Heat exchanger The invention relates to a heat exchanger with a bundle of multi-supported tubes with a cross flow against them, with lanes being present in the bundle transversely to the longitudinal direction of the tubes.
For the present patent, the term lane is understood to mean an intermediate space running transversely to the pipe axes, straight or approximately with a constant curvature, which is delimited on both sides by pipes.
If a medium flowing around them flows across the pipes of a heat exchanger, it is known that they can get into transverse vibrations between their support points, which can result in increased material stress or even pipe breaks. The invention serves to dampen these pipe vibrations. It is characterized in that vibration damper rods are arranged in the lanes, which each touch a part of the tubes between their support points.
The effect of the measure according to the invention is based on the fact that the vibrating tubes slide frictionally on the vibration damper rods that are in contact with them, as a result of which their vibration energy is largely absorbed and converted into heat.
In order to obtain free pipe sections with different natural frequency of the bending vibration, it is advantageous if the damper rods subdivide each individual pipe between its support points into free sections of different lengths.
Furthermore, the absorbed frictional work can be increased if one for a natural oscillation - z. B. for the fundamental oscillation - of the free tube between the support points places the points of contact of the vibration damper rods at points that have different vibration amplitudes or, in the case of harmonics, different directions of movement.
One way to achieve the additional benefits described above is that the damper rods enforce the tube bundle at an angle to the tube axes. In this way, it is also possible to prevent the damper rods from oscillating, since a damper rod touches various pipes at points with different vibrational states.
In order to prevent the pipes from oscillating around the damping rods like a balance beam, the damping rods can be arranged in such a way that their longitudinal extent is essentially parallel to the main plane of vibration of the pipes against which the flow is transversely flowing. The tubes of the heat exchanger are advantageously equipped with ribs.
Furthermore, the damping rods can be secured against displacement and rotation by additional means, these means consisting of a flat profile connected to the individual NEN damper rod, which is guided after assembly through two tubes parallel to its longitudinal axis. In addition, a bolt can be connected to the flat profile by a fastening screw, which is secured against rotation by a locking plate.
Another possibility for securing the damping rods in the case of tube bundles which are provided with ribs is that the damping rods are provided at least in the vicinity of their one end with a nose-like projection and with a holding piece extending transversely to their longitudinal direction are.
Further details of the invention emerge from the following description of an exemplary embodiment of the invention in conjunction with the drawing.
Figure 1 shows a cross section along the section line 1-I of Figure 2 of a heat exchanger, which is equipped according to the invention with vibration damper rods, and its tube bundle divided into individual, parallel, flat coils and in one, the one heat carrier, z . B. a gas, lead the flow channel is arranged.
FIG. 2 shows a top view of FIG. 1, partly in section, while FIG. 3 shows a section along the line III-III from FIG.
On a larger scale than in the preceding figures, an elevation or a floor plan of the damper rod denoted by 10 'in FIG. 1 is reproduced in FIGS. 4 and 5.
FIG. 6 shows a second embodiment of a damper rod, the section along the line VII-VII from FIG. 6 being shown in FIG. The heat exchanger shown as an exemplary embodiment is a heat exchanger which is intended for installation in the reactor system of a gas-cooled nuclear reactor. The pipes 3 of the Rohrbün dels through which it flows to he heated steam are built into a flow channel 1, open at the top and bottom, of rectangular cross section. This flow channel 1 is from the heat to be conducted reactor coolant, for.
B. C 2, traversed in the direction of arrow A (Fig. 1), so that the tubes 3 of the gaseous heat transfer medium flows across who the. A plurality of such flow channels are set up next to one another in a pressure vessel in a reactor system of this type that is already being implemented.
In order to give an idea of the size dimensions of the heat exchanger, it should be mentioned that the dimensions of a single such flow channel z. B. 2 x 2 x 10 m3 and this has a Ge weight of over 80 tons.
The denoted by 2 wall of the duct housing 1 is removable and is attached by screws 6 to two opposite, fixed walls of the housing 1 Ge.
The straight, with circular ribs 1, par allelic sections of the tubes 3 are combined with each other by rib-less reverse bends 8 to form flat, parallel tube panels through which the medium to be heated flows parallel from bottom to top, as indicated by the small arrows in FIG 1 is indicated.
The pipe panels, which are arranged vertically next to one another in the channel 1, are fastened to supporting rims 4 by means of clamps 5. These are in turn welded to the two walls of the channel 1 abutting against the wall 2 parallel to one another at a distance, the supporting rims on the two walls being arranged offset from one another in height.
As FIG. 1 shows, the individual pipe panels are also arranged offset from one another in height and held alternately from above and below by the clamps 5 (FIG. 3). By dividing the tube bundle into flat, parallel tube panels, erge ben, z. B. in the diagonal direction through the Rohrbün del, individual lanes through which the vibration damper rods 10 are pushed between the tubes 3 according to the invention.
As can be seen from FIGS. 2 and 3, the bars 10 are arranged in the lanes and at an angle to one another, so that the individual tubes 3 are divided into free sections of different lengths by them between their support points. The number of rods and their position are chosen so that each tube 3 is touched by damper rods 10 at least two points.
The bars 10, the cross section of which is preferably angular, have transverse dimensions that are slightly larger than the free lanes between the individual tubes 3 of the bundle. In this way who the rods 10 between the ribs 7 of the tubes 3 easily clamped so that rods and tubes touch each other safely, and when the tubes 3 vibrate this contact, at least for part of the Schwingungsbe movement is maintained. As a result, a considerable part of the vibration energy is destroyed by friction between the rods 10 and the tubes 3.
Furthermore, a rocking movement of the tube 3 about the point of contact, which is possible with point-like contact between the tube and the rod, is avoided. The rods 10 are pointed at one end in order to facilitate insertion into the alleys. Ge against twisting and moving are the rods 10 by welded to them flat profiles 11 (Fig. 4 and 5) ge secures that either rest against a tube 3 parallel to its axis or between two tubes 3, also parallel to their axes, are clamped .
If the flat profiles 11 cannot be clamped between two tubes 3, as is the case for the rods 10 '(FIG. 1), a bolt 13 is screwed onto the flat profiles 11 with a fastening screw 12. Figures 4 and 5 show such a rod 10 'on a larger scale in the side view and in the plan view. The bolt 13 has the function of securing the rod 10 'against longitudinal displacement. It is prevented from rotating with respect to the flat profile 11 by a locking plate 14 bent in a z-shape. The fastening screw 12 is secured against loosening by a safety sheet 15.
As he already mentioned, the additional elements 12 to 15 are only attached to the rods 10 ', in which the Flachpro fil 11 cannot be clamped between two tubes 3.
FIGS. 6 and 7 show a different form of a damping rod 10. Here, the rod has a rectangular cross section and, as securing elements, two bead-like attachments 16 which slide between the ribs 7 of the individual tubes 3. This rod 10 is secured against longitudinal displacement by a welded-on holding piece 17. Instead, however, it can also be provided that one of the rod ends is extended beyond the shoulder 16 and bent at an angle.
It should also be mentioned that instead of a rectangular cross-section of the rod and a bead-like approach, the entire rod can also be designed with a triangular cross-section. Finally, instead of solid rods, suitable hollow bodies can also be used in the same way.
The material used for the rods depends largely on the purpose of the heat transfer carrier and the temperatures that occur. For high temperatures, the rods are generally made of metal, e.g. B. made of iron, or metal alloys ago, while at low temperatures the rods be z. B. can also manufacture from a plastic.
A simple assembly for the heat exchanger described results in the following way: With the side wall 2 removed, a pipe panel is pushed around the other from the right (Fig. 1) into the housing 1 and there by means of the clamps 5 on the Tragbor the 4 attached. After inserting the third Rohrta fel, the damper rods 10a are inserted. The next three pipes are then installed. This is followed by the insertion of the rods 10b and then the assembly of the next 4 pipe panels. Then the rods 10d are inserted, which are secured with the help of the last, now assembled pipe panel.
Finally, the short and long bars 10 'are inserted. In order to prevent these rods from shifting in the longitudinal direction, the bolt 13 is attached thereon. The side wall 2, which in the example shown is screwed to the adjacent walls of the housing 1 with screws 6, is fastened in a single shot. After the assembly of the heat exchanger, however, the wall 2 can also be welded to the abutting walls.
The invention is by no means limited to the exemplary embodiment shown from. It is also possible to arrange the individual pipe panels in the example shown cursing rather than offset. Furthermore, the inven tion is not limited to pipe assemblies with flat pipe panels. It can also be applied to running after cylindri's helical tube bundles, in which the vibration damper rods z. B. be inserted in radial planes or along surface lines.
It is also possible to use the damper rods with involute-like bent pipes and inclined pipes, such as those used to avoid steam bubbles in the evaporator part of steam generators.
In principle, the invention can thus be used in all tube bundles in which there are transverse to the raw ren alleys into which the damper rods can be inserted.
Furthermore, the invention is not tied to heat exchangers in nuclear reactor and steam generator systems or to the attachment of the tube bundle in flow channels or to the use of tubes provided with ribs.
