befestigte Riemenscheibe über einen Riemen eine auf der Welle des Motors für den Schleudervorgang, der eine hohe Drehzahl ;
so wird zufolge der kraftschlüssigen Verbindung der Hiehgewichtsträger 14 durch die auf die Kupplungs rolle 31 des Fliehgewichtes 24 einwirkende Fläche 41 des Ansatzes 9 der Keilriemenscheibe 7 in gleicher Richtung mutgedreht. Hierbei wird über die Keil riemenscheibe 17 am Fliehgewichtsträger 14;
Overrunning clutch and its use The invention relates to a freewheel clutch with centrifugal weights that can be moved radially outwards. Washing machines are known to have one on the shaft of the motor for the washing process, which has a speed of rotation.
fixed pulley via a belt one on the shaft of the motor for the spin process, which has a high speed;
has, drives attached pulley of larger diameter, which is firmly connected to a pulley attached to the same wool,
which in turn drives a belt pulley attached to the shaft of the laundry drum via a belt. With this arrangement, the motor that is not switched on is dragged along by the moor that is switched on.
In this case, when the motor is switched on and running at my speed for the washing process, no significant night owls occur due to the dragging of the motor that is not switched on for the spinning process.
If, however, the motor running at high speed is switched on for the spinning process, this has the consequence that the motor for the washing process, due to the belt transmission, runs with a multiple speed of the motor for the spinning process. This occurs
larger bearing wear. Furthermore, the running noise is increased significantly.
In order to remedy this disadvantage, a centrifugal freewheel has been assigned to the motor for the washing process and a Fdieh force clutch has been assigned to the motor for the spinning process. This measure has probably achieved that the motor for the washing process no longer runs at a multiple speed of the motor for the spinning process. Free running clutches,
in which the -frictional connection by means of a flizh weight provided with a friction lining:
, which are under the action of springs counteracting the centrifugal force, is produced, but require a relatively strong spring force. The high frictional resistance causes great wear and tear on the friction clutch parts.
, To oa. To be able to transfer 1 mkg with a disc diameter of approx. 70 mm, a spring force of approx. 100 kg is required.
In order to cancel this spring force by deer force, either high speeds or strong flyweights are required. However, high speeds are not desirable because the motor would again reach a high speed for the washing process.
Strong flyweights mean, in turn, a great deal of wear and tear on the bearings of my engine during the washing process.
The present invention overcomes these disadvantages in that the force connection between the driving part and the driven part is established by a locking connection, the driven part being carried along by pulling.
The invention also relates to a use of this coupling on a washing machine with the marking according to the invention,
that the centrifugal weight carrier is in drive connection via a belt drive with the washing drum and the belt pulley via a V-belt with a V-belt pulley assigned to the motor for the washing process.
The drawing shows an embodiment of the one-way clutch according to the invention and its use.
Fig. 1 shows a schematic view of the coupling.
Fig. 2 shows a longitudinal section along the line 11-II of Fig. 3, which shows a section along the line III-HI of Fig. 2 shows.
On the shaft 1 (Fig. 1) of a motor 2 for the washing process, the direction of rotation of which is changed several times by a known reversing device (not shown) during the washing process after a certain period of time, a V-belt disk 3 is attached to a V-belt 4 on the shaft 5 of the motor 6 drives rotatably mounted V-belt pulley 7 for the spinning process.
A needle bearing 8 is installed between the shaft 5 of the motor 6 for the centrifugal process and the V-belt pulley 7. On the circumference of a set 9 of the V-belt pulley 7, two recesses 10 and 11 (Fig. 3) are preferably provided,
which will be discussed in more detail later. A centrifugal weight carrier 14 is non-rotatably connected to a detached pin 12 of the shaft 5 of the motor 6 for the centrifugal process by means of a wedge 13, which is also secured by a disk 15 (Fig. 2)
and a screw 16 is firmly connected to the pin 12 of the shaft 5. The flyweight carrier 14 and a V-belt pulley 17 consist of one part. The V-belt pulley 17 drives a V-belt pulley 21 attached to the shaft 19 of the laundry drum 20 via a throat belt 18.
A bolt 22 (FIGS. 2, 3) is attached to the flyweight carrier 14: two flyweights 24 and 25 are preferably pivotably mounted on the offset pin 23 of the bolt 22. Of course, each flyweight 24 or 25 can be stored separately on a bolt.
The flyweight 24 consists of two levers 26 and 27 and the flyweight 25 consists of two levers 28 and 29. The two levers 26 and 27 of the flyweight 24 are firmly connected to one another by a sleeve 28.
The flyweights 24 and 25 are held on the pin 23 of the bolt 22 by a securing disk 29a. In the free ends of the levers 26 and 27 of the flyweight 24, an axis 30 is rotatably mounted on which a coupling roller 31, z :.
B. rubber or plastic roller, is attached in a suitable manner and is held by Siahe- rungsschehben 32.
A coupling roller 34 is fastened to an axle 33 which is rotatably mounted in the levers 28 and 29 of the flyweight 25 and is held on the axle 33 by locking washers (not shown). By means of a torsion spring 35, one of the two clutch rollers 31 or
34 of the flyweights 24 or 25 is usually held in clutch engagement with one of the recesses 10 or 11 of the attachment 9 of the V-belt pulley 7, while the other clutch roller 31 or 34 rests against the circumferential surface of the attachment 9 of the V-belt pulley 7.
The torsion spring 35 only has the task of engaging the coupling roller 31 and 34 of the flyweight 24 and 34 respectively in one of the recesses 10 and 11 of the projection 9 of the throat pulley 7.
25 to keep in clutch engagement or in order to reverse the direction of rotation of the V-belt pulley 7 to bring the other clutch roller 31 or 34 into one of the recesses 10 and 11 to engage. The torsion spring 35 can therefore be very weak-hold th.
The recesses 10 and 11 of the projection 9 of the V-belt pulley 7, which are preferably semicircular, encompass approximately half of them. To catch the coupling rollers 31 and 34. The approach 9 of the V-belt pulley 7 can also, as shown in Fig. 3 in dashed lines, be provided with curved surfaces 39 and 40 extending towards the outer edge.
Furthermore, the extension 9 of the V-belt pulley 7, as can be seen from the dash-dotted line in FIG. 3, can have a recess which extends around half the circumference of the extension 9.
If, after switching on the washing machine, the V-belt pulley 7 is driven by the motor 2 for the washing process via the V-belt pulley 3 and the V-belt 4 in the direction of arrow 36,
as a result of the frictional connection of the Hiehgewichtträger 14 by the acting on the clutch roller 31 of the flyweight 24 surface 41 of the projection 9 of the V-belt pulley 7 mutged in the same direction. Here, on the V-belt pulley 17 on the flyweight carrier 14;
the V-belt 18 and the V-belt pulley 21 the laundry drum 20 driven. The motor 6, which is not switched on, runs along with the spin process. If the direction of rotation of the motor 2 for the washing process is reversed after a certain running time by a known automatic control device (not shown),
Thus, the drive of the splined pulley 7 takes place in the reverse direction of the arrow 36. Here, the coupling roller 31 of the centrifugal weight 24 is pushed through the surface 37 of the recess 10 or
by the cam surface 39 of the projection 9 of the V-belt pulley 7 against the action of the gate sion spring 35 pushed out of the recess 10 of the projection 9 of the V-belt pulley 7, whereupon the coupling roller 31 as the V-belt pulley 7 continues to rotate on the peripheral surface or the RTI ID = "0002.0226" WI = "20" HE = "3" LX = "1238" LY = "1950"> curved surface 39 of the projection 9 of the V-belt pulley 7 slides along,
until the coupling roller 34 of the flyweight 25 engages under the action of the gate sion spring 35 in the recess 11 of the projection 9 of the V-belt pulley 7. Then the.
Hiehgew @ chtträger 14 by the acting on the coupling roller 34 of the flyweight 25 surface 42 of the projection 9 of the throat pulley 7 also rotated in the opposite direction of the arrow 36 by pulling. The washing drum 20 is now driven by the motor 2 for the washing process via the belt pulley 17 on the flywheel carrier 14,
the throat belt 18 and the V-belt pulley 21 also in the opposite direction. In the execution of the Fheh power clutch according to the present invention, the centrifugal weight carrier 14 is not carried along, as in the known designs, by friction, but by train.
As a result, the coupling cannot be heated up by slippage in the event of malfunctions.
If, after completion of the washing process, the motor 6 for the spinning process; is switched on automatically and the washing motor 2 for the washing process is switched off automatically, the non-positive connection still in place between the V-belt pulley 7 and one of the flyweights 24 or
25 of the centrifugal weight carrier 14, the motor 2 for the washing process should continue with it until the motor 6 for the spinning process and the centrifugal weight carrier 14 have reached a certain speed,
which flies above the rated speed of the engine 2 for the washing process. When the motor 6 for the spin process and the flyweight carrier 14 have reached this speed,
the flyweights 24 and 25 of the flyweight carrier 14 are thrown against the force of the torsion spring 35 around the bolt 23 to the outside. Here, for example, the clutch roller 31 of the centrifugal weight 24 located in the recess 10 of the extension 9 of the V-belt pulley 7 is moved out of this,
while at the same time the coupling roller 34 of the flyweight 25 is lifted from the circumferential surface of the projection 9 of the V-belt pulley 7.
As a result, the drive connection between the V-belt pulley 7 and the flyweight carrier 14 is interrupted. As a result, the motor 2 for the washing process is no longer dragged along by the motor 6 for the spinning process.
The washing drum 20 is now driven during the spinning process by the motor 6 via the flyweight carrier 14, the V-belt pulley 17, the V-belt 18 and the V-belt pulley 17 at the high speed desired for the spinning process.
In order to achieve a soft and thus smooth engagement of the clutch when switching from the motor 6 for the spin process to the motor 2 for the washing process, for example, on the lever 27 of the flyweight 24 and on the lever 29 of the flyweight 25 each a spring member provided with a friction lining, e.g. B.
Leaf spring, to be attached. When the centrifugal force decreases and the centrifugal weights 24 and 25 pivot under the action of the torsion spring 35, the friction lining of the spring members comes into one of the recesses 10 or 25 before one of the two coupling rollers 31 or 34 of the flyweights 24 or 25 engages.
11 of the projection 9 of the V-belt pulley 7 with the surface 38 (Fig. 2) of the projection 9 of the V-belt pulley 7 in a friction connection. The V-belt pulley 7 is always carried along by the friction connection. When the V-belt pulley 7 has reached approximately the same speed as that of the centrifugal weight carrier 14,
engages one of the coupling rollers 31 or 34 of the flyweights 24 # or. 25 into the recess 10 or 11 of the projection 9 of the V-belt disk 7 opposite it at this moment, whereby the drive connection between the motor 2 for the washing process of the washing drum 20 is restored.
The brake, snap-in and centrifugal clutch according to the invention is particularly suitable for devices in which the drive is carried out by two motors with different speeds.
