Transmission with continuously variable transmission ratio The invention relates to a transmission with continuously variable transmission ratio and is characterized in that at least two oscillation generators arranged on the drive shaft, which are adjustable in terms of their oscillation amplitude, and means for transmitting the oscillation movement of the oscillation generators coaxially to the One-way clutches arranged on the drive shaft are provided, and that the movements of the one-way clutches are transmitted to the output shaft via a differential gear.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown schematically in the drawing. 1 shows a front view of a transmission, partly in section; 2 shows a side view of the transmission according to FIG. 1, partly in section, and FIG. 3 shows a variant of a part of FIG.
A drive shaft 2 and an output shaft 3 are mounted in a housing 1, which is only shown schematically. The drive shaft 2 has four circular, eccentric cams 4 with cylindrical Aussenflä surfaces, on each of which an eccentric disk 5 is rotatably mounted. On the circumference of these eccentric disks, a ring 6 is rotatably mounted on rollers or needles 7. Each ring 6 carries a flange 8 to which a flexible band 9 made of a suitable material such as steel, leather and the like. Is attached.
Two cams 4 with their eccentric disks 5 are close to each other and are offset by 180 zueinan, the two pairs of cams are only offset 90 to each other, so that all four cams 4 with their eccentric 5 are offset by 90 to each other. A band 9 each connects the two flanges 8 of the two adjacent eccentric disks 5 associated rings 6.
The output shaft 3 runs parallel to the drive shaft 2. On it, two sleeves 11 are mounted on rollers 10, which wear two bevel gears 12, 13 of a planetary gear bes at their mutually facing ends. A bevel gear 14 engages in the wheels 12, 13 and is rotatably mounted on an axle 15 which is fixed in the output shaft 3. Instead of a single bevel gear 14, two or four bevel gears could also be provided in a known manner.
The outer surface of the sleeves 11 forms the inner part of two free-wheeling or one-way clutches of the usual type with rollers 15 and outer rings 16. Two one-way clutches are thus arranged on both sides of the differential gear 12, 13, 14.
The band 9 runs from the flange 8 of one ring 6 over the outer circumferential surface of one ring 16 to a deflection roller 17 and over the outer circumferential surface of the adjacent ring 16 back to the flange 8 of the second ring 6.
The pulley 17 is ge leads in a fork 18, which is under the bias of a spring 29. As FIG. 3 shows, however, separate strips 9a could also lead over each ring 16. These bands 9a are each attached to a piston rod 17a which is connected to a piston 18a which is slidably mounted in a cylinder 19a. The desired pretensioning of the belts 9a is achieved by supplying pressure oil through the lines 20.
The pretensioning of the bands can of course be achieved in both variants (according to FIG. 2 and FIG. 3) with the aid of a spring or pressure oil. On one side of the housing I a Ge housing 21 is flanged, which contains a double planetary gear, which is used to adjust the eccentricity of the eccentric disks 5 while the transmission is running. At its end located in the housing 21, the drive shaft 2 carries an internally toothed gear 22. A planetary gear 23 engages in this, which is mounted on a pin 24 which is fixed in a worm gear 25.
The worm wheel 25 is rotatably mounted on a part 26 fixed to the housing and is in engagement with a worm 27 which can be set in rotation by hand or by a motor.
The planetary gear 23 also engages a sun gear 28a which forms part of a double gear 28a, 28b which is rotatably supported on the drive shaft 2. The wheel 28b meshes via a planetary wheel 29 with the internally toothed wheel 30, which is rotatably seated on the drive shaft 2. The planet wheel 29 is rotatably mounted on a pin 24a fixed to the housing.
All eccentric disks 5 have projections 31. The in Fig. 1 to the right directed projection 31a of the gear 30 closest Ex center disk 5 engages in a slot 32 of a fork 33 which is on the hub 30a of the gear 30 is arranged.
Between the individual cams 4 with their Ex center disks 5, sleeves 34a, 34b, 34c are mounted rotatably on the drive shaft 2, which also have forks 33 with slots 32 into which the projections 31 of the eccentric disks 5 engage. In this way, by turning the wheel 30 relative to the drive shaft 2, all Ex center discs 5 can be rotated simultaneously on their cams, which changes their eccentricity. It should also be mentioned that the gears are of the same size in pairs (22, 30-23, 29-28a, 28b).
The mode of operation of the gearbox is as follows: When the drive shaft 2 rotates, the belts 9 perform stroke movements, the size of which corresponds to the eccentricity of the eccentric discs 5. The forward stroke of the belts 9, in which the belt ends fastened to the flanges 8 are under tension, is transmitted by the rings 16 of the one-way clutches to the sleeves 11 and via the bevel gears 12 and
13 and 14 are transferred to the output shaft 3. The shaft 3 thus performs an approximately uniform Drehbe movement, which is composed of the four sinusoidal single movements of the four eccentric discs 5, the eccentricity of which is a measure of the transmission ratio of the transmission.
As long as the worm 27 is stationary, the gear 22 driven by the drive shaft 2 drives the gear 30 via the wheels 23, 28a, 28b, 29 at the same speed, so that in normal operation the position of the eccentric disks 5 relative to the shaft 2 or to whose cam remains unchanged. By rotating the worm 27, the worm wheel 25 and with it the gear wheel 23 are rotated about the axis of the drive shaft 2. This rotation is transmitted via the gears 28a, 28b, 29 to the wheel 30 and from there to the first eccentric disk 5.
At the same time, however, the rotation is also transmitted to the remaining eccentric disks 5 by the sleeves 34a, 34b, 34c, which results in a rotation of the same relative to the cams 4. In this way, the eccentricity of the vibration generator and thus the transmission ratio of the transmission can be continuously changed during operation.
