiellement dans le logement 7, sa partie de largeur maximum se trouvant en dessous de la face supérieure de l'élément 5, de sorte que le rebord 6 constitue un organe de retenue de la pierre.
L'engagement des pierres 3 dans leur logement 7 s'effectue sans difficulté par déformation élastique du support 5. La mise en place des supports sur la bague 1 s'effectue par chassage, la face latérale cylindrique de chaque support 5 étant ajustée aux dimensions de l'ou verture 4 correspondante de façon à s'engager à force dans cette ouverture. On voit (partie droite du dessin) que lors de cet engagement, il se forme à la partie supé rieure .du support 5 un bourrelet qui est ensuite rabattu par dessus la partie de plus grande largeur de la pierre 3 lorsque le support est amené dans sa position définitive représentée à la gauche du dessin.
Dans cette position, la pierre est verrouillée à son support puisque ce dernier ne peut se déformer dans aucune direction pour permet tre l'extraction de la pierre.
Bien entendu, la forme de la pièce de bijouterie peut être quelconque. Au lieu d'une bague, ce pourrait être un bracelet, un pendentif ou n'importe quelle autre pièce de bijouterie.
Les supports 5 pourraient aussi, dans d'autres for mes d'exécution, être constitués différemment de ce qui est représenté au dessin. Ainsi un même support pour rait présenter plusieurs logements destinés à recevoir chacun une pierre. Le ou les supports, au lieu d'être fixés par engagement à force .dans une ouverture cylin drique, pourraient être assujettis à la pièce de bijouterie de façon différente pour autant qu'ils soient maintenus dans une position fixe et par conséquent ne puissent ni se déplacer, ni se déformer. Les pierres sont ainsi fixées de façon inamovible à la pièce de bijouterie sans qu'il soit nécessaire d'avoir recours à des opérations de ser tissage dont l'exécution est délicate et dont les résultats sont souvent peu sûrs.
Pour constituer les supports 5 on utilise de préférence une matière thermoplastique telle que le nylon par ex emple. On peut toutefois, également utiliser du caout chouc naturel ou synthétique, ou une autre matière déformable élastiquement.
