Packung für pulverförmiges Gut
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Packung mit rechteckigem Querschnitt für pulverförmiges Gut mit einem Innenbeutel aus Papier und einem äusseren Behälter aus Karton, bei welcher mindestens eine Stirnseite durch Einfalten des Innenbeutels und von vier an den Seitenwänden des äusseren Behälters befestigten Lappen verschlossen ist. Um bei bekannten Packungen dieser Art einen dichten Verschluss zu erhalten, wurde zuerst der Innenbeutel eingefaltet und verklebt und hierauf wurden die Lappen des äusseren Kartonbehälters in die Ebene der Stirnseite gefaltet und befestigt.
Die Erfindung bezweckt, eine für pulverförmiges Gut dichte Packung zu schaffen, bei welcher ohne grösseren Bedarf an Einschlagmaterial und ohne zusätzliche Faltoperationen ein Verkleben des Innenbeutels nicht notwendig ist, wodurch der Verpakkungsvorgang beschleunigt werden kann. Die Pakkung gemäss der Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass einer der beiden an den schmalen Seitenwänden befestigten Lappen kürzer als die übrigen Lappen ist, derart, dass er in eingeklappter Lage den gegenüberliegenden Lappen nicht überdeckt, sondern in der gleichen Ebene mit diesem liegt, und dass ferner der Stirnverschluss auf folgende Weise gebildet ist:
a) die schmalen Seitenwände des über den Inhalt vorstehenden Teiles des Innenbeutels sind unter Bildung von zwei Dreiecklappen des Innenbeutels nach innen gefaltet, b) die beiden schmalen Lappen des Behälters liegen über den eingefalteten Teilen des Innenbeutels, c) die beiden Dreiecklappen des Innenbeutels liegen direkt oder indirekt über den beiden schmalen Lappen des Behälters.
In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel einer Packung gemäss der Erfindung dargestellt.
Es zeigen:

In Fig. 1 ist die Packung in oben noch ge öffnetem Zustand dargestellt. Sie besteht aus einem Innenbeutel 1 aus Papier und aus einem äusseren Behälter 2 aus Karton und weist einen rechteckigen Querschnitt auf. An den Seitenwänden 3, 4, 5 und 6 des Behälters 2 sind Lappen 7, 8, 9 und 10 befestigt, die um Faltlinien 11 einklappbar sind.
Die drei Lappen 7, 9 und 10 sind alle gleich lang, während der schmale Lappen 8 niedriger bzw. kürzer als die übrigen Lappen ist, derart, dass er in eingeklapptem Zustand den ebenfalls eingeklappten Gegenlappen 10 nicht überdecken, sondern mit ihm in einer Ebene liegen kann (vgl. Fig. 3).
Die Packung wird auf folgende Weise verschlossen: Zuerst werden in bekannter Weise die beiden schmalen Seitenwände 11 und 12 des Beutels 1 über dessen Inhalt eingefaltet, so dass sich zwei noch aufrechtstehende Dreiecklappen 13, 14 bilden (Fig. 2). Nun werden die beiden schmalen Lappen 8, 10 des Behälters eingeklappt, wobei der längere Lappen 10 die eingefaltete Oberkante la des Beutels 1 überdeckt. Die Stirnkanten der Lappen 8 und 10 liegen nahe beieinander, die beiden Lappen überdecken sich jedoch nicht, sondern liegen in einer Ebene.
Nun werden die beiden Dreiecklappen 13, 14 eingeklappt (Fig. 4) und hierauf die beiden breiten Lappen 7, 9 des Behälters darübergefaltet. Die Lappen 7 und 9 können verklebt werden. Sie können jedoch auch als Steckverschluss ausgebildet sein. Zu diesem Zweck kann der Lappen 9 die in den Fig. 4 und 5 strichpunktiert angedeutete Form aufweisen und in einen Schlitz 15 des Lappens 7 eingesteckt sein. Es wäre auch möglich, den Lappen 7 gemeinsam mit dem Dreiecklappen 14 einzuklappen und dann den Lappen 9 mit dem Dreiecklappen 13 darüber zu klappen.
Es hat sich gezeigt, dass durch das Ineinanderfalten der Lappen des Behälters und des Innenbeutels auf die beschriebene Weise ein für pulver förmiges Gut genügend dichter Verschluss erzielt werden kann, ohne dass der Innenbeutel verklebt oder durch kompliziertere Faltoperationen verschlosssen werden muss.
Pack for powdery goods
The invention relates to a pack with a rectangular cross section for powdery goods with an inner bag made of paper and an outer container made of cardboard, in which at least one end face is closed by folding in the inner bag and by four flaps attached to the side walls of the outer container. In order to obtain a tight seal in known packs of this type, the inner bag was first folded in and glued and then the flaps of the outer cardboard container were folded into the plane of the front side and fastened.
The aim of the invention is to create a pack that is tight for powdery goods, in which the inner bag does not need to be glued together without a greater need for wrapping material and without additional folding operations, whereby the packaging process can be accelerated. The package according to the invention is characterized in that one of the two flaps attached to the narrow side walls is shorter than the other flaps, so that in the folded position it does not cover the opposite flap, but lies in the same plane with it, and that furthermore the forehead closure is formed in the following way:
a) the narrow side walls of the part of the inner bag protruding over the contents are folded inwards to form two triangular lobes of the inner bag, b) the two narrow lobes of the container lie over the folded parts of the inner bag, c) the two triangular lobes of the inner bag are directly or indirectly via the two narrow flaps of the container.
The drawing shows an embodiment of a pack according to the invention.

In Fig. 1, the pack is shown in the open state above still ge. It consists of an inner bag 1 made of paper and an outer container 2 made of cardboard and has a rectangular cross-section. On the side walls 3, 4, 5 and 6 of the container 2, tabs 7, 8, 9 and 10 are attached, which can be folded in around fold lines 11.
The three flaps 7, 9 and 10 are all the same length, while the narrow flap 8 is lower or shorter than the other flaps, so that in the folded state it does not cover the also folded counter flap 10, but lies in one plane with it can (see. Fig. 3).
The pack is closed in the following way: First, the two narrow side walls 11 and 12 of the bag 1 are folded over its contents in a known manner, so that two triangular flaps 13, 14 that are still upright are formed (FIG. 2). The two narrow flaps 8, 10 of the container are now folded in, the longer flap 10 covering the folded-in upper edge 1 a of the bag 1. The front edges of the tabs 8 and 10 are close to each other, but the two tabs do not overlap, but lie in one plane.
Now the two triangular flaps 13, 14 are folded in (FIG. 4) and the two wide flaps 7, 9 of the container are then folded over them. The flaps 7 and 9 can be glued. However, they can also be designed as a plug lock. For this purpose, the tab 9 can have the shape indicated by dash-dotted lines in FIGS. 4 and 5 and be inserted into a slot 15 of the tab 7. It would also be possible to fold in the tab 7 together with the triangular tab 14 and then to fold the tab 9 with the triangular tab 13 over it.
It has been shown that by folding the flaps of the container and the inner bag into one another in the manner described, a seal that is sufficiently tight for powdery goods can be achieved without the inner bag having to be glued or closed by more complicated folding operations.
