Vorrichtung zum diebstahlsichern Aufhängen von Garderobegegenständen etc. Bekanntlich kommt es in öffentlichen Lokalen, insbesondere in Restaurants etc. nicht selten vor, dass an Garderobehaken aufgehängte Garderobe gegenstände, wie beispielsweise Mäntel, gestohlen werden, was dann. für den Bestohlenen sehr unan genehm und für den Lokalbesitzer oft peinlich ist.
Diesem übelstand abzuhelfen ist der Zweck der vorliegenden Erfindung. Dieselbe bezieht sich auf eine Vorrichtung zum diebstähl,sichem Aufhängen von Garderobegegenständen etc., und zwar zeichnet sich dieselbe dadurch aus, ,dass sie aus einem an einem vorzugsweise ortsfesten Träger angeordneten, gegen ungewolltes Abnehmen gesicherten Aufhänge organ für die zu sichernden Gegenstände und einem mit demselben zusammenwirkenden,
verriegelbaren Fest'halteorgan für die letztern besteht.
Auf beiliegender Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungs beispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt, und zwar zeigen Fig. 1 eine Seitenansicht und Fig. 2 eine Vorderansicht.
Mit a ist ein Gehäuse bezeichnet, in welchem, weil bekannt, nicht näher dargestellt, unter dem Ein- fluss eines abnehmbaren Schlüssels stehende Verrie^ gelungsorgane untergebracht sind. Sowohl das Ge häuse a wie auch der zugeordnete Schlüssel tragen miteinander übereinstimmende Kennzeichen z. B. je eine Nummer. Das obere Ende des. Gehäuses. a ist mit einer Öse b versehen, deren Zweck später beschrie ben ist.
An .der einen Schmalseite des Gehäuses a ist das eine Ende des Tragarmes c angeordnet und auf nicht näher dargestellte Weise starr mit dem Ge häuse<I>a</I> verbunden. Das dem Gehäuse<I>a</I> abgekehrte Ende des Tragarmes c ist nach innen abgewinkelt und trägt den Kleiderbügel d der quer zum Tragarm c verläuft. Das dem Tragarm c gegenüberliegende Ende des Gehäuses a ist von dein Bolzen e durch- setzt, an welchem das obere Ende des Schwenkarmes f drehbeweglich angeordnet ist.
Das in das Gehäuse <I>a</I> ragende Ende des Schwenkarmes <I>f</I> steht unter dem Einfluss der im Gehäuse a untergebrachten, nicht näher dargestellten Verriegelun.gsvorrichtung. Dez Schwenkarm f ist von gleicher Länge gewählt wie der Tragarm c und er verläuft in der Verriegelungs- lage parallel mit demselben, sein unteres Ende ist nach innen abgewinkelt, wobei die abgewinkelten Enden des Tragarmes c und des.
Schwenkarmes f in geschlossenem Zustand der Vorrichtung, wie aus Fig. 1 ersichtlich, in .der nämlichen Horizontalebene liegen. Das freie Ende des Schwenkarmes f ist, wie aus Fig. 2 ersichtlich, mit einer länglichen Einfas sung versehen, die zur Aufnahme des .aus elastisch nachgiebigem Material, z. B.
Gummi bestehenden, etwas über die Einfassung g vorstehenden Presskör- per h dient, der in der Schliesstellung der Vorrich tung, wie aus Fig. 1 ersichtlich, satt an dem gegen überliegenden Teil des Kleiderbügels d anliegt.
Die Gebrauchs- und Wirkungsweise der beschrie benen Vorrichtung ist folgende Angenommen, eine Mehrzahl der beschriebenen Vorrichtungen seien mittels, der Ösen b auf einem entsprechend ausgebildeten Profilstab eines bügel- förmigen, beiderends ortsfest, beispielsweise an einer Wand angeordneten Halters begrenzt verschiebbar angeordnet,
so dass sie gegen ungewollte Entnahme gesichert sind und die Vorrichtung befinde sich in der in Fig. 1 mit vollen Linien gezeichneten Lage und man wolle beispielsweise einen Mantel daran aufhängen und denselben gegen Diebstahl sichern, so öffnet man mittels des der Vorrichtung zugeordneten Schlüssels, der normalerweise bei nicht im Gebrauche befindlichen Vorrichtungen in der entsprechenden Ausnehmung des Gehäuses steckt,
die im Gehäuse a befindliche Verriegelungsvorrichtung, so dass diese den Schwenkarm f freigibt, der sich unter dem Ein fluss einer nicht gezeichneten Feder in die in Fig. 1 strichpunktiert gezeichnete Stellung bewegt. Hierauf hängt man den Mantel in üblicher Weise an den Kleiderbügel d, zweckmässigerweise so, dass dessen Rücken an der Innenfläche des Kleiderbügels d an liegt.
Hierauf schwenkt man den Schwenkarm f aus der in Fig. 1 strichpunktiert gezeichneten Lage in die mit vollen Linien gezeichnete Lage, was zur Folge hat, dass der an den Kleiderbügel d aufge hängte Mantel durch den Presskörper h fest an die gegenüberliegende Innenfläche des Kleiderbügels d gepresst und dadurch gegen ungewollte Entnahme gesichert wird.
Zweckmässigerweise ist die Einrichtung so ge troffen, dass die Verriegelung des Schwenkarmes f in der Schliesslage automatisch erfolgt.
Der zur Betätigung der Verriegelungsvorrichtung dienende, im Schlüsselloch des Gehäuses a befind liche Schlüssel wird alsdann vom Benützer abge nommen und von ihm so lange in Verwahrung ge halten, bis er den Mantel wieder benötigt.
Durch entQrirechende Betätigung der im Gehäuse a unter- Qebrach+en Verrieaelungsorgane mittels des zugeord neten Schlüssels Beben diese den Schwenkarm f frei, so dass der am Kleiderbügel d aufgehängte Mantel freigegeben wird und der Vorrichtung entnommen werden kann.
Statt :einem Mantel können auch andere Garde- robe2egenstände an :der beschriebenen Vorrichtung aufgehängt und auf die beschriebene Weise gegen Dieb#.tahl gesichert werden, ferner können z. B. auch mit Handgriff versehene Aktentaschen an der be schriebenen Vorrichtung angehängt und gesichert werden.
Bei Verwendung einer Mehrzahl der beschrie benen Vorric'htunaen ist iede derselben mit einem anders ausgebildeten Schlüssel und zu diesem pas senden Geeenoraanen versehen, damit kein Unfug getrieben werden kann.
Statt wie dargestellt, könnte :das abgewinkelte Ende des Fegthalteorganes auch federnd nachgiebig ausgebildet sein.
Es ist auch eine Ausführungsform denkbar, ge mäss welcher die Öse b drehbeweglich mit dem Ge häuse a verbunden ist, ferner könnte die beschrie bene Vorrichtung so ausgebildet sein, dass sie nur gegen Einwurf einer vorgeschriebenen Münze ver wendet werden kann.
Die beschriebene Vorrichtung kann auf der dem Beschauer zugekehrten Seite z. B. @am Kleiderbügel a oder an der Aussenseite des Schwenkarmes f mit Reklameaufschriften versehen sein.
