Schaupackung
Fig. 3 die Schaupackung nach Fig. 2 beim Schlie Ben,
Fig. 4 leine weitere Sohaupackung von hinten.
Display pack
The invention relates to a display pack with a z. B. made of cardboard or the like carrier, which has two flat pieces, the latter being connected to a fold groove and the front surface of the carrier is provided with an opening for pushing through a transparent, tub-shaped goods container, the front surface also having an opening the opening has a flap adjoining the opening by means of a fold groove, which flap can be folded into the region of the opening and out of the region of the opening along the last-mentioned fold groove.
In such a display pack, the flap is used to cover the opening, so that the rear surface piece of the carrier is not also visible through the trapsriven goods container.
The warning container is loosely inserted into the opening between the idle cloth and the framing surface of the carrier. To fasten the goods container in the carrier, the two flat pieces are glued together.
The object on which the invention is based is to ensure the fastening of the goods container in the carrier without the disadvantageous gluing process.
Seeing the rear surface piece through the transparent goods container is not perceived as a disadvantage, since the two surfaces of the surface pieces often have the same appearance and therefore the wall visible through the display package is the same, whether the latter is the cloth or that rear face of the carrier I acts. Furthermore, the display package can win if the background of the goods container differs significantly from the frame surrounding the goods container.
The gluing process in the known display pack is, however, connected with additional work operations, such as applying glue, smoldering transport of the display packs provided with glue layers but still unfilled, guiding the packs provided with glue layers, e.g. B. to a steam zone for activating the glue layer, pressing the flat pieces together when gluing, etc.
This gluing operation makes the display pack considerably more expensive, and since the main packs are not subject to any great requirements with regard to the fastening of the goods container in the carrier, the fastening achieved by means of gluing is not necessary.
In contrast, the display package according to the invention is characterized in that the rear surface of the carrier, which can be folded around a fold groove, wipes itself and the front surface encloses the goods container, and the container folds around a fold groove. Flaps Ider the front surface between themselves and the rear surface in the goods container, so that both surface pieces lie next to one another without gluing.
In the drawing, two exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown in perspective. It show: F, ig. 1 a display pack from the front, Fi, g. 2 a closed display pack from inside,
FIG. 3 shows the display package according to FIG. 2 when closing,
Fig. 4 is a line of another Sohaupack from behind.
The carrier: the display pack according to Fig. 1-3 consists of two flat pieces 1, 2. Lotztere can z. B. from cardboard, Holzolfie, Kunststofflie, metal folle, etc. óestelhen. The surface pieces 1, 2 are connected to one another along a folding groove 3. The front surface 1 of the carrier is provided with an opening 4. The latter is essentially rectangular; in the upper part it has a recess 5 (Fig. 1).
A tab 7 adjoins the recess 5 by means of a folding groove 6 which is produced with the recess 5 when the opening is punched out. If the tab 7 is in the plane of the front panel 1, it is located in the area I of the opening 4, 5; if the tab 7 is folded at right angles to the front surface 1, it is located in the area of the opening 4, 5.
The. both rebate grooves 3, 6 are parallel to each other. The flap 7 becomes narrower in width from its fold groove 6. The folding groove 6 of the flap is provided without perforation such as incisions, holes, etc. The rebate groove 6 is thus created by elastic deformation, as far as the material used allows it.
In the case of clear clay and plastic sheeting, a relatively large elastic deformation can be achieved over the pivoting range of Ides flap 7 of 90. The transition from the flap 7 2 to the front flat 1 is achieved by means of radii 8 so that there is a slight notch effect at these points and tearing of the material is prevented. In FIG. 2, unit 3, the edge 9 of the rear surface 2 runs parallel to the F, alzrille 3.
The distance between the rabbets 3, 6 is the same as the distance between the flange 3 and the edge 9. The rear window 2 can thus be folded from the position according to FIG. 3 into the position according to FIG. 2 and lies flat at the front 1 at.
The tub-shaped goods container 10 consists of a transparent material, for. B. I made of vacuum-formed plastic, and has an edge 11. The container 10 is; inl the opening 4 of the front surface 1 is inserted and its edge 11 rests against Ider Fläshe 1 (Fig. 1, 3). Is never rear surface 2 when the container 10 is inserted in the Steflun. g according to Fig. 2 schwerrkt ,, so kl, appt, the lap pen 7 over ide rear surface 2 and holds the container 10 sm carrier 1, 2.
Since the edge 9 of the surface 2 extends to the folding groove 6 of the flap 7, the display package cannot be opened by pulling on the rear surface 2 in a position according to FIG. To open the view, the flap 7 must first be swiveled by 90 and then the rear surface 2 vox of the front surface 1 must be removed. In the position of FIG. 2, the surfaces 1, 2 and the edge 11 of the container 10 are essentially on one another. the at. The rear surface 2 is arranged on two opposite sides for easier handling and is less wide around these than the front surface 1.
Since the edge 11 of the container 10, like the edge 9 of the rear surface 2 Sb s, extends to the folding groove 6 of the flap 7 (FIG. 3), each bi-container 10 of the flap 7 is already in the position according to FIG something held in the opening 4 of the front surface 1, although the rear surface 2 is not nech in the pivoted position of FIG.
This can be important during the automated work operations on an assembly line.
In the example according to FIG. 4, an extended rear surface 13 is present. The unchanged blued parts are as shown in FIGS. 2, 3. The rear surface 13 has an edge 14 that is parallel to the grooving 3. The tab 7 again has the folding groove 6, which is not visible in FIG. 4. In the rear surface 13 there is a slot 15 for pushing through and folding the flap 7.
In order to achieve a particularly fashionable effect of the display package, Idlavon can refrain from forming the folding groove 6 parallel to the folding groove 3.
The edge 9 and the fold groove 6 and the slot 15 can then be inclined to the fold groove 3, which then, in a manner not shown, the display pack of vonrz. B. a triangular shape. the clamping 5 has.
The display pack designed in accordance with the invention manages without glue points and is therefore bileg to produce. In the case of FIGS. 2 and 3, a smaller rear surface is required than in the case of the embodiment in accordance with FIG. 4. The recipient of the showcase can easily open and close it again.
