Cutting device and cutting device for material produced in continuous work process The invention relates to a cutting device and cutting device for strip, rod or rod produced in continuous work process. , Profile or pipe material, with an adjustable length measuring stop that can be adjusted to the required lengths for the material to be cut and a rolling or sliding carriage that follows the material to be cut from a fixed starting position.
The cutting and separating device according to the invention is characterized in that a clamping and separating device for the material to be separated is arranged on the rolling or sliding carriage and can be moved and locked in the longitudinal direction of the moving material the adjustable length measuring stop is in working connection, and that drive and control means are provided for the rolling or sliding carriage and for the device that can be displaced and locked on the latter, such as
that the rolling or sliding carriage is moved at a lower speed than the material produced in the continuous work process, until the last res actuates the length measuring stop, whereby the device on the rolling or sliding carriage is released and moved into the clamping and separating position for the material is, while after the loose separation of the piece of material, the rolling or sliding carriage and the device on the latter are moved back to their original positions.
In the drawing, an electrohydraulically actuatable cutting and separating device is shown schematically as an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention. It shows: FIG. 1 a side view and FIG. 2 the electrohydraulic part of FIG. 1. The device has a stationarily mounted. hydraulic cylinder 11 with one connection at each end for the introduction or discharge of a hydraulic working medium, for example pressure oil., The piston 12 of which can thus perform a longitudinal movement in both directions under the action of the working medium.
The piston rod 13 is led out of the cylinder 11 and connected to a carriage 14. The carriage 14 is placed on rails or other guide means, but can also be designed as a sliding carriage.
The carriage 14 serves as a carrier for an attachment carriage 15, which in turn is movable to and fro in the same direction as the carriage 14 and is connected to a piston rod 16, the associated piston 17 of which is in a cylinder 18 under the action of the hydraulic working medium That has to occurs to the cylinder through a feed line 19. The cylinder 18 is fixedly mounted on the carriage 14. The attachment carriage 15 is provided with an arm 20 with rotatable guide rollers 21 for the material to be processed. At the end of the arm 20 there is an adjustable length measuring stop 22 with an electrical limit switch 23, which can be adjusted to the required size.
On the cart 15 a hydraulic Klemmvor device 24 and a hydraulic separator 25 are mounted. The locking device 24 is used to clamp the material to be processed and is effective at the same time as the separating device 25 to separate the piece of material clamped by the clamping device between the separating device 25 and the length measuring stop from the rolling device (not shown) coming from the material web 26.
As already mentioned, the attachment trolley 15 is arranged on the trolley 14 so that it can be displaced and locked. A centering element 27 is used to fix the attachment trolley 15 and can be moved out of its starting position by means of a solenoid magnet 28 to release the attachment trolley. The arm 20 of the trolley 15 carrying the stop 22 is supported and guided by a guide roller 30 arranged on a support 29.
The continuously running material web 26 fed to the device for separating pieces of a certain length drives an electronic length measuring device 31 which can be adjusted to the desired length dimension. As soon as the set value is reached, the device 31 emits an electrical pulse to two control slides 32 and 33. A pump 34 is connected to this control slide 32 and 33. Furthermore, lead from the two control slide lines 35, 36 to slide 37 and
38, which are in connection with stops 39 and 40 for a pivotable stop member 42 connected to a pump 41. The inclusion of a pulse ses from the length measuring device 31 through the slide 32, 33 has the consequence that the pump 41 hydraulically z. B. is pivoted to the left and the impact member 42 applies to the left stop, which is adjustable and adjustable via a motor 43 or via a manually operated member 44.
The setting of the stops is chosen so that the delivery rate of the pump 41, which is connected to the cylinder 11 via lines 45, 46, exerts such an influence on the piston 12 that the speed of the carriage 14 when the piston is 12 in the cylinder 11 from right to left in Fig. 2 be moved, is a few percent lower than the passage speed of the material web 26 between the clamping and separating members 24 and 25 respectively.
Since the speed of the carriage 14 is lower than that of the material web 26, it is overtaken by the latter, with the result that the material web 26 actuates the limit switch 23 with its front edge and thereby closes the circuit via the solenoid coil 28, which in turn causes the centering element 27, which acts as a blocking element, to move out of its blocking position into the release position of the trolley 15.
Since the speed of the carriage 14 is given by the flow rate of the pump 41, the top carriage 15 moves relative to the carriage 14 until the carriage 15 actuates a limit switch 47. This is the case as soon as the length of the piece of material web between tween the separating member 25 and the limit switch 23 corresponds to the length to be separated in advance. The limit switch 47 is connected to magnets 48, 49 of two magnetic slides 50, 51 which are connected to the pump 34. As a result of the actuation of the magnetic slide by the magnets, pressure medium is supplied to the cylinders of the clamping and separating device 24 and 25 and this device is actuated.
Simultaneously with the separation of the piece of material advanced via the separation device, limit switches 52, 53 assigned to these devices are actuated, which close the circuits via magnets 54, 55 of the slides 50, 51, with the result that the clamping and separation device 24 or 25 move upwards into the release position. At the same time, the magnet 33a of the control slide is excited, so that the pump 41 switches to reverse over the zero position to the right, i.e. H. the piston 12 in the cylinder 11 now moves from its left end position in FIG. 2 to the right.
Through this function, the carriage 14 is braked and retracted into its end or starting position. At the same time, the cylinder 18 is acted upon by the magnet of a slide 56 is excited and the latter connects the cylinder to the pump 34 Ver. This has the consequence that the attachment trolley 15 is also pushed back into its starting position and is determined again by the Sperror gan 27 after it has been pushed back.
To operate the device, electrohydraulic drive and control means are provided in the illustrated embodiment, and electropneumatic or electronic means can be provided in their place.
The length measuring stop 22 with the limit switch 23 is rigidly connected after the adjustment made to the desired length with the cart 15 and it is prevented by the release of the same ben after actuation of the limit switch by the material of the cart 15 from any further displacement to the left, d . H. only the rolling or sliding carriage 14 moves as long as pressure medium is still flowing to the cylinder 11. This inflow continues until the attachment trolley 15 actuates the limit switch 47.
This training has the consequence that the length of each between the end stop 23 and the separating device 25 be sensitive pieces of material are adhered to with very high accuracy.
The end stop 23 can also be brought into working connection with the attachment 15 instead of via the arm 20 in another known manner, and instead of the additional force from the material, an external force can be provided that switches the attachment to the after actuation of the limit switch brings the necessary additional speed. An electronic positioning device can also be provided for moving the attachment trolley into the precise clamping and disconnecting position. Instead of the centering device, a hydraulically or pneumatically operated piston can also be provided.
which moves the trolley against the stop 47 and this car is tensioned or unlocked at the moment when the limit switch 23 is actuated by the material.
