In der Zeichnung sind beispielsweise Ausfüh rungsformen des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt. Es zeigen: Fig. 1 einen Längsschnitt durch ein Radialgasla- ger; Fig. 1b einen Schnitt längs der Linie A -B in Fig. 1; Fig. la eine abgewandelte Ausführungsform des in Fig. 1 dargestellten Gaslagers;
Fig. 2 ein Zweifach-Radialgaslager; Fig. 2a einen Schnitt längs der Linie A -B in Fig. 2; Fig. 3 einen Längsschnitt durch ein Radial-Axial- lager, längs der Linie C-D in Fig. 3a; Fig. 3a einen Schnitt längs der LinieA -B in Fig. 3, und zwar auf der linken Seite entsprechend dem Schnitt A und auf der rechten Seite entspre chend dem Schnitt B;
Gas-lubricated or liquid-lubricated plain bearings The throttling of the pressurized gas supplied to the bearing gap before the pressurized gas enters the bearing gap, which is necessary for gas-lubricated, preferably static, slide bearings and which makes gas storage possible in the first place, was achieved in the known arrangements by fine throttle bores or throttle gaps.
The object underlying the invention is the complicated and expensive manufacture of the fine throttle bores or the fine Dros selspalte, z. T. to avoid annular gaps and to find another way of throttling, which is easier to commit with a compliance with at least the same tolerances.
The difficulty of producing the bores used so far is due to their small dimensions. In an air-lubricated Gleitla ger of the known type, for example, a throttle bore of approximately 0.1 mm was necessary for a bearing bore of 70 mm in diameter. An annular gap provided for throttling must have a gap width of approximately 0.03 mm with a bearing bore of 90 mm diameter.
In order to avoid the arrangement of such fine gaps and bores in the bearing bush, which is still particularly difficult to work due to its hard material, one has already tried, according to a further known arrangement, to reduce the throttling through fine needle holes in a film, which is attached in front of or in the storage space. But this embodiment also has considerable disadvantages; In particular, the attachment of the foils in bearings with small dimensions is difficult to cumbersome and expensive. In addition, the stitch holes, which must be very fine, tend to clog easily.
The invention relates to a gas or liquid lubricated sliding bearing for absorbing radial and / or axial loads with existing throttles consisting of fine openings in the pressure medium inlet path using at least one film, the sliding bearing being composed of several individual parts and at least one joint this individual part runs at least partially along the bearing gap or is connected to it by bores or slots, which is characterized by
that between the abutting individual parts at least once a foil is placed as a spacer, which is provided with such openings that at least one connection channel from the pressure medium inlet to the bearing gap space between the abutting individual parts is spared from the thickness of the foil.
By using a film with perforations, fine openings can be formed relatively easily, which are otherwise very difficult to produce in a known manner.
The invention also has the advantage that any desired throttle gap widths can be achieved by exchanging the film or films of different thickness. This enables optimal throttle values to be achieved empirically in a relatively short time.
In the drawing, for example, embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown. 1 shows a longitudinal section through a radial gas bearing; FIG. 1b shows a section along the line A-B in FIG. 1; FIG. Fig. La shows a modified embodiment of the gas bearing shown in Fig. 1;
2 shows a double radial gas bearing; FIG. 2a shows a section along the line A-B in FIG. 2; 3 shows a longitudinal section through a radial axial bearing along the line C-D in FIG. 3a; 3a shows a section along the line A -B in FIG. 3, on the left side corresponding to section A and on the right side corresponding to section B;
3b and 3c show the accumulation fields machined into the main storage areas; 4 shows an axial bearing; 4a shows the annular foil used in the axial bearing shown in FIG. 4; Fig. 5 shows a further embodiment of an axial bearing and Fig. 5a the cup-shaped film used in the axial bearing shown in FIG.
In Figs. 1, la and lb mean 4 and 5 two each annular parts of a radial bearing, of which the part 4, the bearing housing and the part 5 form the bearing cover. When placed on top of one another, the two result in the bearing or the bearing bush for a shaft 6, with an annular cavity 3 between them, which serves as a pressure chamber for the pressurized gas flowing in through an inlet opening 7.
At the joint facing the bearing gap and running along this ver, a film 1 is placed between the two bearing parts 4 and 5, which protrudes radially into the interior of the pressure chamber 3. The throttling is due to the film thickness s1 and the radial extension of the joint h as well as the width b1 of the suitably punched out recesses 2 in the film 1.
With 8 is a sealing ring, which is expediently made of rubber or some other elastic or plastic material, possibly lead, there is, be distinguished, which seals the other joint of the two bearing parts 4 and 5 against the outside space.
Fig. La shows a certain modification compared to the embodiment of FIG. 1, as the foil designated in Fig. La with 9 is bent at its outer edge within the pressure chamber 3 in the axial direction Rich, so that the film as a whole assumes pot shape and the joint of the housing 4, which is formed somewhat angularly in FIG. 1a, fits snugly. This enables simpler assembly with easily reproducible centering of the film relative to the bearing.
The load-bearing effect of the bearing described is generated by the static excess pressure of the lubricant. In contrast to the slide bearings with dynamic lubrication, the bearings with static lubrication already have their full load capacity at shaft speed n = 0. The non-rotating shaft is in pure swimming condition.
As FIG. 1 shows, the compressed air is supplied to the bearing gap
EMI0002.0057
and the overall length L through the connection channels provided on the circumference of the bearing journal, which of course consist of the pressure chamber 3 and an opening in the film 2.
If the shaft sinks by the eccentricity e under the load PG, the bearing gap cross-section increases in the upper half of the bearing shell, while it is reduced by the same amount of eccentricity e in the lower half of the bearing shell.
This results in a resistance reduction in the flow path of the upper bearing gap and, as a result of the throttling in the inlet chambers 2, a pressure reduction. In contrast, the flow resistance in the lower bearing gap has increased at the same time, which causes an increase in pressure.
An overpressure force P; t counter to the load PG results from the differential pressures of the bearing shell halves. When swimming, the two forces are in balance.
So that the aforementioned effect, d. H. If a load-bearing effect occurs, the sum of the two lateral gas discharge cross-sections must be greater than the gas inlet cross-sections of the compressed gas inlet chambers.
In Fig. 2, a double radial bearing is shown in which the bearing bush 10 consists of one piece. The bearing bush 10 allows the bearing bore to be produced precisely. The throttle foils 1 are arranged around the bearing bush 10 on the outside. Plane-parallel spacer sleeves 11 bring the films to certain distances. Storage spaces 12 in the form of slots in the bearing bush establish the connection between the pressurized gas inlet chambers 2 of the foils 1 and the bearing bore.
Thus, each connecting channel from the pressure medium inlet 7 to the bearing gap space S is composed of the pressure space 3, an opening 2 of a film 1 and a storage space 12.
3 shows in section the combination of a radial and axial bearing; 3a shows two different views of the same bearing. The radial bearing corresponds in its features to the radial bearing shown in Fig. La. The axial bearing part is composed of the two plates 13 and 14 arranged parallel to one another, between which the film 15 is placed as a spacer. The shape of the film openings can be seen in FIG. 3a.
The inlet opening, not shown, for the pressure medium corresponds to that of FIG. 1. The compressed gas flows for the lubrication of the radial and axial bearings are connected in parallel, with a common pressure chamber 3 connected upstream of both throttles. In the axial bearing part 14, storage spaces 12a are again arranged, which connect the compressed gas inlet chambers 2 of the film 15 to the bearing gap space.
FIGS. 3b and 3c show the accumulation fields incorporated in the main bearing surface of the bearing according to FIG. 3 and FIG. 3a in the form of circular sectors or circular surfaces. The pressure drop extends from the edge of the accumulation fields over the main surface. In an alternative embodiment, the circular sectors or circular surfaces could also be designed as protruding partial bearing surfaces, so that the pressure drop of the lubricant only takes place over the partial surfaces.
FIGS. 4 and 5 each show an axial bearing designed according to the invention. The axial bearing part here consists of a main bearing part 16 and a counter-bearing threaded pin 17 which, with the aid of a ring 18, presses the respective film - in FIG. 4 the annular film 19 and in FIG. 5 the cup-shaped film 20 - against the main bearing part 16 presses.
The pressure medium flows through the inlet opening 7 into the pressure chamber 3 and via the compressed gas inlet chambers 2 and the storage space 12a into the bearing gap. The shape of the film openings can be seen from FIGS. 4a and 5a, in which the films 19 and 20 are shown separately.
It is also within the scope of the invention to use axially parallel slots in a bearing for radial loading and to provide, for example, radially extending slots in a bearing for axial loading perpendicular to the axis. The bearing parts must then be put together in a corresponding manner.
Another modification of the execution examples is to slit open a hollow cylindrical bearing socket along a preferably axially parallel Man tellinie, for example to mill it, to insert the throttle foil into this slot and then to compress the hollow cylinder resiliently from the outside so that it clamps the throttle foil tightly. This then quasi forms the supplementary part to the hollow cylinder, so that in this way a two-part bearing is created again.
The pressure space would then have to be formed outside, for example, by a further hollow cylinder of larger diameter which - while maintaining an appropriate distance - is pushed over the bearing cylinder. Similar considerations apply to the axial bearing.
