Fluid transmission with one displacement unit each working as a pump or as a motor The invention relates to a fluid transmission with one displacement unit each, working as a pump or as a motor, preferably rotary vane unit, with a guide shaft arranged non-rotatably and with play in the housing, its pressure and Suction channel connects the working areas of the two rotating vane units rotating around the master axis and
the pipes leading approximately radially to .den connections or valves are firmly inserted. Several problems arise with these fluid drives, which have not yet been completely satisfactorily solved. It is true that the master axis rests in the rotary vane units without being forced from the housing. Nevertheless, one-sided loads on the master axis can occur due to attached valves.
The invention solves this problem: in that the pipes open with their ends facing away from the guide axis each into a working space and are supported in a flexible and sealed manner on the walls of the working space. Pressure connections for measuring devices, valves or controls can now be provided on the walls of these working spaces without these forces exerting on the pipes and thus on the guide shaft.
As a result of the flexible support of the tubes, the tubes can be inserted approximately radially into the guide axis after the guide axis has been inserted into the housing, which facilitates assembly. The resilient support can be achieved in that the tubes are designed to be elastic in themselves. According to another embodiment of the invention, the pipes leading to the pressure connections can be axially displaceable in the housing.
The pipes leading to the suction valves can engage axially displaceably in the valve sockets supported on the housing base. The main advantage of these measures is that a complete equalization of the oil pressure is achieved and it is also ensured that there is no external mechanical load on the master shaft.
If, according to a preferred embodiment of the invention, sealing rings are provided for the resilient support of the pipes, then. In addition to the desired seal, a certain mobility of the guide axis relative to the housing is achieved.
The transmission according to the invention makes it possible to provide the cover with an overflow valve that automatically, for. B. If the permissible pressure is exceeded, the two chambers are connected. Since the cover is mechanically separated from the pipes leading to the pressure connections, any harmful influence on the master axis is avoided.
In the drawing, the invention is illustrated by way of example, namely: Fig. 1 shows an axial section along line 1-I of FIG. 2 through a fluid transmission according to the invention with rotary vane units and FIG. 2 shows a section through the transmission according to FIG. 1 along the line II-II of Fig. 1 In a .one-piece housing 1, which could also be screwed together from several parts,
A rotary vane unit A and a rotary vane unit B are mounted, one of which works as a pump, the other as a motor. The units are of identical construction, so that it is sufficient to describe one of the two. Rotary vane pumps of this type have a drum 2, which are mounted in the housing via ball bearings 3. An outwardly projecting pin 4 is connected to the drum, which, depending on the mode of operation, eats drive or output.
The drum 2 is equipped with radially displaceable vane pistons 5, which can rotate in a multi-part barrel housing 6, which is supported via ball bearings 7 in a barrel housing carrier 8, which is eccentric to the drum 2 adjustable in a manner not shown. The structure of such gear units is known
so that a detailed description is not required.
The two units A and B are connected to one another via a guide shaft 9, in which two axially parallel channels 10 and 11 are provided, which connect the working spaces of the two units divided by the vane pistons 5 with one another.
One of the two channels 10 and 11 is the suction channel, the other pressure channel. In the middle, the otherwise cylindrical guide shaft 9 is provided in a manner known per se with an approximately rectangular center piece 12 or formed from such a center.
Pipes 13, which lead to pressure connections, and pipes 14 which lead to suction valves 15 are inserted into the center piece.
The tubes 13 protrude with their free ends into chambers 16 in the upper wall of the housing 1, which are closed by a cover 17. The cover 17 has closable pressure connections 18 to which measuring devices, valves or controls can be connected. The tubes 13 are flexible against the walls of the chambers 16 supports abge. Sealing rings 19 are used for this purpose, which not only fulfill the function of support but also the function of sealing.
This type of support gives the tubes 13 a certain freedom of movement, which is so large that the guide axis is not impaired in its free running position within the drum 2.
The tubes 14 protrude .'in. Sockets of the valves 15. The sockets 20 are without a fixed connection to the housing 1; they are only supported on the base of the hide.
The tubes 14 are also supported with respect to the sockets 20 with the aid of sealing rings 21. As a result of their resilient support on the housing base, the tubes 14 also do not exert any movement-inhibiting effect on the body axis 9.
If the cross sections of the tubes 13 and 14 are appropriately selected, the hydraulic pressures in these tubes cancel each other out during operation. Since no mechanical forces act on the master axis via the tubes 13 and 14, the master axis is balanced in the drums 2 of the two assemblies <I> A </I> and <I> B. </I>
The valves 15 act as pure suction valves in order to compensate for a leakage oil loss due to suction of <B> 01 </B> from the oil sump, the level of which is indicated in a dash-dotted line.
The overflow valve customary in such devices can be placed on the pressure connections 18. In a particularly useful manner, this overflow valve is an automatically acting valve that z.
B. when the permissible pressure is exceeded, the two chambers 16 connects to one another. Since the overflow valve is carried by the cover 17 and thus by the housing 1, it does not exert any mechanical pressure on the body axis 9 via the pipes 13.
The resilient support of the tubes 13 and 14 on the housing can also be brought about by the fact that the tubes are inherently elastic.
