Fig. 2), worauf sich das Spiel wiederholt.
Device for manufacturing and stacking flat or other structural elements made of pumice concrete, heavy concrete or the like. The invention relates to a device for manufacturing and stacking structural elements made of pumice concrete, heavy concrete or the like. These components are generally manufactured in such a way that the form is placed on a base (board or sheet metal), the body is manufactured individually and then stacks for Abbin.
The cost of formwork panels or base plates is, as it menhangs together with the production number, accordingly very high. In addition, unevenness, especially with wood underlay (warping and twisting), is inevitably communicated to the freshly formed part and therefore leads to qualitative failures.
Furthermore, with the individual production of long plate elements during transport to the binding store, it can never be prevented that the fresh concrete experiences slight vibrations (bending of the base) and even the carefully embedded steel inserts in the fresh concrete show signs of loosening.
A device is also known with which such moldings made of plastic material are formed over one another by means of a height-adjustable stage and the contact surfaces are covered by paper. In this case, however, the previously manufactured moldings must first have set before the next molding can be molded in, or you have to rely on the use of several molds.
In addition to the material, this also requires a considerable amount of time and thus a significant loss of profitability. In addition, in this known device, the molding to be produced is at different heights, which makes the work more difficult.
The same applies to another known device that works in principle like the device mentioned above, but with the difference that molding is basically possible without having to wait for the setting process.
The object of the invention is to create a device in which not only the latter is the case, but can also always be processed at the same altitude.
This is achieved with a device of the type mentioned above by a fixed work platform with an opening corresponding to the dimensions of the construction element to be manufactured, which can be closed by a laterally displaceable bottom and is framed by the shape, round by a lowerable platform for recording of the stack of briquettes lowered onto one another.
Such a device has the advantage that the component to be produced in each case has no connection or contact with the components that have already been formed and stacked when it is molded. The vibrations that occur when a component is formed cannot therefore be transferred to the components that have already been stacked, so that hollow components which are particularly sensitive to vibrations can be produced with a device according to the invention.
In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, a vibrator can be attached to the underside of the laterally displaceable floor of the working platform.
Furthermore, in the retracted state, the lifting platform can be at the level of a lateral roller table in order to facilitate the removal of the stack of products.
In the drawing, in Figs. 1-3, an exemplary embodiment of a system according to the invention is shown cal cally in three vertical sections. It consists essentially of an expediently let into the floor, the cylinder 1 is vertical, the piston 2 of which carries a roller table 3 on the head,
which is in the lowest position in the same level with a roller table 4 lying on the floor. At a sufficient height above, i.e. H. so high that several concrete hollow bodies 5 can be layered on top of each other., a stage 6 is angeord net, which has an opening corresponding to the mass of the hollow body, on the edge of the mold 7 for .die hollow body 5 rests. : Under the stage 6 is a compression unit, z.
B. a vibrator 8 suspended sideways, which is moved under the mold before the concrete is poured in and closes the mold with its cover plate 9 at the bottom. The filling of the mold is expediently carried out after the cores have been retracted by means of a laterally displaceable container 10 corresponding to the length of the mold, which,
after having removed the amount of concrete required for a filling from a laterally attached bunker 11, it is moved from the side over the mold 7 and filled. The container 10 is then refilled in its initial position under the bunker 11, while at the same time the concrete in the mold 7 is initially precompacted by the vibrator 8.
After inserting the reinforcement, the form 7 is filled again in the manner described above, while the vibrator 8 is put into action at the same time. The surface of the molding is then smoothed with the aid of a roller 12.
The vibrator 8 is then extended so far that only an extension 13 of its cover plate 9 is below the mold 7. Then the piston 2 of the cylinder 1, on the roller table 3 of which a stable base 14 is placed, is moved up until it abuts the extension 13 of the cover plate of the vibrator. Now that the mold has been vented, cf.
3, the vibrator is extended further, the extension 13 between the molding and the base plate 14 or the topmost of the already resting moldings 5 being pulled out so that the hollow body 5 that has just been formed is able to lower onto it. In order to avoid caking, an intermediate layer of wax paper or the like is also here, as in the manual manufacturing process, seen.
The piston 2 is then lowered so far that there is enough space above the stack of molded articles 5 to retract the vibrator (see FIG. 2), whereupon the game repeats. If enough moldings 5 are stacked on top of one another, the piston 2 is lowered completely so that the stack on the support plate 14 can be moved over the roller table 4.
It is of course also possible not to lower the Kol ben 2 completely and to bring the stack into the binding warehouse with a lift truck, for example.
