Sieve sifter with vibration drive for grain cleaning The invention relates to a sieve sifter with vibration drive for grain cleaning with a plurality of superposed, adjustable in a direction of inclination, with return surfaces made of approved sieves and suctioned grain inlet and outlet.
In the known cleaning machines with suctioned grain inlet and grain outlet, the grain inlet is at the highest point on the rear side and is connected directly to a separator or directly to the aspiration chamber, which are arranged above the sieves.
The grain outlet, on the other hand, is located at the lowest point on the front of the machine and connected to the aspiration chamber by a suction channel extending over the entire front.
This results in the disadvantages that because the front side is covered by the suction channel and the rear side by the screen tensioning elements, the screens cannot be seen during the production process.
To avoid the disadvantages listed, the object of the invention is to design the front of the sieve sifter free of components in order to be able to monitor the sieves inclined towards the front during the cleaning process without hindrance.
According to the invention, the object is achieved in that the grain outlet for the main product is arranged on the inlet side of the sieve and the return guide surface downstream of the lowermost sieve extends into the grain outlet.
The one-sided arrangement of the grain inlet and the grain outlet ensures that any malfunctions caused by the jamming of pieces of straw or other additions in the sieve mesh can be recognized and eliminated immediately.
An exemplary embodiment of the invention is shown schematically in the drawing.
In the frame 1 there is the sieving unit 2, in which the sieve guide frames 4, 4 ', 4 "equipped with sieves 3, 3', 3" are arranged at equal distances from one another.
The sieve guide frame are each pivotably mounted in their focus on Hohlach sen 5, 5 ', 5 "attached in the sieve and can be adjusted in their inclination by means of known locking elements according to the requirements as a whole or individually.
The return surfaces 6, 6 'downstream of the two upper sieves 3, 3' extend into the inflow area of the sieves below. The return surface 6 "downstream of the lower sieve 3" is extended in such a way that it extends into the grain outlet 7 according to the invention, which is arranged on the grain inlet side of the sieve unit.
The grain inlet 8 and the grain outlet 7 are suctioned by the ascending sifter 9, which is connected to the aspiration connection piece 10, the dust settling container 11 and the air lock 12 for the purpose of dust discharge.
The operation of the sieve sifter is as follows: The grain is fed to the upper sieve 3 via the grain inlet 8, whereby the diarrhea of this sieve is directed via the downstream return surface 6 to the subsequent sieve and then via the return surface 6 'below to the lower sieve 3 "reached.
While the coarse admixtures that do not pass through the upper sieves 3, 3 'are fed to the scroll outlet 15 via collecting channels 14, 14', the finer parts pass through the lower sieve 3 "via the collecting base 16 into the sand outlet 17. The cleaned grain, however, is fed to the grain outlet 7 via the return surface 6 "downstream of the lower sieve.
