Device on a processing machine for the transfer of disc-shaped objects lined up next to one another
The invention relates to a device on a processing machine for the transfer of disc-shaped objects arranged side by side on a continuously revolving conveyor belt transversely to the conveying direction to a receiving clamp comprising the rows of objects.
It is characterized in that pivoting levers driven by an eccentric via coupling nebulae are provided, which have means for clamping the rows of objects, which grasp these rows at the end of the conveyor belt and pivot them to a transfer table, and that an axially movable push rod guided by pivoting levers is also provided which takes over the rows of objects on the upper table and transfers them between the jaws of the receiving clamp.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown schematically in the drawing.
Show it:
1 shows a view of the transfer device in the position when a row of objects is taken over on the conveyor belt,
FIG. 2 shows a plan view of FIG. 1 without the conveyor belt,
3 shows a view of the device according to FIG. 1 when the row of objects is delivered to the slide,
FIG. 4 shows a plan view of FIG. 3 without the conveyor belt,
5 shows a view of the clamping device arranged at the end of the pivot lever and FIG
6 shows a section along line VI-VI in FIG. 5.
On a processing machine, e.g. B. a packaging machine, on a uniformly revolving conveyor belt 1 with drivers 2 side by side transversely to the conveying direction lined disc-shaped objects, z. B. Biscuit rows 3, supplied.
The individual rows of biscuits 3 can for example be held together by lateral guide plates 4. At the end of the conveyor belt 1 there are two pivot levers 6 which can be pivoted about axes 5 and which can be pivoted through 90 degrees via coupling levers 7 by eccentrics 8. The two end positions of the pivot lever 6 are shown in FIGS. Means for clamping the rows of biscuits, which are shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, are provided at the outer ends of the pivot levers 6. Each pivot lever 6 contains a z. B. axially displaceable rod 9 by means of cams not shown. The rods 9 are connected at their outer end by a holding plate 10 which is intended to rest on the surface of the biscuit row. Furthermore, a slide 12 with a pressure plate 13 is mounted in a head 11 at the end of each pivot lever 6.
Inside the head 11, a wedge 14 is attached to the rod 9, which wedge interacts with a roller 15 arranged on the slide 12. A spring 16 clamped between the pressure plate 13 and the head 11 ensures that the roller 15 always rests on the wedge 14 and that the axial movement of the rod 9 thus causes an axial displacement of the slide 12.
In the area of the pivoting movement of the pivoting lever 6, a guide plate 17 and a transfer table 18 are also arranged, onto which the row of biscuits 3 is pivoted away by the pivoting levers 6.
A push rod 21 with a fork-like head 22 is articulated on two pivot levers 19 and 20, which are also driven by the packaging machine in a manner known per se and not shown. The head 22 is designed in such a way that it can encompass the row of biscuits 3 on the two end faces. But it could also be equipped in the same way as the pivot lever 6 with a device for clamping the row of biscuits. The push rod 21 pushes the row of biscuits 3 from the table 18 between the jaws 23 of a receiving clamp 24, whereupon the jaws 23 close and pass the row of biscuits on to another processing point. The recording alarm is advantageously arranged on a movable carrier. This carrier can be moved back and forth or moved along an endless path.
In the second case, the bracket carrier can be designed as a drum or as an endless belt or chain and the like, on which a plurality of receiving brackets are arranged at regular intervals. The drum and belt can be moved step by step or continuously.
The drives of the individual elements of the device are designed in such a way that the biscuit groups are transferred smoothly. Whenever a biscuit group 3 reaches the end of the conveyor belt, it is clamped by the pivot arms 6 between the pressure plates 13, while at the same time the holding plate 10 rests against the outer surface of the biscuit group. At the same time, the push rod 21 is in the position shown in FIG. 1, in which it has pushed a row of biscuits 3 between the jaws 23 of the holding clamp 24.
While the pivot arms 6 are now pivoted into the position shown in Fig. 3, with the parts 10 and 17 preventing the clamped rows of biscuits from falling apart, the push rod 21 is returned so that the fork-like head 22 can pick up the row of biscuits when they are removed from the Printing plates 13 is released. The swivel arms now swivel back into the starting position, while the push rod pushes the row of biscuits taken over between the open jaws 23 of the receiving clamp 24.
In the case of a packaging machine, the jaws 23 are designed as folders. The wrapping material blank to be provided at the receiving station in a known manner is then taken along by the same when the biscuit group is pushed in. The protruding ends of the blank are grasped by the jaws 23, placed against the side surfaces of the biscuit group and held in this position.
In the drawings, the biscuits have been shown in a circle. Of course, they could just as well have the shape of a polygon.
