Description

  

  Jeu de tampons pour la     fixation    de     vis    dans les murs    La présente invention a pour objet un jeu de       tampons    pour la fixation de vis dans des     murs.    Ce  jeu est     caractérisé    par une gouttière en matière plas  tique synthétique de forme     de-mi-cylindrique    et des  tinée à recevoir une mèche servant à     percer        les    trous  dans les     murs        et    par deux     séries    de     tampons    égale  ment     en    matière plastique synthétique venus  <RTI  

   ID="0001.0014">   d'une     seule pièce moulée avec la     gouttière    et rattachés  à     celle-ci    par une mince     languette        permettant    d'ar  racher les     tampons    de la gouttière.  



  Le dessin annexé représente, à     titre        d'exemple,     une forme d'exécution de l'objet de l'invention.  



  La     fig.    1 montre en     élévation    une portion du jeu  de tampons dans lequel deux tampons ont été     enle-          vés.     



  La     fig.    2 est une vue en plan correspondante.  La     fig.    3 montre en plan, à plus grande     échelle,     un tampon     isolé.     



  La     fig.    4 montre     ce    même tampon en élévation.  La     fig.    5 en montre une coupe transversale selon  la ligne     V-V    de la     fig.    4.  



  La     fig.    6 montre un tampon en coupe longitudi  nale selon la ligne VI-VI de la     fig.    4.  



  La     fig.    7 montre, en bout, la gouttière avec un  tampon.  



  Le jeu de     tampons    représenté comprend     une     gouttière     demi-cylindrique    1 et deux     séries    de tam  pons 2 attachés par une de leurs extrémités aux 1è-         vres    de la gouttière 1 au moyen de petites languet  tes 9.  



  La gouttière et les tampons sont     en    matière plas  tique synthétique et sont venus     -d'une    seule     pièce     moulée. Les languettes 9 sont     suffisamment        minces     pour que les tampons puissent être séparés de la  gouttière par arrachement.  



  La gouttière présente,     faisant        saillie    sur ses lè  vres, deux à trois paires de pitons 3.     Cette        gouttière     est prévue pour servir de logement à la mèche 7 né  cessaire pour     percer        dans    les murs les trous destinés  à     recevoir    les tampons. Son     diamètre        est    donc égal  à celui de cette mèche. Les     pitons    3 servent à     tenir     la mèche en place dans la     gouttière        (voir        fig.    7).  



  Chaque     tampon        est        constitué    par un     corps    tubu  laire 2, légèrement     conique    et     fermé    à son extré  mité     inférieure.    Une fente     mince    et profonde 5  s'étend du bord supérieur de l'orifice du tampon,  le long du     corps    de celui-ci, traverse la     pointe    et re  vient jusqu'au bord de     l'orifice,

      en un point diamé  tralement     opposé    à celui de     départ.        Cette        fente        laisse     subsister, antre le     fond    et la paroi de la cavité 4 du  corps 2, une     mince    membrane 5'     qui,    en se     cassant,     permet à la vis     introduite        dans    le tampon de     dilater     ce dernier     afin    qu'il     vienne    en prise     avec    la paroi du  trou percé dans le mur.

  Fig. 1 shows in elevation a portion of the pad set from which two pads have been removed.



  Fig. 2 is a corresponding plan view. Fig. 3 shows a plan, on a larger scale, of an isolated buffer.



  Fig. 4 shows this same buffer in elevation. Fig. 5 shows a cross section along the line V-V of FIG. 4.



  Fig. 6 shows a plug in longitudinal section along the line VI-VI of FIG. 4.



  Fig. 7 shows, at the end, the gutter with a plug.



  The set of pads shown comprises a semi-cylindrical gutter 1 and two sets of pads 2 attached by one of their ends to the lips of the gutter 1 by means of small tabs 9.



  The gutter and the pads are made of synthetic plastic and are made from a single molded piece. The tabs 9 are thin enough so that the pads can be pulled out from the gutter.



  The gutter has, projecting from its lips, two to three pairs of eyebolts 3. This gutter is designed to serve as a housing for the wick 7 necessary for drilling the holes in the walls for receiving the buffers. Its diameter is therefore equal to that of this wick. The eyebolts 3 are used to hold the bit in place in the gutter (see fig. 7).



  Each plug consists of a tubular body 2, slightly conical and closed at its lower end. A thin and deep slit 5 extends from the upper edge of the orifice of the tampon, along the body of the latter, passes through the point and comes back to the edge of the orifice,

      at a point diametrically opposite to the starting point. This slot leaves, between the bottom and the wall of the cavity 4 of the body 2, a thin membrane 5 'which, by breaking, allows the screw introduced into the tampon to expand the latter so that it comes into engagement with the wall of the hole drilled in the wall.

Claims

CLAIM Set of buffers for fixing screws in walls, characterized by a synthetic plastic gutter of semi-cylindrical shape and intended to receive. A drill bit used to drill holes in the walls,

and by two series of buffers also of synthetic plastic material made in a single molded part with the gutter and attached <B> to </B> the latter by a thin tab allowing the buffers to be pulled off from the gutter. SUB-CLAIMS 1.

Set of buffers according to claim, characterized in that each buffer is constituted by a slightly conical tubular body, closed at its lower end and having a thin non-passing slot extending from a point on the edge of its orifice to a diametrically opposite point of it passing through the closed end. 2.

Set of buffers according to claim, charac terized in that the lips of the gutter project from the pairs of eyelets intended to hold the wick in the gutter.
