Tragelement für Pappschachteln, Kartonbehälter und dergleichen
Vorliegende Erfindung betrifft Tragelemente für Pappschachteln, Kartonbehälter u. dgl.
Es ist allgemein üblich, in Verbindung mit Pappschachteln, Kartonbehältern u. dgl. ein separates Tragelement vorzusehen. Ein solches Tragelement besteht vielfach aus einem einheitlichen Karton- oder Pappstück mit einen Durchgriff für die Hand, und mit vorstehenden Absätzen, die sich an die Wandung einer Schachtel, Behälter 0. dgl. anlegen und ein Tragmittel hierfür ergeben. Weil das Verpacken im Detail-Warenhandel eine kostspielige Angelegenheit darstellt, ist es wünschenswert, dass das in Frage kommende Tragelement in bezug auf Herstellungskosten niedrig gehalten wird mit einem Mindestmass an Materialabfall, konstruktiv aber doch stark und wirksam im Gebrauch ist.
Die Erfindung bezieht sich demgemäss auf ein Tragelement für Pappschachteln, Kartonbehälter u. dgl. und ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es ein aus einem einzigen Teil bestehendes Formstück aus flexiblem Material aufweist mit einem Basisteil und einem, an diesem entlang ausgerichteter Faltlinien zusammenlegbar verbundenen Handgriffteil, welcher Basisteil einen Hauptteil auf der einen Seite der Faltlinien besitzt und sich nach aussen über die Enden des Handgriffteils hinaus erstreckt, sowie mit einem zentralen Lappen und auseinanderliegenden auf der anderen Seite der Faltlinien angeordneten Endlaschen versehen ist, wobei der Griffteil ein Handloch aufweist, welches durch Ausklinken des Lappens gebildet ist.
Die Erfindung wird anhand der beiliegenden Zeichnung beispielsweise beschrieben.

Nach Fig. 1 umfasst das Tragelement ein einheitlich zugerichtetes Formstück 10 eines flexiblen Materials, wie z. B. Papier, Pappe 0. dgl. Das Formstück hat einen Handlochteil 11, der mit dem Basisteil 12 entlang ausgefluchteter Faltlinien 13 zusammenlegbar verbunden ist. Der Durchgriff 14 im Teil 11 wird gebildet, indem man hievon entgegengesetzte Lappen 15 und 16 ausklinkt. In aufgerichteter Stellung des Griffes bildet der zentrale Lappen 15 einen Teil der Basis 12, auf der einen Seite der Faltlinien, während der Lappen 16 aufwärts gekehrt, einen Doppel-Oberkanten-Handgriffsteil 17 bildet.
Die Basis 12, von welcher der Durchgriffsteil 11 in der aufgerichteten Stellung des Griffes im wesentlichen vertikal verläuft, weist einen rechteckigen Hauptteil 18 auf der einen Seite von Teil 11 auf und steht hievon über jedes Ende vor. Auf der anderen Seite von Teil 11, weist die Basis 12, ausser dem Lappen 15, beiderends eine Lasche 19 auf, eine Fortsetzung der abstehenden Endpartie von Teil 18 bildend.
Man erkennt, dass das beschriebene Tragelement an einer Pappschachtel 0. dgl. angebracht werden kann, indem man den Handlochteil 11 durch einen Schlitz in die Schachtelwandung einführt, mit der Basis 12 an die Innenseite der Schachtelwandung anliegend.
Sofern zusätzliche Festigkeit erwünscht ist, kann im Zusammenhang mit dem beschriebenen Tragelement ein rechtwinkliges Flach stück 20 verwendet werden. Das Stück 20 weist einen Schlitz 21 auf, durch den der Handlochteil 11 hindurchgeführt wird, damit das Stück über den Basisteil 12 zu liegen kommt. Wo zusätzliche Festigkeit erwünscht ist, erhöht der Einsatz eines solchen Flachstücks 20 die Festigkeit des Basisteils merklich.
Nach Fig. 2 und 3 umfasst das dargestellte Tragelement ein einheitliches, im grossen und ganzen rechteckiges Formstück 22 mit einer Faltungs-Mittellinie 23, welche zwei entgegengesetzte Durchgriffsteile 24, 25 und ebenso zwei Basisteile 26, 27 abgrenzt.
Das Handloch 28 im Durchgriffsteil 24 wird gebildet, indem man hievon einen Lappen 29 ausklinkt als integralen Teil der Basis 26.
Das Handloch 30 im Durchgriffsteil 25 wird gebildet, indem man hievon einen Lappen 31 ausklinkt.
Die Basis 26 hat Endpartien 32, die über die Enden von Teil 24 hinaus liegen, und die Basis 27 hat Endpartien 33, die über die Enden von Teil 25 hinaus liegen. Jede Partie 32 liegt entgegengesetzt im Abstand zum Teil 33.
Beim Aufrichten des Tragelements werden die Durchgriffsteile 24 und 25 zusammengelegt, im wesentlichen in Anlage entlang der Faltungslinie 23 und der Faltlinien 34 und 35, welche die Teile 24 und 25 mit den Basisteilen 26 und 27 verbinden.
Diese Bewegung bringt die Endpartien 33 von Teil 27 zum Aufliegen auf die Endpartien 32 von Teil 26, und eine Partie 26 der Basis 27 kommt unter den Lappen 29 zu liegen. Der Lappen 31, welcher mit der Oberkante des Handlochs 30 verbunden ist, wird durch das Handloch 28 von Teil 24 umgelegt, um eine glatte Kante sowie eine dreifache Stärke der Handgriffsfläche zu ergeben.
Nach Fig. 4 umfasst das dargestellte Tragelement ein einzelnes, entlang der Linie 38 gefaltetes einheitliches Formstück 37 zwecks Schaffung einer doppelten Basis bestehend aus den Teilen 39 und 40, und entlang der Faltlinien 41 und 42 zum Bilden eines doppelten Durchgriffsteils aus den Teilen 43 und 44.
Die Basis 39 weist einen Hauptteil 45 auf der einen Seite der Faltlinie 41 auf, sowie einen zentralen Lappen 46 und Endlaschen 47 auf der anderen Seite der Faltlinie 41 liegend.
Die Basis 40 hat einen Hauptteil 48 auf der einen Seite der Faltlinie 41 und einen darüberliegenden Teil 45, und Endlaschen 49 auf der anderen Seite der Faltlinie 41 und darüberliegende Endlaschen 47.
Das Handloch 50 im Durchgriffsteil 43 wird gebildet, indem man hievon den Lappen 46 ausklinkt.
Das Handloch 51 im Durchgriffsteil 44 wird gebildet, indem man hievon einen Lappen ausklinkt, welcher durch das Handloch hindurchgeführt wird zum Bilden eines Verbindungsmittels für die Teile 43 und 44, und um eine auf die Hand zu liegen kommende glatte Tragkante bei einer dreilagigen Handgriffsfläche zu ergeben.
Man sieht, dass die Basisteile 39 und 40 Ansätze (Schultern) ergeben, die an der Schachtelwandung anliegen und von denen die Teile mit dem Handloch rechtwinklig ab stehen.
Nach Fig. 5 besteht das Tragelement aus zwei einheitlichen Formstücken 53 und 54.
Das Formstück 53 weist eine Basis 55 und einen damit entlang den Knicklinien 57 zusammenlegbaren Teil 56 mit Handloch auf. Der Hauptteil 58 der Basis 55 befindet sich auf der einen Seite der Knicklinien 57, ein zentraler Lappen 59 mit den abstehenden Endlaschen 60 auf der anderen Seite der Knicklinien 57. Das Griffstück 56 hat ein Handloch 61 geformt durch teilweises Einschneiden (Ausklinken) des Lappens 59 und Umbiegen desselben.
Das Formstück 54 hat eine Basis 62 und einen damit entlang den ausgerichteten Faltlinien 64 zusammenlegbar verbundenen Durchgriffs- oder Handlochteil 63. Die Basis 62 weist einen unter dem zentralen Lappen 59 liegenden Hauptteil 65 auf, und Endlaschen 66 liegen unter Endlaschen 60. Das Handloch 67 im Griffteil 63 wird gebildet, indem man hievon einen Lappen 68 ausklinkt. Wie dargestellt, sind die Durchgriffsteile 56 und,63 derart angeordnet, dass die durch das Handloch 61 hindurchgeführte Klappe 68 an ihnen anliegt.
Die Ausführungsform nach Fig. 6 und 7 ist aus einem einzelnen rechteckig zugeschnittenen Stück 69 gebildet, bestehend aus zwei im wesentlichen gleichen Flachstücken 70 und 71, die stirnseitig durch eine querlaufende Faltlinie verbunden sind. Das Flachstück 70 hat einen Basisteil 72 und einen damit entlang der Faltlinien 74 zusammenlegbar verbundenen Handlochteil 73, und das Flachstück 71 hat einen Basisteil 75 und einen damit entlang der Faltlinien 77 zusammenlegbar verbundenen Handlochteil 76. Das Handloch 78 im Griffteil 73 wird gebildet, indem man hievon einen Lappen 79 ausklinkt. Ein Handloch 80 im Griffteil 76 wird hergestellt, indem man hievon einen Lappen 81 ausklinkt.
Die Basis (Teil) 72 hat einen Hauptteil 82 auf der einen Seite der Faltlinien 74, und Endlaschen 83 auf der anderen Seite derselben, wobei der Lappen 79 auch auf dieser anderen Seite der Faltlinien 74 angeordnet ist.
Die Basis (Teil) 75 hat einen Hauptteil 84 auf der einen Seite der Faltlinien 77, und Endlaschen 85 auf der anderen Seite der Faltlinien 77.
Wie gezeigt, kann jede Endlasche 84 von doppelter Stärke sein, indem man darüber einen verbundenen Teil 83 des Formstücks umlegt. Desgleichen kann jede Lasche 85 von doppelter Stärke sein, indem man darüber einen verbundenen Teil 85a des Formstücks umlegt.
Man erkennt, dass beim aufgerichteten Griffteil nach Fig. 7 die Patte 81 durch die Handlöcher 78 und 80 hindurchgeführt ist, um die Griffteile 76 und 78 zusammenzuhalten, wie auch um eine glatte Handauflagekante und eine Handgriffsfläche von dreifacher Stärke zu ergeben.
Nach Fig. 8 wird das dargestellte Tragelement aus einem einzelnen einheitlichen Formstück 86 gebildet mit zwei Lagen 87 und 88 die übereinander entlang der Faltlinie 89 umgelegt werden. Die Lage 87 hat einen Basisteil 90 und einen Griffteil 91 mit darin geformtem Handloch 92, welches durch Ausklinken eines Lappens 93 entsteht. Die Lage 88 hat einen Basisteil 94 und einen Griffteil 95 mit Handloch 96, welches durch Ausklinken eines Lappens 97 gebildet wird.
Die Basis (Teil) 90 hat einen Hauptteil 98 auf der einen Seite der Griffteil-Faltlinien 99 und Endlaschen 100 sowie den Lappen 93 auf der anderen Seite der Faltlinien 99.
Die Basis (Teil) 94 hat einen Hauptteil 101 auf der einen Seite der Griffteil-Faltlinien 102 und Endlaschen 103, die auf den Teil 98 auf der anderen Seite der Faltlinien 102 aufliegen.

And is characterized in that it has a single part molded piece made of flexible material with a base part and a handle part that is collapsible connected to it along the folding lines, which base part has a main part on one side of the fold lines and extends outwards extends beyond the ends of the handle part and is provided with a central tab and spaced apart end tabs arranged on the other side of the fold lines, the handle part having a hand hole which is formed by releasing the tab.
The invention is described, for example, with reference to the accompanying drawing.

According to Fig. 1, the support element comprises a uniformly trimmed shaped piece 10 of a flexible material, such as. B. paper, cardboard, etc. The shaped piece has a handhole part 11 which is collapsible with the base part 12 along aligned fold lines 13. The passage 14 in part 11 is formed by notching opposite tabs 15 and 16 therefrom. In the upright position of the handle, the central tab 15 forms part of the base 12, on one side of the fold lines, while the tab 16, turned upwards, forms a double upper edge handle part 17.
The base 12, from which the reach-through part 11 extends substantially vertically in the erected position of the handle, has a rectangular main part 18 on one side of part 11 and projects therefrom over each end. On the other side of part 11, the base 12, apart from the tab 15, has a tab 19 at both ends, forming a continuation of the protruding end portion of part 18.
It can be seen that the described support element can be attached to a cardboard box or the like by inserting the handhole part 11 through a slot into the box wall, with the base 12 resting against the inside of the box wall.
If additional strength is desired, a right-angled flat piece 20 can be used in connection with the support element described. The piece 20 has a slot 21 through which the hand hole part 11 is passed so that the piece comes to rest over the base part 12. Where additional strength is desired, the use of such a sheet 20 increases the strength of the base part significantly.
According to FIGS. 2 and 3, the illustrated support element comprises a uniform, by and large rectangular shaped piece 22 with a fold center line 23 which delimits two opposite penetration parts 24, 25 and also two base parts 26, 27.
The hand hole 28 in the penetration part 24 is formed by notching a tab 29 therefrom as an integral part of the base 26.
The hand hole 30 in the penetration part 25 is formed by notching a tab 31 therefrom.
The base 26 has end portions 32 which extend beyond the ends of part 24 and the base 27 has end portions 33 which extend beyond the ends of part 25. Each part 32 lies opposite at a distance from part 33.
When the support element is erected, the reach-through parts 24 and 25 are put together, essentially in abutment along the fold line 23 and the fold lines 34 and 35, which connect the parts 24 and 25 to the base parts 26 and 27.
This movement brings the end parts 33 of part 27 to rest on the end parts 32 of part 26, and a part 26 of the base 27 comes to lie under the tabs 29. The flap 31, which is connected to the upper edge of the hand hole 30, is folded over through the hand hole 28 of part 24 to give a smooth edge and three times the thickness of the handle surface.
According to Fig. 4, the illustrated support element comprises a single unitary shaped piece 37 folded along the line 38 to create a double base consisting of the parts 39 and 40, and along the fold lines 41 and 42 to form a double penetration part from the parts 43 and 44 .
The base 39 has a main part 45 on one side of the fold line 41 and a central tab 46 and end tabs 47 lying on the other side of the fold line 41.
The base 40 has a main portion 48 on one side of the fold line 41 and an overlying portion 45, and end flaps 49 on the other side of the fold line 41 and overlying end flaps 47.
The hand hole 50 in the penetration part 43 is formed by notching the tabs 46 therefrom.
The hand hole 51 in the penetration part 44 is formed by notching a flap therefrom, which is passed through the hand hole to form a connecting means for the parts 43 and 44, and to produce a smooth supporting edge which comes to rest on the hand in a three-layer handle surface .
It can be seen that the base parts 39 and 40 result in approaches (shoulders) which rest against the wall of the box and from which the parts with the handhole are at right angles.
According to FIG. 5, the support element consists of two uniform shaped pieces 53 and 54.
The shaped piece 53 has a base 55 and a part 56 with a hand hole that can be collapsed along the folding lines 57. The main part 58 of the base 55 is located on one side of the crease lines 57, a central tab 59 with the protruding end tabs 60 on the other side of the crease lines 57. The handle 56 has a hand hole 61 formed by partially cutting (notching) the tab 59 and bending it over.
The molding 54 has a base 62 and a reach-through or handhole portion 63 collapsible therewith along the aligned fold lines 64. The base 62 has a main portion 65 underlying the central tab 59, and end tabs 66 lie under end tabs 60 Handle part 63 is formed by notching a tab 68 therefrom. As shown, the reach-through parts 56 and 63 are arranged such that the flap 68 passed through the hand hole 61 rests against them.
The embodiment according to FIGS. 6 and 7 is formed from a single rectangular cut piece 69, consisting of two essentially identical flat pieces 70 and 71, which are connected at the end by a transverse fold line. The flat piece 70 has a base part 72 and a hand hole part 73 collapsible therewith along the fold lines 74, and the flat piece 71 has a base part 75 and a hand hole part 76 collapsible therewith along the fold lines 77. The hand hole 78 in the handle part 73 is formed by of which a flap 79 is notched. A hand hole 80 in the handle part 76 is made by notching a tab 81 therefrom.
The base (part) 72 has a main part 82 on one side of the fold lines 74 and end flaps 83 on the other side thereof, the flap 79 also being arranged on this other side of the fold lines 74.
The base (part) 75 has a main part 84 on one side of the fold lines 77 and end flaps 85 on the other side of the fold lines 77.
As shown, each end flap 84 can be doubled in strength by wrapping a connected portion 83 of the molding thereover. Likewise, each flap 85 can be doubled in strength by wrapping a connected portion 85a of the fitting over it.
It can be seen that in the erected handle part according to FIG. 7, the flap 81 is passed through the hand holes 78 and 80 in order to hold the handle parts 76 and 78 together, as well as to produce a smooth palm rest edge and a handle surface of three times the thickness.
According to FIG. 8, the illustrated support element is formed from a single, uniform shaped piece 86 with two layers 87 and 88 which are folded over one another along the fold line 89. The layer 87 has a base part 90 and a handle part 91 with a hand hole 92 formed therein, which is created by releasing a tab 93. The layer 88 has a base part 94 and a handle part 95 with a hand hole 96, which is formed by notching a tab 97.
The base (part) 90 has a main part 98 on one side of the handle part fold lines 99 and end tabs 100 and the tab 93 on the other side of the fold lines 99.
The base (part) 94 has a main part 101 on one side of the handle part fold lines 102 and end tabs 103 which rest on the part 98 on the other side of the fold lines 102.
