Bohrkarrette The object of the invention relates to a Bohrkarrette with a pivotable, the mount with the hammer drill bearing.
Drilling trolleys to which the rock drilling machine is attached must be swiveled to the desired incline in order to drill the holes at any point on the wall or floor surface and to be able to drill in any direction. This position must be maintained unchanged during the entire drilling process, despite the vibrations of the percussion drill, in order to prevent the drill rods from breaking or the drill bit from breaking out.
A number of designs are known in which the pivotable equipment carrier is connected to the machine frame. However, these known devices are very extensive and heavy, so that they, especially for lighter devices, such as. B. drill cartridges, can not be used.
In order to avoid these disadvantages, it is proposed according to the invention to connect the drilling column to a plate which has a conical recess and a conical jacket surface, with a conical pin in the conical recess, around which the plate can be rotated, engages and a brake wedge rests on its conical jacket.
The object of the invention is explained in an embodiment shown in the drawing. FIG. 1 shows the swivel head of a drilling column in a view, FIG. 2 in a plan view and FIG. 3 in a side view.
The drilling column 1 is verbun with a plate 2, which is formed conically on part of its circumference. This plate has an axial bore and, following this bore, a conical recess into which a conical pin 3 engages, which is welded to a plate 4. The plate 4 is in turn verbun to the frame 10 of the device. The plate 2 and the conical pin 3 are axially pierced. The bolt 5 is inserted through this bore and a bore in the plate 4, the head of which is located on the plate 2 on one side. The other hand screwed up on the bolt nut 6 is supported by a resilient ring 11 against a shoulder in the pin 3 from.
A semicircular plate 7 is connected to the plate 4 by a weld seam and a screw bolt 8 is pushed through a further bore in this plate. The screw bolt is reinforced at one end, this reinforcement being provided on the one hand with a wedge-shaped bevel that sits on the conical periphery of the plate. The non-beveled peripheral part of the bolt is supported against the semicircular plate 7 .ab.
Through this arrangement of the parts of the Klemmvor direction, the drilling column connected to the plate 2 pivoted by more than 90 about the pin 3 and clamped at any point of the pivot angle by tightening the nut 9 of the wedge 8. Thus, with this device, the drilling column can be clamped at any desired inclination and the desired drilling can be carried out on the drilling wall.
By canceling the clamping effect of the wedge 8 on the circumference of the plate, the drilling column can be rotated around the pin 3 and set the desired new position. After this position has been reached, the nut 9 of the bolt 8 is to be tightened again in order to obtain adequate clamping between the drilling column 1 and the frame 10.
