Locking device for the guide vanes of a hydraulic machine The invention relates to a locking device for the guide vanes of a hydraulic machine, which can be operated either as a pump or as a turbine, the guide vanes being adjustable and being clamped in a certain position during pumping operation.
In a known machine of this type, the free pegs of the blades opposite the guide vane adjustment are provided on the edge of the end face of the pegs with a conical ring surface which is connected to a multi-digit ring. By means of a plate moved by a servomotor, the ring is pressed against the conical face edge and by this against the pin bore. This clamps the free end of the guide vane pin.
However, this locking device has great after parts. On the one hand, the sensitive pin bore is damaged by the ring parts over time, on the other hand the blade is only at the pin end so that, especially with larger guide blades, vibrations of the blade cannot be reduced.
The invention aims to avoid these disadvantages. In a locking device of the type described at the outset, for this purpose, according to the invention, the blade is formed so that it can be pressed with one of its two end faces against a surface lying in the wall of the process water channel.
In this way, the blade is held directly and over its entire length, so that not only larger movements but even vibrations of the blade are reliably prevented.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in simplified form in the drawing.
1 shows an axial section through a hydraulic machine, FIG. 2 shows a view of this machine on a smaller scale, and FIG. 3 shows a view in the direction of the pillar A of FIG. 1 on a larger scale.
The machine shown in the drawing has an impeller 1, guide vanes 2, a spiral 3 on the upstream side and an inlet or outlet 4 on the downstream side. The guide vanes 2 consist of a blade 5 with end faces 6 and 7 and pins 8 and 9. A lever 10 is attached to the pin 8 and is adjusted via a tab 11 by means of a control ring 12 common to all guide vanes. In the pin 9 of the guide vane 2, a pull rod 13 is rotatably inserted, with the aid of which the blade 5 can be pressed with its one end face 7 against a surface 15 located in the wall 14 of the service water channel.
The pull rod 13 has a thread 16 firmly connected to it, which engages in a thread 17 firmly connected to the wall 14 of the service water channel. The two threads 16 and 17 are formed by two frontally touching disks, which have thread surfaces 18 and 19 arranged in a fan-like manner on the contact surfaces. The pull rod 13 with its washer of the thread 16 is rotated by means of a lever 20 via a tab 21 of a ring 22 common to the train rods of all guide vanes. As can be seen from FIG. 2, the ring 22 is moved by a servomotor 24 via a lever 23.
