Schirmständer Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Schirm ständer, zum Einstellen von Schirmen und Stöcken. Beim Einstellen und Entnehmen von Schirmen oder Stöcken in und aus bisher gebräuchlichen Ständern zeigt sich der Missstand, dass die Schirme ungeordnet zu stehen kommen, sich ineinander verhängen oder gar defekt werden und dass grosse Schirme die kleinen verbergen. Taschenschirme (sogenannte Knirpse) sind ihrer extremen Kürze wegen oft nur mit Umständen aus dem Ständer herauszubringen, insbesondere sol che mit Knopf- statt Hakengriff.
Die Erfindung will einen Schirmständer schaffen, welcher diese Nachteile vermeidet. Der erfindungs gemässe Schirmständer zeichnet sich aus durch Ka näle, deren Wandungen mindestens teilweise aus gummielastischem Schaumstoff bestehen, welche Ka näle derart dimensioniert sind, dass der gummiela stische Schaumstoff der Kanalwand einen in einen Kanal eingesteckten Schirm oder Stock in willkür licher Lage festhält.
Die Erfindung ist in der beiliegenden Zeichnung an Hand einiger Ausführungsbeispiele näher erläu tert, und zwar zeigt: Fig. 1 einen freistehenden Schirmständer mit zwei Schirmen und einem Stock, in Seitenansicht, Fig.2 einen Schnitt desselben Schirmständers längs der Linie II-II (jedoch ohne Schirme und Stock), Fig. 3 eine perspektivische Darstellung eines Einsatzes für den Ständer nach Fig. 1 und 2, Fig. 4 einen für Befestigung an eine Wand be stimmten Schirmständer mit zwei Schirmen in Sei tenansicht,
Fig. 5 denselben Schirmständer wie in Fig. 4 in Ansicht von oben, jedoch ohne Schirme, Fig. 6 einen Schnitt des Ständers nach Fig. 4 und 5 entlang der Linie VI-VI, Fig. 7 ein Einsatzstück für einen Ständer ähnlich wie nach Fig. 4 bis 6 in perspektivischer Dar stellung, Fig. 8 einen zweiten Schirmständer für Wandbe festigung im Schnitt mit einem eingestellten Schirm.
Der in den Fig. 1 und 2 dargestellte Ständer zum Einstellen von Schirmen und Stöcken weist im wesentlichen folgende Teile auf: einen einseitig offe nen Behälter 1 mit starren Wänden 2 und einem per forierten Boden 3 mit Füssen 4 und einen teller förmigen Untersatz 5. Im Behälter ist ein Gebilde aus gummielastischen Schaumstoff 6 eingesetzt, das den Behälter nahezu ausfüllt. Dieses Gebilde ist aus einer gummielastischen Schaumstoffmatte geformt, die zu einer Spirale aufgewickelt ist. Die einzelnen Windungen der Spirale werden durch Leisten 7 in Abstand voneinander gehalten, die zugleich den spi ralförmigen Spalt in parallele Kanäle unterteilen.
Die innerste Leiste 8 ist am Boden 3 des Behälters an geschraubt; die äussere Leiste 9 ist an der Aussen wand des Behälters befestigt. Die übrigen Leisten 7 sind nur an der Schaumstoffmatte angeleimt, aber nicht am Boden befestigt, um dem Schaumstoff gebilde möglichst grosse Bewegungsfreiheit zu lassen. Diese grosse Bewegungsfreiheit erlaubt dem Schaum stoffgebilde sowohl dicke Schirme wie dünne Stöcke aufzunehmen und zu halten. Ein kurzer Schirm wird weniger weit hineingestossen wie ein langer, so dass unabhängig von der Länge des Schirmes der Griff immer genügend weit aus dem Ständer herausragt.
In Fig. 3 ist ein Schaumstoffgebilde dargestellt, das sich von dem im Ständer nach Fig. 1 und 2 verwendeten Gebilde nur dadurch unterscheidet, dass die Schaumstoffmatte 10 schmäler ist als die Matte 6, so dass sie nur den oberen Teil des Behälters annähernd füllt. Die Distanzleisten 7 sind aber gleich- lang gehalten und bilden quasi Füsse, auf denen sich das Schaumstoffgebilde stützt.
Der in den Fig.4 bis 6 dargestellte Schirm ständer ist mittels Laschen 20 an einer Wand be festigt. Der Behälter 21 ist oben und unten offen, und unter dem Ständer ist ein Abtropftell'er 22 auf gestellt. Statt einer aufgewickelten Matte ist bei diesem Ständer das Gebilde aus gummielastischem Schaumstoff aus zwei rechteckigen, mit zylindrischen Kanälen 23 versehenen Blöcken 24 aufgebaut. Diese Blöcke 24 sind an einer Zwischenwand 25 ange klebt, die ihrerseits mit Hilfe der Lappen 26 im Behälter 21 befestigt ist.
Zum bequemeren Ein führen von Schirmen oder Stöcken sind diese Kanäle 23 oben bei 27 trichterförmig erweitert, wie in Fig. 6 deutlich ersichtlich ist. Statt Blöcken mit zylindrischen Kanälen können auch in Fig. 7 dar gestellte mit Rillen 28 versehene Schaumstoffmatten 29 verwendet werden. Vier solcher Matten können die beiden Blöcke 24 von Fig. 4 bis 6 ersetzen. Sie werden dazu an der Vorder- und Rückwand des Behälters 21 und an der Zwischenwand 25 ange klebt.
Der in Fig. 8 dargestellte Schirmständer ist eben falls für Befestigung an eine Wand geeignet. Dazu sind oben und unten Laschen 30 angeordnet. Ein oberes Brett 31 und ein unteres Brett 32 sind mittels einem Mantel 33 miteinander verbunden und bilden das Gerippe des Ständers. Das obere Brett ist mit trichterförmig erweiterten Öffnungen 34, das untere Brett ist mit runden zylindrischen Öffnungen 35 versehen. In diese Öffnungen sind Schläuche 36 aus gummielastischem Schaumstoff eingeklebt, so dass sie jeweils zwei übereinander angeordnete Öffnungen 34, 35 miteinander verbinden und Kanäle bilden, in welche ein Schirm oder ein Stock eingesteckt werden kann.
Unter dem Ständer steht ein Abtropf- teller 37. Die Schläuche 36 können entweder als regelrechte Schläuche ausgebildet sein oder durch aufwickeln eines Streifens geformt sein.
Statt mit einem Mantel können die beiden Bret ter eines solchen Ständers auch nur mittels Stäben in Abstand gehalten werden, so dass die Schläuche sichtbar sind.

The stand shown in Figs. 1 and 2 for setting umbrellas and sticks has essentially the following parts: a one-sided open container 1 with rigid walls 2 and a perforated bottom 3 with feet 4 and a plate-shaped base 5. In Fig. 3 a foam structure is shown which differs from the structure used in the stand according to FIGS. 1 and 2 only in that the foam mat 10 is narrower than the mat 6 so that it only approximately fills the upper part of the container. The spacer strips 7 are, however, kept the same length and form, as it were, feet on which the foam structure is supported.
The screen stand shown in Figures 4 to 6 is fastened by means of tabs 20 on a wall be. The container 21 is open at the top and bottom, and a drip tray 22 is placed under the stand. Instead of a rolled-up mat, the structure of rubber-elastic foam in this stand is made up of two rectangular blocks 24 provided with cylindrical channels 23. Instead of a jacket, the two boards of such a stand can also be held at a distance using bars so that the hoses are visible.
