Device for shedding branches
The. The invention relates to a device for shaking branches from a drive machine via a pulling rope, one end of which is connected to a branch hook that can be attached to a branch and the other end of which is connected to the eccentric of a flywheel.
The previously known devices of this type are very cumbersome to operate. However, since the working conditions are different for each shaking process, the pull rope must only be adaptable to the respective requirements. This requirement is met by the fact that, according to the invention, the flywheel is equipped with an eccentric roller which is freely rotatably mounted on it, around which the pull cable is guided and connected to a cable clamp which determines the cable length.
In order to be able to set up the pulling direction of the rope very steeply, the flywheel can be rotatably mounted about a horizontal axis. The structure of the device is particularly simple if the flywheel is arranged on a bearing block with connections for a three-point hitch. There is then no need for any special action.
Despite its simplicity, the Astso shaking device according to the invention is associated with good results in every respect. At this point. it should only be mentioned that the desired frequency can be freely selected by simply setting the corresponding engine speed of the tractor.
The distance is particularly advantageous; the eccentric roller adjustable from the axis of the flywheel. In this way, the amplitude of the back and forth movement of the branch hook and thus of the branch to which it is attached can also be predetermined.
The disadvantage of conventional devices that the branch hook can only be attached to a branch in a difficult and cumbersome way is avoided by the fact that the branch beacon connected to one end of the pull rope has a plug-in funnel that makes it easier to attach to a branch by means of a long rod assigned.
Other details and advantages of the subject matter of the invention emerge from the following description.
On the drawing is the invention. for example, show:
1 shows a front view of the branch shaking device according to the invention,
Fig. 2 shows a very schematic orphan and on a smaller scale, a side view of the m Fig
Fig. 3 the attachment of the branch hook to a branch.
As can be seen from the drawing, the device according to the invention essentially consists. afus a box-shaped bearing block l, at the top of which a tubular frame 2 with a. subsequent boom 3 is attached. This bearing block is provided with pivot pins, not shown in detail, for the arrangement on the n lower links of the three-point hitch of a tractor. For the upper link of the three-point suspension, the boom 3 carries a pivot point, which is also not shown in detail. The bearing block 1 is used to mount a flywheel 4, the shaft of which can be connected in a known manner to the PTO shaft of the tractor via a short cardan shaft.
On the flywheel 4, an eccentric roller 5 is fixedly or preferably adjustable via a spindle, a sliding block and a handwheel in a radial slot of the disk. A side arm 6 with a deflection pulley 7 is attached to the frame 2, to which a soil clamp 8 is attached. Above the flywheel 4, the arched extension arm 3 carries a cable guide 9 consisting of two pulleys. pivotable movable cable guide 10 with a likewise movable guide sleeve 11.
As can be seen from Fig. 1, one end of the pull rope 12 is provided with a padded branch hook 13, on which a piece funnel 14 is attached to ahn with the help of a long rod 15, for example a bamboo pole, at the front end of a dam plug funnel 14 adapted Steokkonus 16 is provided to be able to attach to a branch.
The branch shaking device according to the invention can be used in the manner shown in FIGS. 2 and 3. First of all, the. padded branch hooks 13 are attached to a branch with the aid of the long rod 15.
The traction cable 12, which is passed through the tiller 11 over the guide roller 10 between the cable guide 9 and over the rollers 5 and 7, is then pulled so tightly and attached to the cable clamp 8 that the elasticity of the branch or tree creates a certain prestress of the pull rope 12 is given. When the flywheel 4 is driven by the tractor PTO shaft, the traction cable attached to a branch executes a back and forth movement, the size of which is dependent on the position of the eccentric roller on the flywheel 4.
The amplitude of the back and forth movement is freely wäb by changing g of the distance between the axis of the eccentric roller and the axis of the flywheel 4; ar.
The most favorable frequency for shaking the branch or tree can be set just as easily by changing the engine speed of the tractor.
