Egge
harrow
The invention relates to a harrow with tines, the active part of which is connected to a carrier by means of a part extending in the direction of travel in plan view, in such a way that the active part is at least partially behind the connection point with the carrier.
In the known constructions of the above type, the active part of the tine is coupled to a carrier by means of an arched part. During operation, the active part of the tine can mainly move up and down. However, in these known constructions, an evasion of the effective prong part in a direction transverse to the direction of travel is hardly possible. As a result, only a partial cultivation of the soil is achieved.
The aim of the invention is to eliminate this disadvantage. According to the invention, this is achieved in that the almost straight part extending in the top, not in the direction of travel, and the active part are almost perpendicular to one another and these parts have at least a resilient curvature of about 180 ° with the carrier are connected. With this construction there is a tine training and fastening that during. During operation, a slight evasion of the effective tine part on all sides and thus an intensive crumbling of the (soil is guaranteed.
The invention is explained in more detail using the exemplary embodiments shown in the figures.
Fig. 1 shows a plan view of a harrow with tines according to the invention.
FIG. 2 shows a side view in the direction of arrow II of the harrow shown in FIG.
The harrow shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 contains a frame which is formed by two parallel bars 1 and 2 extending transversely to the direction of travel. At the end of each beam 1 and 2, beams 3 and 4 are attached, respectively. These bars are connected to the ends of bars 1 and 2 by essentially horizontal hinge axes 5 and are in alignment with bars 1 and 2, respectively. The oil-steering axes 5 are almost in the direction of travel P of the tool and are in bearings 6 stored, which are provided at the respective ends of the beams.
The bars 1 and 2, similar to the bars 3 and 4, are connected to one another by strips 7 and 8 which are almost parallel to the direction of travel of the tool and are at a distance from one another. At almost the same distance from one another, five carriers 9 are attached to these strips, which have prongs
10 are provided. The prongs 10 are attached to the carrier 9 at equal distances from one another.
The prong 10 is made of spring steel with a round cross-section and has two parts 13 and 14, of which part 13 is. extends downward in the direction of travel. The part 14, which forms the effective part of the tine, is bent at the free end in the direction of travel. On his of the part
14, the end turned away from the part 13 merges into a U-shaped curvature 15 with legs 16 and 17, which extends almost parallel to a plane lying in the direction of travel. Through a connecting piece 18, the leg 17 merges into the leg 16, which is connected to the part 13 and is almost perpendicular to this. The effective part 14 is at a distance behind the connection point of the part 13 and the leg 16 of the U-shaped part, which bidet a resilient element.
The leg 17 is connected by a connecting part 19 with idem leg 17 of the U-shaped part of an adjacent prong.
In the middle of the connecting part 19, a curved part 20 is provided in order to fasten the prongs made from a single piece to the support member 9. The legs 16 and 17 form torsion bars.
