Stator for an electrical machine The invention relates to a stator for an electrical machine with coils placed around the individual poles. It is a desirable goal in such electrical machines to prefabricate the coils and push them as a whole over the poles. However, this goal is contradicted by the fact that, apart from a few exceptions, the pole face facing the air gap, ie generally the pole shoe, is larger than the cross-sectional area enclosed by the coil. This inconvenience has been remedied by dividing the pole and only attaching the pole piece to the remaining pole after the coil has been pushed on.
However, this method is only suitable for larger machines. Another possibility was to manufacture the individual poles separately from the rest of the yoke, to provide them with their coils and then to attach them to the yoke. In this case, the area available for fastening must inevitably be smaller than the cross-sectional area surrounded by the coil, so that a secure connection that would not come loose due to the continuous vibrations could only be established with difficulty.
According to the invention, these disadvantages are eliminated in that the poles have parallel flanks beginning at the pole head and are at an angle to the radius bisecting the pole head surface.
The pole head area, which is larger than the cross-sectional area surrounded by the coil, is thus created by cutting the pole at an angle at the front. Despite the enlarged pole head surface, the prefabricated coil can be conveniently pushed onto the pole from the front. The rear end of the pole can be designed as desired. It is essential, for example, that some of the poles can be formed in one piece with the yoke. In most embodiments of the invention, this applies to half of all poles.
This means a very considerable simplification in the manufacture of parts and when assembling.
It is also advantageous if the rest of the poles, that is to say in particular every second pole, can be fastened to the yoke by means of a connection which extends over the parallels. Pole flanks protrudes, preferably a laterally projecting tongue and groove connection. This results in a very secure, permanent attachment.
According to a preferred embodiment, each pole protrudes into the movement path of the coil of a neighboring pole. While the coil was previously locked by the pole piece, i.e. by its own pole, this task is now taken over by the neighboring pole, since the pole piece is missing.
For a stator with four poles, a particularly advantageous design is obtained when the yoke is a square frame and the poles run parallel to the four sides and are offset with respect to the planes of symmetry. In this way, the window cutout of the yoke frame is optimally used by poles and coils. The term pole used here is intended to include pole-like constructions, e.g. B. simple teeth, several of which are permeated by magnetic flux next to each other in the same direction.
Further features emerge from the following description of two exemplary embodiments in conjunction with the drawing. The figures show: FIG. 1 a cross section through a four-pole stator according to the invention, FIG. 2 a plan view of this stator and FIG. 3 schematically the cross section through an eight-pole stator according to the invention the invention.
The stator according to FIGS. 1 and 2 has a square frame 1 as a yoke, with which the poles 2 and 3 are formed in one piece. The poles 4 and <B> 5 </B> are connected to the yoke frame <B> 1 </B> via a dovetail guide <B> 6, 7 </B>. All poles are provided with a coil <B> 8 </B> to <B> 11 </B>. The laminated stator core is held together by rivets 12. Each pole has two parallel flanks <B> 13, </B> 14 which begin at the front on the surface <B> 15 </B> of the pole head facing the air gap.
These flanks are related to the radius R, which bisects the pole head surface at an angle a. In the present case, this means that the flanks <B> 13, </B> 14 run parallel to the sides of the square yoke frame <B> 1 </B> and opposite the plane of symmetry AA (for poles 2, <B> 3) </B> or BB (for poles 4, <B> 5) </B> are offset.
This special design has the advantage in the present case that, for. B. the coil <B> 8 </B> is moved so far into the corner <B> 16 </B> of the window in the frame <B> 1 </B> that in the adjacent corner <B> 16 ' </B> there is space for the moved coil <B> 9 </B>. The coils, which are wound quite large and without any bevel, do not obstruct each other, but together with the other components fill the entire window within the frame <B> 1 </B>.
First, the prefabricated coils <B> 8 </B> and <B> 10 </B> are pushed onto the poles 2 and <B> 3 </B> connected to the yoke <B> 1 </B>. The prefabricated coils <B> 9, 11 </B> are then pushed over the individual poles 4, <B> 5 </B>. The poles 4, <B> 5 </B> are only pushed into the dovetail connections <B> 6, 7 </B> from the side. In this way, not only are the individual parts assembled, but the longer flanks 14 of each individual pole also lock the coils of the adjacent pole to the left (in the drawing).
In FIG. 3, a stator with a circular yoke <B> 17 </B> is illustrated, on which the poles <B> 18 </B> are formed directly. The poles 19 in between are fastened to the yoke with a dovetail connection 22 that extends beyond the parallel flanks 20, 21. The pole head surface 23 is again enlarged because the radius R bisecting this surface and the flanks 20, 21 enclose an angle with one another. The coils 24 can be pushed up on each pole from the head side.
The assembly is again carried out in such a way that the coils 24 are first pushed onto the permanently attached poles 18, and then the poles 19, which are initially separated, are provided with their coils 24 and then be pushed into the shell-tail connections 22 from the side. Here, too, the longer flank 21 of each pole locks the coil 24 of the neighboring pole on the left (in the drawing) next to it. The constructions shown can not only apply to electrical machines with each other glei chen poles that alternately follow one another, but also for certain special constructions, such.
B. single-phase motors, in each of which a main pole and an auxiliary pole alternate with each other, or machines in which two or more teeth are provided with coils in which the same current is conducted in the same direction.
