Description
Werkzeug zur Vorbearbeitung von Evolventen-Stirnrädern Bei der Fertigbearbeitung von Evolventen Stirn rädern werden beim Schleifen oder Schaben des Zahngrundes am Zahnfuss Kerben z. B. von der Aussenkante der Schleifscheibe erzeugt. Diese Kerben verursachen eine Erhöhung der Biegespannung am Zahnfuss ; auch besteht die Gefahr der Bildung von Schleifrissen.
Eine Beseitigung dieser Mängel ist durch Frei arbeiten des Zahnfusses beim Vorverzahnen durch Verwendung von Werkzeugen mit Protuberanzprofil möglich. Diese Werkzeuge erfordern eine sorgfältige Auslegung und sind dabei in der Herstellung entspre chend teuer.
Nach der Erfindung wird die schwierige Her stellung dieses geknickten Werkzeugprofils umgan gen, indem das Werkzeug aus zwei Einzelprofilen be steht, die übereinander angeordnet sind. Dies lässt sich z. B. mit zwei Kammstählen oder zwei Schneid rädern ohne Schwierigkeit durchführen.
In der Zeichnung ist als Beispiel des Verzah- nungswerkzeuges für Evolventen-Stirnräder nach der Erfindung ein Hobelkamm gewählt und dargestellt. Es zeigen Fig. 1 eine Ansicht des Werkzeugprofiles mit Pro tuberanz in vergrössertem Masstab ; Fig. 2 die Aufteilung des Schneidprofiles auf zwei Einzelprofile ; Fig. 3 eine beispielsweise Anordnung der zwei Hobelkammstähle in der Werkzeugmaschine.
In Fig. 1 ist das Gesamtprofil eines Hobelwerk- zeuges zur Vorbearbeitung eines Zahnprofils, mit Protuberanz 1 für das Freiarbeiten der Zahnfüsse dargestellt. Fig. 2 zeigt die Aufteilung des geknickten Werk zeugprofiles auf die zwei Einzelprofile mit den Schneidkanten 2 und 3.
In Fig. 3 ist die übereinander-Anordnung der bei den Hobelkammstähle 4 und 5 in der Werkzeugma schine gezeigt. Zweckmässig werden die Hobelkamm- stähle 4 und 5 durch Schrauben 6 miteinander ver bunden. Die Fixierung der beiden Kammstähle zu einander darf nicht vollkommen starr ausgeführt wer den, weil die zusammengehörigen beiden Einzelstähle nicht absolut gleichmässig nachgeschliffen werden.

These deficiencies can be eliminated by working the tooth root freely when pre-cutting using tools with a protuberance profile. These tools require careful design and are accordingly expensive to manufacture.

In the drawing, a planing comb is selected and shown as an example of the gear cutting tool for involute spur gears according to the invention. 1 shows a view of the tool profile with pro tuberance on an enlarged scale; 2 shows the division of the cutting profile into two individual profiles; 3 shows an example of an arrangement of the two cutterhead steels in the machine tool.
1 shows the overall profile of a planing tool for pre-machining a tooth profile, with protuberance 1 for working the tooth roots free. Fig. 2 shows the division of the bent work tool profile on the two individual profiles with the cutting edges 2 and 3.
In Fig. 3, the superimposed arrangement of the machine in the planing comb steels 4 and 5 is shown in the Werkzeugma. The planing comb steels 4 and 5 are expediently connected to one another by screws 6. The fixing of the two comb steels to one another must not be carried out in a completely rigid manner, because the two individual steels that belong together are not reground absolutely evenly.
