Fig. 2 zeigt einen solchen Fall.
Fig. 9 zeigt eine solche Umhüllung.
Method for laying a concrete to be embedded, for carrying a heat. The invention relates to a method for laying a pipe to be concreted in, for guiding a heat or
Coolant specific pipe, on a pipe laid by this method and on a means for carrying out the method. Up until now, it has always been possible to avoid laying larger pipe sections of a heating system in concrete, because such pipes can assume very different temperatures for their purpose. Despite the almost identical thermal expansion of the concrete and the iron, the rapid temperature changes of the medium in the pipe gave rise to disruptions that were noticeable in the form of cracks in the concrete or leaks in the pipes.
In the case of concrete ceilings, the pipes were led above or below the ceiling and only where necessary they were led through the ceiling using the shortest possible route using bushings. The same applied to concrete walls, where the pipes were laid in niches or channels that had been saved in the concrete.
However, it is obvious that laying the pipes of a heating or cooling system in the concrete of a ceiling or wall is a simplification. This is made possible by the method according to the invention, which is characterized in that a point is created on the pipe at which it is firmly anchored in the concrete, the pipe sections in which a displacement of the pipe as a result of thermal expansion in the direction of the pipe axis has an effect, with a sliding layer preventing the concrete from adhering to the pipe, and on those pipe sections in which the displacement of the pipe as a result of thermal expansion is mainly perpendicular to the pipe axis,
attaches a casing made of easily deformable material around the pipe, which has such a large wall thickness that it can accommodate the displacement of the pipe due to thermal expansion.
In the drawing, exemplary embodiments of concreted pipes and some details are Darge, and the inventive method is explained using these examples. They show: FIGS. 1-7 sections through concrete ceilings with pipes embedded in concrete; Fig. 8 is a section through a cellar floor with an adjoining wall and a concrete th pipe; Fig. 9-11 thick-walled coverings in Seitenan view and plan view and Fig. 12-14 different sliding layers.
Fig. 1 shows a laid in a concrete ceiling 1 pipe 2, which protrudes from the bottom left and top right from the concrete of the ceiling. The left pipe bend is not covered and therefore forms a fixed point F at which the pipe is anchored in the concrete, both due to the adhesion of the concrete to the pipe and also due to its shape. The subsequent pipe section running straight in the concrete is provided with a sliding layer 3, and the right pipe bend has a thick-walled casing 4 which protrudes a little from the concrete.
The sliding layer 3 prevents the concrete from adhering to the pipe, so that the latter can expand or contract if there is a temperature difference between the pipe and the concrete, that is, it can slide in the concrete. This sliding layer can, for. B. be a permanent plastic coating made of bitumen. It can also be formed by wrapping by means of a tape soaked in bitumen. If you want to limit the heat dissipation to the concrete as much as possible, you can build the sliding layer from half-shells made of foam. The tube can also be covered with a plastic hose.
The thick-walled envelope 4 consists of an easily deformable material such as. B. Polyvinyl chloride foam. The envelope must be relatively thick-walled because the right pipe bend and the subsequent vertical pipe section will be pushed approximately perpendicular to the pipe axis as a result of thermal expansion. The material of the casing 4 must be able to absorb this shift.
The expansion coefficients of concrete and iron are almost the same, but if pipes carrying heating medium or cooling liquid are laid in concrete, the pipe is often warmed up or cooled within a short time, while the concrete as a result of its much greater mass and in the Compared to the iron of the pipe, the thermal conductivity coefficient is much worse for a long time. stays warm. Temperature differences of 50 to 100 C are not uncommon. If the temperature increases by 100 C, a pipe 10 m in length will expand by about 12 mm.
It is advantageous to dimension the thick-walled casing so that it protrudes a little from the concrete, so that the pipe is sure to retain freedom of movement there.
With the new method, the procedure is always to first create a fixed point F at which the pipe is anchored in the concrete. You then know in which direction the pipe will move due to thermal expansion. Straight pipe sections starting from this fixed point are provided with a sliding layer, and pipe sections running perpendicular to it (which should be made as short as possible if they run in the concrete) are provided with a thick-walled covering made of easily deformable material.
So you control the expansion in a certain direction and ensure that the change in length as a result of the thermal expansion causes no tension in the concrete or in the pipe.
If the pipe section to be concreted in is long, it can be advantageous to move the fixed point F in the middle of the pipe so that the displacement due to the expansion has only half of its effect on both ends. Fig. 2 shows such a case.
A long pipe 11 is laid in a concrete slab 10. Approximately in the middle of the tube, a pin 12 is welded, and the tube itself is uncovered in the environment of this pin. In the concrete, this pin acts as a fixed point F, and the stretching has an effect halfway on both sides. So that the pipe can expand unhindered, a sliding layer 13 is attached to the straight sections and a thick-walled covering 14 is attached to the bends and to the closing vertical pipe sections.
Fig. 3 shows another case; here it is for certain reasons, e.g. B. short connection to Kes sel, it is desirable that the left end of the tube 21 protruding from the concrete slab 20 is also a fixed point. In this case, the displacement as a result of the expansion of the pipe affects the bend at the right end and the subsequent vertical pipe section, which must therefore be provided with a thick-walled covering 22. In this case, the fixed point F is formed by a collar 23 welded onto the pipe.
In addition to the collar, the pipe is not clad, but the straight pipe section that is then sent is again provided with a sliding layer 24.
In Fig. 4 a similar tubular shape is shown; here, however, the shift due to the thermal expansion has an effect at the left end, namely where the tube 31 emerges from the plate 30. Here again, as with the laying according to FIG. 1, a pipe bend was used as the fixed point F. Since only straight pipe sections extend from the fixed point F in the concrete, there are no places where the shift has an effect across the pipe laid in the concrete, so that no thick-walled casings are required. Therefore only sliding layers 32 and 33 are attached.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 5, a concrete T-piece 41 is shown in a concrete slab 40. This T-piece is not covered and thus forms a fixed point F. The pipes 42 and 43 are provided with sliding layers 44, 45, and 46, 47 are thick-walled sheaths made of easily deformable material.
In Fig. 6 a cranked pipe 51 laid in a concrete ceiling 50 is shown. The offset was necessary in order to avoid the 1-profile girder 52 set in concrete. At the crank, the pipe is uncovered and a fixed point F is created at this point. The subsequent straight pipe sections are provided with sliding layers 53, 54, and the pipe bends at the exit points are provided with thick-walled coverings 55, 56.
A cranked pipe 61 embedded in concrete is also shown in FIG. 7; In contrast to the embodiment according to FIG. 6, the pipe bend is used as a fixed point F at the bottom right. From the fixed point F to the left, a straight pipe section with a sliding layer 62, a pipe crank with a thick-walled casing 63, another straight pipe section with a sliding layer 64 and finally a pipe bend with a vertical pipe section, which have a common thick-walled casing 65, follow.
In Fig. 8 a part of a cellar floor 70 with an adjoining wall 71 is shown. A tube 72 runs partly in the floor and partly in the wall. The fixed point should always be selected in such a way that mainly straight pipe sections connect to it and that the pipe sections in which the displacement as a result of thermal expansion acts across the pipe axis are as short as possible. In the case of the game of FIG. 8, the pipe bend is a suitable fixed point F at the bottom right, because the subsequent hori zontal and vertical pipe sections are straight and therefore only require a sliding layer 73 and 74, respectively.
Only the pipe bends at the exit points need a thick-walled casing 75 or 76. FIGS. 9 to 11 show some embodiments of a thick-walled casing. As can be seen from the above examples, such sheaths are only required for pipe bends if the fixed point is cleverly selected.
Fig. 9 shows such an enclosure. It consists of two half-shells 80, 81 which, if the straight pipe sections to be wrapped are of the same length, can be the same; otherwise they have to be shaped like a mirror image. The envelope has an oval shape in cross section. This shape is advantageous because the material thickness is greatest in the plane of the pipe bend. The pipe displacement as a result of the thermal expansion also has an effect in this plane. The material used is foam of medium hardness. During assembly, the half-shells are placed around the pipe bend and z. B. held together by a ban dage.
You can also join them together by gluing.
Instead of molded parts as in FIG. 9, the covering can also be cut to size from foam sheets and glued together, as shown in FIG. The parts 85 and 86 are made of foam, the side parts 87 can, for. B. Herge made of plywood provides.
The envelope according to FIG. 11 corresponds approximately to the one according to FIG. 9, with the difference that it is round in cross section instead of oval. Also not shown, but very easy to attach, is a cover that consists of a thick-walled tube made of soft foam.
FIGS. 12 to 14 show pipe sections which are provided with a sliding layer. The simplest sliding layer is not shown, however; it consists, as already mentioned above, of plastic material, such as. B. a bitumen paint on the pipe. Fig. 12 shows a sliding layer, which consists of two half-shells 90 BE, each of which includes the tube in half. You can e.g. B. be made of foam and then simultaneously form a thermal insulation around the pipe. If the insulation on one side of the pipe is still to be improved, an additional half-shell 91 can be attached to this side.
Such half-shells can be attached to the pipe using bandages. They can also be glued together. FIG. 13 shows a sliding layer in the form of a plastic hose 92 drawn around the pipe, and FIG. 14 shows one made of impregnated tape 93.
