Description
Fig. 1 den grundsätzlichen Aufbau eines Laufwagens des Transportsystems;
Fig. 2 eine Zwischentragstange mit den Gestellen für die zu galvanisierenden Artikel;
Fig. 3 die Führungs- und Sicherheitshaken eines Elektromagneten;
Fig. 4 die Anordnung nach Fig. 3 im Seitenriss;
Fig. 6 eine Markierkontaktanordnung zur Positionierung der Laufwagen.
Transport system for bringing and removing articles in and from containers, in particular for electroplating systems
The present invention relates to a transport system for bringing and removing articles in and from containers, in particular for electroplating plants, with trolleys which are provided with lifting and lowering devices. It contains to suspend the racks, which carry the articles to be brought into a container and removed from it, intermediate support rods which, for the purpose of raising and lowering the racks with the articles from or into the container, by means of an electromagnet mounted on the carriage with the Lifting and lowering device of the car can be raised and decoupled. Furthermore, magnetic or electrical marking devices are provided for positioning the carriages.
An embodiment of the invention, used for an electroplating system, is explained below with reference to the figures of the drawing, which show:
1 shows the basic structure of a carriage of the transport system;
2 shows an intermediate support bar with the racks for the articles to be electroplated;
3 shows the guide and safety hooks of an electromagnet;
4 shows the arrangement according to FIG. 3 in side elevation;
5 shows a schematic overview of the electroplating installation with a transport system; and
6 shows a marking contact arrangement for positioning the carriages.
The basic structure of a carriage shown in Fig. 1 consists of an angle frame 1, which carries the motor 2 for the lifting-lowering movement of the electromagnet 3, which is attached to two pairs of tubes 4, 5 and 6, 7 sliding into each other and to a steel band 7a depends. Another motor 8 with gear 9 and gear 10 with fixed rack 11 ensures the forward and backward movement of the carriage. The components 12 and 13 represent the two guide or safety hooks on the electromagnet 3.
Fig. 2 shows an intermediate support rod which is heel hen at one of its ends with a substantially perpendicular to the axis of the intermediate support rod 21 plate 20 made of magnetizable material. An insulating sleeve 22, which sits on the rod, is attached between the rod 21 and the plate 20. Furthermore, the rod carries the guide rings 23, 24, 25, 26 for the electroplating racks 27, 28, which are suspended between the guide rings.
In Fig. 3, the electromagnet 3, which is attached to the carriage, with guide and securing hooks 12 and 13 is shown in perspective. The purpose of the latter is to allow the carriage to pass the baths when the intermediate support bars are on their edges and the non-energized electromagnet 3 should be in the lowered position. The magnet 3 itself is used to lift the intermediate support rods. For this purpose, it is excited when a plate 20 of one of the intermediate support rods to be lifted lies practically centrally between the guide and securing hooks 12 and 13. The articles are lifted out of the bathroom by lifting the magnet on the carriage. Their immersion in the bath took place in the opposite order of operations after the articles were placed on the rack 27, 28 (FIG. 2).
The safety hooks 12 and 13 are designed with their guides so that when the plate 20 is raised and the supply to the magnet 3 suddenly fails, the intermediate support arm 21 cannot fall. In this case, the intermediate support rod 21 with its plate 20 assumes the position shown in FIG. The hooks 12 and 13 also prevent an uncontrolled return of current to the magnet from being able to attract the plate from the inclined position (FIG. 4), thus preventing the racks from snapping away from the rod.
5 shows the carriage 40 with the magnet excited in the raised position while the carriage 41 shows the magnet in the lowered position. When the carriage 41 returns to position 42, its magnet moves past the plates 20, the intermediate support rods lying on the baths. The hooks 12, 13 align the intermediate support rods in order to avoid any jamming of the racks in the bathroom. The contact rods 43 and 44 are connected to the gear 46 via a linkage 45 and are thus kept in constant motion, taking into account the quality of precipitation.
6 shows one of the high-frequency marking arrangements associated with the baths for positioning the carriages, two relatively small ferrite rods 53 and 54 with windings in shielding boxes 51 and 52 open to one another being used, one winding as a transmitter to an oscillator is connected and the other is a receiver.
Attached to the carriage is a sheet metal strip 55 which, as it slides past, gets between the coils and changes their magnetic mutual influence, thereby triggering the stop signal. Such an arrangement is particularly preferable where common contacts would be corroded by the acid fumes.
