The invention relates to a method for the production of structures in a water-containing, substantially rigid construction pit from a self-hardening building material, in which a casing made of an elastic material is formed as a lost formwork is filled on the spot with the building material.
A device is already known for the production of one or more foot extensions in white soil using a folded jacket that spreads out when tamped with concrete, the jacket made of waterproof material (canvas, jute, rubber) as a continuation of the known jacket for .the pile and the iron reinforcement of the pile in the foot enlargement is flexible or kinkable and with an expandable resp.
bendable transverse reinforcement is connected so that it can follow the widening of the foot without interruption. In this known Einrich device is worked with an absolutely necessary drive tube before and only after the presence of the same is introduced into this as an extension of the jacket.
Due to its elasticity, this should adapt to the subsurface conditions and can contain reinforcement that should be spread on the spot. In no case can this known device work without a jacking tube.
It is also known to use a formveränderba Ren body laus canvas as permanent formwork, the procedure being that a soft clay is poured into the excavation and then into the soft clay by means of a pipe, stamp or the like Sleeve is pushed into it. This shell is then filled with concrete from below under pressure, which displaces most of the clay, which is inherently impermeable to water.
Accordingly, the canvas does not come into direct contact with the drainage system in the construction pit, as the clay prevents water from entering.
The invention is based on the object of creating a method with which the construction of the structure in a water-containing excavation is possible without essential aids.
The object is achieved in that, according to the invention, the construction pit is made from its upper edge to the bottom with the approximate outlines of the later structure and the sack-like jacket, which extends to the upper edge of the construction pit, is lowered into the construction pit against the hydrostatic water pressure and is filled with the building material up to at least the top of the building pit.
This method is not only for small Baukör by such. B. Round building, such as piles o., Like., Ver usable, but can also be applied to who the where z. B. diaphragm walls or larger foundations are to be created, that is, in all possible structures where it is important to: create a structure as quickly as possible under the liquid level; fluids are not only z. B. to understand slowly flowing groundwater, but also oil or mixtures thereof.
Essentially rigid is to be understood as any construction pit whose walls no longer or only slightly slide after excavation; namely .Ffalls occur where z. B.
the movement of the groundwater causes sand to be transported in the construction pit, which, however, is irrelevant for the application of this process; Also, in a small sub-area of the construction pit, due to the stratification of the soil, there could be a slight slippage, which, however, can easily be accepted.
Before lowering, the jacket can either be partially weighted down with the building material or at least partially stiffened with reinforcement.
It is also possible to inflate the jacket with a gas after the drop.
It can also be useful to fold the jacket approximately in a helical shape before lowering it around the reinforcement.
In the drawing, two application examples are shown for performing the method. 1 shows an embodiment in longitudinal section and FIG. 2 shows a second embodiment partially in an oblique view.
A construction pit 1 made in any way z. B. with an approximately round cross-section is drilled out or lifted out beyond the water table 2, so that the excavation is under water up to the water level just mentioned. While previously in such construction pits only after pumping out the same or could be worked with prefabricated parts, a jacket made of about 5 mm thick plastic is now lowered into the construction pit due to its own weight. The original folds 4 of the jacket indicate that the latter only unfolds in the construction pit itself.
The jacket 3 is lowered to the base of the excavation 5 and in the direction of arrow 6 in any way z. B. filled with loose concrete. Before filling the concrete or another self-curing building material, the tubing 7, for example a quadrati shear basket, is inserted into the jacket. For the sake of completeness, it should be mentioned that the insertion of the reinforcement cage 7 already results in a certain opening of the jacket 3,
while only the filling of the loose concrete causes a final inflation.
The jacket 3 can consist of a material that is expandable to a certain extent under the action of the filled building material, but the wall thickness of the material may only change within relatively small tolerances.
Since the foundation of any building naturally does not depend on the external shape of the structure below the surface of the earth, slight bulges of the shell 3, for example due to concrete additives with a coarse grain size, can be accepted. The body designed as a jacket and serving as formwork can of course also be used without reinforcement and in construction pits with any cross-section. Above all, the lost formwork is likely to be suitable for diaphragm walls that are z.
B can be used to cut off large excavations or structures.
While a so-called inflatable body was described in connection with FIG. 1 'as a casing in the form of a jacket, the embodiment according to FIG. 2 is based on a jacket formed as a hollow body. The jacket 10, e.g. Made of 3 mm thick plastic, such as soft polyvinyl chloride, is stiffened or reinforced by means of a wire ring 11 before lowering, which, as shown, keeps the bottom surface or sole of the jacket under a certain tension.
In the embodiment shown, the wire ring 11 is connected to the reinforcement cage 13 by two crossed irons 12, so that the jacket 10 is lowered together with the reinforcement; If the buoyancy of the water below the water level 14 is too great, the lowering of the casing with the reinforcement under pressure can take place. Partial filling of the casing 10 with in-situ concrete is also possible before the lowering or during the lowering.
In the illustrated embodiment, however, it is a small diameter hole made by means of an auger, so that the buoyancy force of the water is to be regarded as low due to the small water displacement.
A modification of the embodiment just described can, for. B consist in the fact that the jacket 10, as already noted, is already partially filled with the self-hardening building material before lowering, so that a weighted jacket column is created. It is also possible to simultaneously make a filling of the latter with the slow down from the jacket 10, so that a lowering can take place without difficulty, especially since the buoyancy is largely switched off due to the completed filling.
The refilling or filling of the free spaces in the construction pit can be done in the usual way, whereby it is not initially necessary to wait for the concrete to set completely; A lot of time can therefore also be saved when using this method.
The shell, designed as formwork, or the outer skin of the building structure can consist of a material that is u. U. slowly dissolves under the aggressive influences of the environment, but it can also consist of an anti-corrosive plastic best hen, so that a constant protection of the structure, z. B. in oil sumps, is guaranteed.
