Steam pressure cooking pot The invention relates to a steam pressure cooking pot. Steam pressure cooking pots, in which the diameter of the pot corresponds approximately to its height, and the pot with a lid z. B. is lockable in the manner of a bayonet lock, have become known many times. Handles are attached to the pot and the lid, which are arranged one above the other when the pot is closed.
In order to be able to open the lid only after pressure equalization has taken place, otherwise the food to be cooked exits the head in an explosive manner and can lead to burns, it is also known to connect the top fin nere with the outside air on the lid, usually in the area of the handle to arrange connecting stopcock that allows the lid to be placed on the pot and the lid to be turned only in the open position of the valve.
It is also known to arrange an overpressure valve in the cover and, in addition, a melt or rubber plate fuse, the latter being released when the overpressure valve fails and a certain overpressure is reached and the steam can escape into the open. Known steam pressure cooking pots are not suitable, for example, for pan dishes, since the food can be taken ent only with great difficulty and a considerable amount of heat energy must be applied uselessly due to the large pot content.
The object of the present invention is now to provide egg NEN steam pressure cooking pot that does not have known defects. This object is achieved according to the invention in that the height of the steam pressure cooking pot corresponds to only about half of the mean diameter and is provided with a grill grate with handles.
The handles of the grill grate can be articulated, swiveled into the plane of the grill grate, and extend approximately to the edge of the pan. Fer ner handles can be net angeord on the pot and on the lid, which are exactly one above the other when the pot is closed and form a handle unit.
Through this design of a steam pressure cooking pot, it is also possible to prepare pan-fried dishes, etc., such as fish, quickly with low energy consumption.
Furthermore, the court, e.g. B. the fish can easily be lifted out of the pot by means of the grilling grate, without it disintegrating or being damaged by any other necessary tools.
In the drawing, the subject of the invention is shown in one embodiment. The figure shows a steam pressure cooking pot seen from the front, partially broken away. A cover 2 is screwed onto the pot 1 in the form of a casserole, in the manner of a bayonet. The pot 1 and the lid 2 carry handle handles 3 and 4, with which the lid 2 can be solved by turning in the lid level ge.
In the handle 3 there is a cock 5 which connects the inside of the pot with the outside air and which only allows the lid to be rotated in the open position by means of a locking member corresponding to the cock plug, which engages in the handle 4. The cover 2 also has a pressure relief valve 6 and a rubber plate fuse 7 with a protective cap 8.
On the bottom of the pot 1 a grill grate 9 is arranged, at the edge of which handles 10 are directed to.
