  Faltschachtel
Die Erfindung des Hauptpatentes betrifft eine Faltschachtel, bei der mindestens der Unterteil aus einem einzigen Stück gestanzt und dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass an den Enden der Längswände mit einer   Faltrille    versehene Lappen angelenkt sind, welche an den mit einem angelenkten Versteifungslappen versehenen Querwänden befestigt sind, derart, dass die Längswände zwecks Stapelung und Bereitstellung des Schachtelunterteils in die Ebene des Bodens des letzteren geklappt werden können und aus dieser Lage durch Verschwenken der Querwände gleichzeitig mit diesen in die Gebrauchslage gebracht und der Schachtelunterteil in dieser Lage durch Verschwenken der Versteifungslappen bis zum Anliegen an die Innenseite der Querwände verriegelt wird,

   indem je eine an den Versteifungslappen angebrachte Zunge einen im Boden des Unterteils angebrachten   /-förmigen    Schlitz durchsetzt.



   Die zusätzliche Erfindung betrifft eine weitere Ausbildung der hievor gekennzeichneten Faltschachtel und ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der einen Längswand ein mit dem Unterteil aus einem einzigen Stück gestanzter Deckel angelenkt ist, der zwecks Stapelung und Bereitstellung der Schachtel in die Ebene des Bodens des Schachtelunterteils geklappt werden kann und der am angelenkten Lappen mit einem Schlitz versehen ist, welcher Schlitz beim Schliessen der Schachtel von einer an der anderen Längswand des Unterteils vorgesehenen Zunge durchsetzt wird und der letztere den Lappen hintergreift.



   In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt. Darin zeigt:
Fig. 1 das aus einem einzigen Stück bestehende Stanzstück im Grundriss,
Fig. 2 die zur Stapelung gefaltete Schachtel und
Fig. 3 die geschlossene Schachtel in schaubildlicher Darstellung.  



   Das gezeichnete Ausführungsbeispiel unterscheidet sich von dem im Hauptpatent gezeichneten und beschriebenen Ausführungsbeispiel dadurch, dass bei ihm an der Längswand 4 des Unterteils mittels der Rille 50 ein mit dem Unterteil aus einem einzigen Stück gestanzter Deckel 51 angelenkt ist. Am mittels der Rille 52 angelenkten Lappen 53 ist ein bogenförmiger Schlitz 54 vorgesehen. Bei geschlossener Schachtel liegen die mittels Rillen 55, 56 am Deckel 51 angelenkten Seitenlappen 57, 58 innerhalb der Querwände 12, 13 und der Versteifungslappen 8, 9 und der Schlitz 54 wird von einer an der Längswand 5 angebrachten Zunge 59 durchsetzt, wobei die Zunge 59 den Lappen 53 hintergreift, wodurch eine gute Klemmwirkung erzielt wird. Der Deckel 51 besitzt eine mittels einer Cellulosefolie geschlossenes Fenster 60.



   Beim gezeichneten Ausführungsbeispiel sind die beim Beispiel des Hauptpatentes genannten Ausschnitte 26 weggelassen. Indessen bleibt die Handhabungsweise die gleiche wie im Hauptpatent beschrieben.



   Im übrigen besitzt das Ausführungsbeispiel sämtliche im Patentanspruch des Hauptpatentes angeführten Merkmale.
