Fig. 3 eine Draufsicht ZU Fig. 1.
Vessel with support on which it is tilted
The main patent relates to a vessel with a carrier, on which the same is tiltably mounted, which is characterized in that a lifting mechanism acting vertically on the rear part of the vessel is arranged in the carrier, while one end of at least one link is hinged to the front part of the vessel , the other end of which is stored in a bearing arranged under the vessel in the carrier, the whole thing in such a way that when the lifting mechanism is actuated, the vessel is tilted and at the same time pulled backwards in its bearings while pivoting the handlebars and is thereby raised.
It has been found that by modifying the design of such a vessel with a carrier, significant advantages in terms of manufacturing and assembly as well as operational advantages can be achieved.
The invention relates to a vessel with a carrier on which the same is tiltably mounted, which is characterized in that a horizontally projecting table is guided vertically displaceably in the carrier, on which a hydraulic lifting device arranged in the carrier acts, the pressure chamber of which by means of a a control lever provided three-way faucet can optionally be connected to a pressurized water line or a drain line, and that on the table on an axis the vessel arranged in a sheet metal jacket is tiltable, the tilting movement of which is controlled by a handlebar depending on the height displacement of the table, one end of which hinged to the lowermost, fixed part of the lifting device and the other end of which is mounted on an axle inserted in front in the lowermost part of the sheet metal jacket containing the vessel.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown schematically in the drawing. Show it:
1 shows a side view of a vessel with a carrier on which it is tiltably mounted, in the operating position.
Fig. 2 is a side view of this vessel in the tilted position, and
FIG. 3 is a plan view of FIG. 1.
With 1 arranged on a wall, box-like carrier is referred to, in which two lateral, vertical, U-shaped profile having guide rails 2 are arranged opposite one another. In these guide rails 2 a horizontally cantilevered table 3 is guided vertically displaceably by means of two guide rollers 4 and 5 arranged one above the other at its rearmost part engaging in the carrier 1. The upper guide rollers 4 run on the front flange and the lower guide rollers 5 on the rear flange of the guide rails 2 so that the table 3 is always held horizontally.
A hydraulic telescopic jack 6 arranged in the support 1 acts on the table 3, the pressure chamber of which can be connected to either a pressurized water line 10 or a drain line 11 via a three-way valve 8 and a line 9 to be set by means of an operating lever 7.
On the outer, fork-shaped part of the table 3, two vertical supports 12 are fixedly arranged, in which an axis 13 is mounted. On this axis
13, two tabs 14 are mounted, which are seated on the bottom of a cooking vessel 15 which is inserted into an insulating jacket 16 which prevents heat loss and in which an electrical heating device 17 is embedded. The insulating jacket 16 with the cooking vessel 15 is surrounded by a sheet metal jacket 18 which, in its lowermost part, holds a cavity 19 into which the supports 12 protrude. One end of a link 20 is articulated to the lowermost, fixed part of the telescopic jack 6, the other end of which is mounted on an axle 21 inserted into the lowermost part of the sheet metal jacket 18 at the front.
The sheet metal jacket 18 has at the top a closing ring 22 which extends to the edge of the cooking vessel 15 and which is provided with a spout 23 at the front.
For the cooking vessel 15, a cover 24 is provided which is fastened to the tip of a triangular bracket 25 pivotably mounted in the carrier 1.
At the bottom of the rearmost part of the sheet metal jacket 18, a support rail 26 is fixedly arranged. The electrical switching devices and the monitoring devices (not shown in the drawing) are attached to the sheet metal jacket 18.
In the operating position (Fig. 1) the pressure chamber of the telescopic jack 6 is connected to the drain line 11 via the line 9 and the three-way valve 8, the telescopic jack 6 is emptied and the table 3 is in its lowest position. The sheet metal jacket 18 containing the cooking vessel 15 with its insulating jacket 16 sits with its support rail 26 on the table 3. If the cooking vessel 15 is now to be emptied, the three-way tap 8 is brought into such a position by means of the operating lever 7 that it connects the pressure chamber of the telescopic lifter 6 with the pressurized water line 10. The telescopic jack 6 comes into operation and lifts the table 3. The front part of the sheet metal jacket 18 is pulled down by the handlebar 20 and the sheet metal jacket 18 with the cooking vessel 15 is tilted forward (FIG. 2).
Once the cooking vessel 15 has been emptied as far as desired, the three-way tap 8 is reset again by means of the operating lever 7 so that it separates the pressure chamber of the telescopic lifter 6 from the pressurized water line 10 and connects it to the drainage line 11. The telescopic lifter 6 contracts and the table 3 is lowered again into its lowest position, the sheet metal jacket 18 with the cooking vessel 15 being tilted back into the starting position.
