Description
Spritzpackung
Piping pack
The innovation concerns a spray pack.
In veterinary and human medical practice, different models of ampoule syringes, injectors and syringe ampoules are used, which are suitable for single or multiple use for injections or instillations. The syringes usually contain ready-to-use medication, which is composed according to the various uses.
All spray systems have the disadvantage that they do not have a universally usable cone.
They have either a human, a veterinary or a special cone. For each type of application or each application site, a different syringe and / or cannula must therefore be used or a special adapter must be used.
The injection pack according to the invention is characterized by a multi-purpose cone with a nozzle with at least two successive sections intended for different applications, from which the sections between the innermost section and the outermost end of the nozzle can be individually removed.
One section of the connector can be designed as a cone for receiving an injection needle for intramuscular veterinary injection and another section of the connector as a cone for receiving an injection needle for human intramuscular injection.
Another section of the connecting piece can be designed as an instillation tube. A preferred embodiment has a connecting piece with all of the three sections mentioned, the section of the connecting piece designed as an instillation tube being too extreme.
With a spray pack designed in this way, the section of the nozzle that is at the extreme and designed as an instillation tube is ready for use at any time. Each of the others is used after all of the sections arranged in front of it have been removed as far as the end of the nozzle adjoining the injection-molded body, for example by cutting off or breaking off.
Thermoplastic material can serve as the preferred material for the production of such an injection pack.
A preferred embodiment of the invention is shown, for example, in the drawing
Fig. 1 shows an enlarged section through the nozzle of the spray pack.
Figures 2 and 3 are a section and an end view, respectively, of a closure cap for the spray pack.
In the syringe pack shown, the outermost section 1 is designed as an instillation tube for intramammary, intrauterine and intravesicial instillation. In the form shown, the spray pack is ready for use for this purpose.
The section 2, which extends between the planes labeled C and B, is designed as a cone for receiving an injection needle for human intramuscular injection, that is, as a so-called human cone.
This section cannot be used in the form shown, but is only used after the section 1 has been removed, for example by cutting off. Section 3, which extends between planes B and A, serves as a cone for receiving an injection needle for veterinary intramuscular injection (so-called vein cone). This section is also only ready for use after sections 1 and 2 have been removed, for example by cutting off.
2 and 3 show a closure cap which can be pushed over the entire length of the nozzle 1, 2, 3 and can be fastened to the nozzle of the spray pack at 4 in any desired manner. On the closed end face 5 of the closure cap, an inwardly projecting pin 6 can be provided, which serves as a closure for the opening of the channel 7 guided through the connector 1, 2, 3.
