Fig. 1 eine schaubildliche Darstellung der Gesamteinrichtung,
Fig. 2 eine Einzelheit der Bodenförderanlage und
Device for conveying and placing containers
The present invention relates to a device for conveying and depositing containers, in particular car bodies of vehicles with removable car bodies.
In order to rationalize the handling of goods in large companies, loading at the ramp has been preferred until now. The goods to be transported are brought from the warehouse via elevators, conveyor systems, mechanical loading equipment, etc. to the loading point and, depending on the type of dispatch, loaded into rail or road vehicles. Buffer zones must be provided at the loading point, which enable the goods to be temporarily stored in the event of a large amount of stowage at the loading ramp or if there are no means of transport.
Furthermore, large parking areas for road transport vehicles and track systems for rail vehicles must be provided.
These common measures require a significant amount of resources and take up a lot of floor space for the parking areas and for the track systems. Furthermore, the common internal transport systems rule out the distribution of the stored goods over several floors.
The purpose of the invention is to propose a device for conveying and storing containers, in particular car bodies, in which the above-mentioned disadvantages can be avoided.
The device is particularly suitable for companies that use road and rail vehicles with removable car bodies. What is new according to the invention is that the device has a floor conveyor system for transporting the goods to be conveyed and an attached storage building which has means for further conveying the goods being transported within the building and for distributing and storing the goods.
An exemplary embodiment of the device is shown schematically in the accompanying drawing, namely:
1 shows a diagrammatic representation of the overall device,
Fig. 2 shows a detail of the floor conveyor system and
3 shows an auxiliary bridge to be used in connection with the soil conveyor system.
1 with a track leading to the floor conveyor system is referred to, on which rail vehicles 2 roll with removable car body 3 to the floor conveyor system 4. The floor conveyor system 4 has a transfer system 5 which is equipped with four lifting columns 6. The lifting columns can be operated electrically or pneumatically and are used to lift the car body 3 from the drives 7. The drives mentioned are immediately used again, or they are placed on a parking track 8.
Furthermore, the floor conveyor system 4 has a conveyor device 9, the more detailed configuration of which can be seen in FIG. The conveying device is provided with two roller channels 10, which are let into the floor and serve to accommodate freely rotating rollers 11. The rollers 11 are arranged somewhat sunk in the channels 10 and bring about the promotion of the car bodies 3, which are supported with their longitudinal beams 12 on the rollers. The side walls of the channels protruding over the rollers form the longitudinal guide of the car body. Between the rollers 11 cover strips 13 are present, which enable the driving over of the Rol steering channels mitpnebereifte vehicles.
A chain conveyor 14, which consists of an endlessly guided chain 15 and a driver 16, is provided for transporting the car body. The endlessly guided chain is guided in the middle between the channels 10 via deflection rollers 17 which rotate in the vertical center plane between the channels 10. The chain 15 and the channels 10 extend from the track 2 to the loading point of an elevator 18.
The driver 16 is equipped at one end with rollers 19 and at the same end carries a holder 20 which engages in the chain 15. The other end 21 of the driver 16 is attached to the car body to be transported, so that a non-positive connection is created between the car body 3 and the chain 15.
The elevator 18 is provided with a similar conveyor device, which in turn consists of the roller channels 22, the chain conveyor 23 and the driver 24.
The elevator 18 leads to the corresponding floors 25, which are each equipped with a revolving platform 26. Each turntable has a number of storage areas 27 which are distributed radially and correspond to the elevator depending on the position of the turntable. Furthermore, a number of floor conveyor systems 28 are provided, which lead to the designated storage areas. The car bodies can either remain on the revolving platform 26 until they are used again, or they are taken over by one of the floor conveyor systems 28 and guided to a designated loading area.
In order to be able to use the device described also for those conveyed goods which are not accommodated in the removable car body, the auxiliary bridge 29 shown in FIG. 3 is provided. This consists of two longitudinal beams 30, which are equipped with connecting struts 31 that can be pivoted out. The longitudinal beams 30 serve as a support for the goods to be transported.
The auxiliary bridge described makes it possible to pick up truck bodies that are not equipped with the necessary devices for a swap body and to feed them in via the conveyor system and building. The superstructures are lifted from the chassis by the relocating system 5 and placed on the auxiliary bridge 29.
In the device described, the car bodies are separated from the associated drives so that the latter can be used for other purposes immediately. The car body is brought to its destination by the floor conveyor system. The use of a loading ramp and additional mechanical means of turnover are unnecessary and the storage options are divided vertically through the use of a multi-storey warehouse.
The storage building can of course be subdivided not only vertically in height but also in depth by arranging the storage rooms underground. In this case, space is required for the rail and road accesses, the shunting system and the elevator, as well as for a smaller parking track for empty rail drive groups. The property can be used for other developments. With the underfloor arrangement there is the possibility of installing large storage facilities in the middle of industrial and commercial centers, where the necessary floor space for normal large storage facilities is usually lacking.
