Abstract

The pot comprises a duct (1) connecting the bottom of the pot to the atmosphere. Openings (4) connect the duct to the interior of the pot so as to ensure circulation of the air. This arrangement makes it possible to avoid the roots rotting. <IMAGE>

   REVENDICATIONS
 1. Pot à plantes, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte au moins un canal reliant le fond du pot à l'atmosphère.



   2. Pot à plantes selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le canal est incorporé dans la paroi du pot et présente, dans sa partie inférieure, des orifices assurant le passage de l'air.



   3. Pot à plantes selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte plusieurs canaux disposés sur sa circonférence.



   4. Pot à plantes selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le canal est constitué par un tube présentant, dans sa partie inférieure, des orifices transversaux.



   Il existe des pots à plantes qui, par leur construction, provoquent le pourrissement des racines de celles-ci.



   Le pot à plantes objet de la présente invention évite cet inconvénient et, à cet effet, présente au moins un canal établissant un courant d'air entre le fond du pot et l'atmosphère.

 

   Le dessin annexé représente à titre d'exemple deux formes d'exécution de l'objet de l'invention.



   La fig. 1 représente la vue en coupe d'un pot dont le canal de communication d'air 1 est incorporé dans la paroi 2 du pot contenant le terreau 3. Des orifices 4, reliant le canal avec l'intérieur du pot, assurent le passage de l'air. Selon la grandeur circonférentielle du pot, un ou plusieurs canaux seront prévus dans la paroi 2.



   La fig. 2 représente la vue en coupe d'un pot à plantes dans lequel le canal est constitué par un tube 5, fait d'un matériau quelconque, qui traverse le terreau 3 contenu dans le pot 2 et assure le passage de l'air depuis le fond jusqu'à l'atmosphère.



   La fig. 3 représente, en coupe longitudinale, I'agrandissement du tube 5 ayant dans sa partie inférieure des orifices transversaux 6 qui y sont ménagés.

   CLAIMS
 1. Plant pot, characterized in that it comprises at least one channel connecting the bottom of the pot to the atmosphere.



   2. Plant pot according to claim 1, characterized in that the channel is incorporated into the wall of the pot and has, in its lower part, orifices ensuring the passage of air.



   3. Plant pot according to claim 2, characterized in that it comprises several channels arranged on its circumference.



   4. Plant pot according to claim 1, characterized in that the channel is constituted by a tube having, in its lower part, transverse orifices.



   There are plant pots which, by their construction, cause the roots of these to rot.



   The plant pot which is the subject of the present invention avoids this drawback and, for this purpose, has at least one channel establishing an air current between the bottom of the pot and the atmosphere.

 

   The appended drawing represents by way of example two embodiments of the object of the invention.



   Fig. 1 shows a sectional view of a pot, the air communication channel 1 of which is incorporated in the wall 2 of the pot containing the soil 3. Holes 4, connecting the channel with the interior of the pot, ensure the passage of the air. Depending on the circumferential size of the pot, one or more channels will be provided in the wall 2.



   Fig. 2 shows the sectional view of a plant pot in which the channel is formed by a tube 5, made of any material, which passes through the soil 3 contained in the pot 2 and ensures the passage of air from the melts into the atmosphere.



   Fig. 3 shows, in longitudinal section, the enlargement of the tube 5 having in its lower part transverse orifices 6 formed therein.

Claims

CLAIMS 1. Plant pot, characterized in that it comprises at least one channel connecting the bottom of the pot to the atmosphere.

2. Plant pot according to claim 1, characterized in that the channel is incorporated into the wall of the pot and has, in its lower part, orifices ensuring the passage of air.

3. Plant pot according to claim 2, characterized in that it comprises several channels arranged on its circumference.

4. Plant pot according to claim 1, characterized in that the channel is constituted by a tube having, in its lower part, transverse orifices.

There are plant pots which, by their construction, cause the roots of these to rot.
