Fig. 5 die Anordnung der Transportorgane dieser Ausführungsform im Grundriss.
Transport device for unfired ceramic products, in particular bricks
In the manufacture of ceramic products, especially coarse ceramic products such as bricks, masonry stones, and other fired artificial building materials, the problem often arises of transferring the unfired products intermittently discharged from a cutting device onto slats that are continuously moving perpendicular to the discharge direction. This operation is also known as stopping.
There are already known various devices for depositing bricks. However, the settling speed and thus the performance of the known devices was limited and the treatment of the products was rough, so that in particular products made of soft clay could not be set at all or only at a reduced speed.
The aim of the invention is now to create a settling device which can be operated with significantly higher power and at the same time protects the material so that products made of soft clay can also be handled at high speed.
The present invention now relates to a transport device for transferring unfired ceramic products, in particular bricks, which are intermittently removed from a cutting device, onto continuously moving slats, which are preferably arranged perpendicular to the removal direction, which is characterized in that it has at least one first, intermittently moving endless transport element to Has the product being picked up by the cutting device during its standstill, which is expediently higher than the slats and preferably runs at least approximately parallel to them and has at least one second, continuously moving, endless transport element,
which runs along a transfer path next to the first transport element and approximately parallel to it and whose delivery end is preferably at the level of the slats, and that means are provided to adjust the two transport elements in the area of the transfer path in the vertical direction relative to one another .
Means are also preferably provided to move the second transport element continuously at the same speed as the slats, as well as means to keep the speed of the two transport elements the same at the moment of passage of one transport element through the plane of the other transport element.
The periodic vertical adjustment of the transport elements is expediently carried out by an eccentric disk rigidly coupled to the drive of the continuously moving transport element, which in the area of the transfer path raises at least one of the two transport elements above the level of the other or lowers it below the level of the other. The drive and the speed regulation of the intermittently moving transport member is preferably carried out by means of a lever operated by the eccentric disk with a chain hoist.
The two transport members are expediently adjusted in the area of the transfer section in the vertical direction in such a way that the continuously moving transport member is adjusted while the intermittently moving transport member is fixed in height.
Metal belts, plate chains, scale belts or the like are particularly suitable as endless transport elements.
In order to make it easier for the bricks to be pushed onto the intermittently moving transport element, a scale belt with brass plates is preferably used as such and is provided with grooves transversely to the direction of movement of the belt.
This facilitates sliding transversely to the direction of movement of the tape, but prevents it from sliding in the direction of movement of the tape.
Each of the two endless transport members can be present in multiple versions next to one another.
In the drawing, for example, embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are explained, namely:
1 and 2 the arrangement of a device according to the invention between a cutting device and a slatted web in a schematic plan or elevation,
3 and 4 show an embodiment of the device according to the invention in a schematic elevation in two different phases of the work cycle,
Fig. 5 shows the arrangement of the transport members of this embodiment in plan.
In the arrangement shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the bricks 1 are intermittently removed from a cutting device (not shown) and pass via a feed 2 onto the intermittently moving belts 3 while they are stationary. To transfer the bricks from the intermittently moving belts 3 to the continuously moving slats 4, the belt 5, which is continuously moving at the same speed as the slats and whose delivery end 6 is at the level of the slats 4, is used. At its feed end 7, the continuously moving belt 5 is adjustable in the vertical direction with respect to the intermittently moving belt 3.
In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the bricks 1 are fed on the intermittently moving belt 3 and transferred to the continuously moving belt 5, which is arranged laterally offset. As shown in Fig. 5, the belts 3 and 5 consist of several adjacent partial belts, which are arranged at least in the area of the transfer section A-B such that a partial belt of the other belt comes to lie between each two partial belts of one belt.
The continuously moving belt is periodically raised and lowered in the area of the transfer section A-B by means of the eccentric disk 14 rigidly coupled to the drive of the continuously moving belt 5.
A second eccentric disk 16 is arranged rigidly on the same shaft 15 as the eccentric disk 14 and moves the belt 3 intermittently via the lever 17, the chain hoist 18 and the freewheel 19. The two eccentric disks 14 and 16 are arranged at such an angle to one another on the common shaft 15 that the intermittently moving belt 3 is moved when the continuously moving belt 5 is defined from below by the surface of the intermittently moving belt 3 Level goes through. The size of the deflection of the free end of the lever 17 and the translation of the freewheel 19 are coordinated so that the two belts have the same speed at the moment of the mentioned passage.
Here, the brick molding 1 is lifted off the belt 3 by the belt sections of the continuously moving belt 5 lying between the belt sections of the intermittently moving belt 3 and is continuously conveyed on.
At the delivery end 6 of the continuously moving belt 5, the bricks 1 are placed on the continuously moving slats 4. The drive of the shaft 15 is rigidly coupled to the drive of the slats 4 in such a way that the continuously moving belt 5 and the slats 4 have the same linear speed.
Instead of periodically adjusting the continuously moving belt 5 in the area of the transfer section AB relative to the intermittently moving belt 3, which is fixed in height, in the vertical direction, you can also arrange the continuously moving belt 5 in height and intermittently periodically adjust moving belt 3 as a whole or only in the area of the transfer section AB in the vertical direction.
