Device for winding up strand material, eg. Wire The invention relates to a device for winding up strand material, eg. B. Wire, in which the turns of the strand material fall onto an exchangeable, rotationally driven and vertical-axis winding drum.
Are already known facilities in which the strand such. B. wire, is bent at the beginning of the winding process by using a number of rolls or rollers into turns, the diameter of which is adapted to the diameter of the drum to be filled with winding material.
It has been shown here, however, especially when winding relatively strong ropes, that the entrainment of the item from a rotationally driven round disc can very often not be solved satisfactorily, since the disc has no roughening on the circumference in order to avoid damage to the rope . In addition, the storage or arrangement of the rollers or cylinders poses problems that are difficult to solve in many cases.
The invention has for its object to avoid the aforementioned disadvantages and difficulties ver and a device for winding strand material, for. B. to create wire without the manufacturing costs being unduly high.
According to the invention, the object is achieved by a bending device that is mounted concentrically to the winding drum, is driven synchronously in rotation and is actuated by a cam disk, the bending device consisting of a round disk connected to the drive shaft, a groove machined on the peripheral surface of the disk for receiving the strand good eyes arranged on the disc to accommodate pivot pins, swiveling drivers around the pivot pins, rotatable rollers attached to the drivers,
a spring-loaded beam with a bolt head arranged below the stop of a driver, sleeves fixedly arranged on the disc for receiving the springs and bolts, and a cam disc provided with an elevation and fixedly arranged on the housing.
The drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the invention in a simplified representation, namely: FIG. 1 shows a section through a winding device designed according to the invention for the strand material, FIG. 2 shows a plan view of the winding device,
3 shows a cross section through the device according to the line III-111 in FIG. 1, FIG. 4 shows a longitudinal section through the bending device of the winding device according to the line IV-IV in FIG. 3 on an enlarged scale,
FIG. 5 shows a perspective illustration of the driver drive in a simplified embodiment, and FIG. 6 shows the guiding of the strand material from the bending device to the winding drum by means of a finger along the line VI-VI in FIG.
According to Fig. 1-6, the device for winding the strand, for. B. the wire, housed in a housing 2, which is firmly arranged on a base 1 and opened on one side to remove the winding drum 18 on. In the upper half of the housing 2 there is a bending device for the strand material and the rotary drive thereof, while in the lower half of the housing 2 a turntable 3 is provided for placing the winding drum 18 on the same.
The bending device consists of a round disc 34 with a groove 33 machined into the peripheral surface of the disc, a drive mechanism for the rotary drive of the disc 34, consisting of a worm gear 5 and 7 and the shaft 4, a cam disc 31 fixedly arranged on the housing 2 so that it cannot rotate , as well as clamps 35 pivotably arranged on the disk 34, which are controlled by the cam disk 31.
The turntable 3 is rotatably mounted in the vertical direction kon centric to the axis of rotation of the straightening device in the base 1 and is driven synchronously to the bending device via a wide Ren rotary drive. The bending device is driven by an electric motor 11 via a belt pulley 10, V-belt 9, belt pulley 8, a worm 7, worm wheel 5 and drive shaft 4. The drive shaft 4 is mounted vertically in the housing 2 and non-rotatably fixed to the gear 5, a Chain wheel 6 and the disk 34 connected.
With the electric motor 11 is also, starting from the shaft 4, the turntable 3 on a pivot 19, a sprocket 17, chain 16, chain wheel 15, shaft 14, chain wheel 13, chain 12 and chain wheel 6 in drive connection.
The turntable 3 is firmly connected to a pivot 19, which is rotatably mounted in the base 1 in the vertical direction. The turntable 3 has the shape of a round disc which is provided on its periphery with guide plates 20 for centering the winding drum 18. The take-up drum 18, which can be placed on the turntable 3 and removed therefrom, consists of a cylindrical jacket 21. a round support 22 and another, the support 22 to give the cylindrical shell 24 composed.
In the lower half of the shell 24, recesses 23 distributed evenly around the circumference are arranged, through which, for example, forks of a forklift truck can be passed for the purpose of replacing the winding drum 18.
The purpose of the bending device mentioned at the outset is to see the wire with turns whose diameter is designed so that the drum 18 can be wound up with the wire well and without operational disruptions. The load-bearing element of the bending device is the round disc 34, which is firmly connected in its center to a drive shaft 4 and secured in a known manner against falling out of the shaft 4 downwards. A groove 33 with rounded edges for receiving or bending the wire windings has been incorporated on the peripheral surface of the disk 34.
Furthermore, were on the disc 34 in a circular ring,. Distributed at regular intervals, eyes 25 for mounting spring-loaded, pivotable via pivot pin 26 drivers 35, is arranged. The drivers 35 cover the groove 33 of the disk 34 under the influence of the bias of the spring 36. On the underside of the driver 35, spring-loaded bolts 27 push with their heads 39 against the stops 28 provided on the drivers 35.
At each end of the driver 35 pointing to the center of rotation of the disc 34, a pin 29 is arranged on which a roller 30 was rotatably placed. When the disk 34 rotates, the rollers 30 run on a cam 31 ad firmly connected to the housing 2 and, at the elevation 32 of the cam 31 via the pin 29, press the drivers 35 downward or over against the spring force of the springs 36 the pivot pin 26 of a driver 35 protruding part upwards.
In each case below the stop 28 with a slave 35, a sleeve 37 for receiving a spring 36 and a spring bolt 27 is provided on the disc 34. The spring bolt 27 is pressed with its head 39 against the stop 28 of a driver 35 by means of a spring 36 supported on the bottom 38 of the sleeve 37, whereby the drivers 35 always rest on the circumferential surface of the disk 34 with a fixed pretension.
The wire winding device works in the following way: The strand material to be wound onto the winding drum 18 or the wire 45 is inserted with one end into the groove 33 of the disk 34 and clamped with the driver 35a to initiate the winding process. Subsequently, by switching on the electric motor 11, the disc 34 and the rotary table 3 with an applied winding drum 18 is set in rotation synchronously with the bending device.
The wire 45 attached to the driver 35a loosens after a rotation of approx. 290 and falls through. Dead weight, provided with a certain winding diameter, on the support 22 of the winding drum 18, where it winds on the same as a result of the rotation of the winding drum 18.
In the course of one revolution of the disc 34, the wire 45 is pressed outside the circular sector 42 of the elevation 32 of the cam 31 by the drivers 32 into the groove 33 of the disc 34, while it is in the area of the elevation 32 of the cam 31 by lifting the The driver 35 lifts out of the groove 33 and falls onto the support 22 of the winding drum 18. Here, the winding of the wire 45 is guided onto the winding drum 18 by a finger 43 or an appropriate guide device.
The wire 45 is introduced within the area of the circular sector 42 of the elevation 32 of the cam 31 and out.
After the desired amount of wire has been wound on the winding drum 18, the electric motor 11 is switched off, the wire is cut at the point 41 and the filled winding drum 18 is exchanged for an empty drum for the purpose of further winding up of wire.
