Fitting for turn-tilt sash of windows or doors It is already known to arrange for turn-tilt fittings for windows, doors or the like display rods that are hinged on the one hand to the frame and on the other hand are slidably mounted in a guide slot seen on the wing. These opening bars are used to limit the tilting movement. However, these known embodiments have the disadvantage that the wing comes into undesired positions or can fall down completely as a result of inattention when transitioning from one position to the other.
To remedy this situation, use guide fittings for the off position rod, which have two guides on which the rod is slidably mounted and is supported at least in the tilted position of the wing at two points on the fitting part. The rod slides ent neither in a passage opening of the fitting part or it is guided by a bolt arranged at a certain distance from the rod end in a slot running parallel to the wing.
In both embodiments, when the sash is tilted, the end of the opening rod pivots outwardly away from it and protrudes to a certain extent beyond the sash. Aside from the unsightly look, there is a risk that, especially at the end of the tilting movement, the opening bar comes into contact with the front hang and that it is damaged or torn as it moves.
In order to eliminate these disadvantages, a fitting for turn-tilt sashes of windows or doors, in which an opening rod articulated with the frame is slidably mounted in a sash fitting part having two guides and is at least in the tilted position of the sash on two Can support positions of the sash fitting part,
According to the invention, the free end of the opening rod guided by the frame parallel to the wing and for the rear of the outermost support point are the support point of the opening rod on the wing at least arranged a contact edge directed to the frame. In this way, in an exemplary embodiment, every component of movement of the rod perpendicular to the wing is avoided in the interior of the room.
The drawing shows an embodiment of the invention. The figures show: FIG. 1 the front view of a window with the fitting, FIG. 2 a plan view of the guide fitting part in cooperation with the opening rod in the closed and tilted position of the sash on an enlarged scale, FIG. 3 an enlarged rear view of the guide approximately fitting part, Fig. 4 the section IV-IV of Fig. 2,
5 shows the front view of another guide fitting part with an opening rod shown broken off, FIG. 6 shows a cross section according to FIG. 5, but additionally with the casement, FIG. 7 shows a plan view of a window in the closed position, FIG. 8 shows a detail from Fig. 7 in the tilted position of the wing.
The window sash 1 is mounted in the fixed frame 2 by means of the fitting. For this purpose, the sleeves 2 and 3 and the rod 4 on the one vertical side and the sleeves 5 and 6 and the rod 7 on the horizontal side. The Stan conditions are brought into the required positions by movements of the hand lever 8. In addition, the corner joint 9 is used to hold both the rotating and the tilting ax. At the upper end, the opening rod 10 is pivotably mounted in the vertical axis of rotation, that is, in the extension of the rod 4 at 11.
From the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 2 to 4, the off control rod 10 is guided at its free end 12 by means of the downwardly directed bolt 13 in the slot 14 of the fitting part 15. In addition, the off control rod 10 is seen behind the free end with a white direct, but upward bolt 16 ver, which cooperates with the guide curve 17 of the fitting part 15.
The fitting part 15 is U-shaped in cross-section, with a flap 19 being bent away from the lower leg 18 perpendicular to the leg 18. This flap 19 serves to connect the fitting part 15 to the wing 1. The upper leg 20 is designed as a guide curve on its free edge 17, while the lower leg 18 has the guide slot running parallel to the wing 1.
In order to be able to strike the fitting part 15 on both the right and left, the lower leg 18 is provided with a second slot 21 and the upper leg 20 with a second guide curve 22. The two guide curves 17 and 22 run together in a central recess 23, which also serves as a kind of stop for the guide pin 16 of the opening rod 10.
In order to avoid rubbing of the downward Bol zens 13 of the opening rod on the wood of the wing 1, the lower leg 18 of the fitting part 15 is provided with beads 24 pushed out downwards. As a result, the lower surface of the leg 18 lies at a certain distance from the wing 1.
In the rotational position, the opening rod 10 remains in the upper position shown in Fig. 2 to the wing 1 and pivots only about the pivot point 11. In the tilted position, however, the guide pin 13 slides from the position shown in Fig. 2 above to the other End of the slot. The second bolt 16 emerges from the recess 23 and is guided along the guide curve 17 at a small distance. A certain distance is useful in order to avoid unnecessary friction at this point. As soon as an incorrect operation occurs, the wing swings only very slightly until the curve 17 comes to rest on the bolt 16.
When closing the window from the tilted position, the same processes take place in reverse.
By guiding the rod end 12 in the slot 14 protruding the same over the fitting 15 and thus over the wing 1 ver avoided. The entire rod 10 thus no longer performs any movements that have a component lying perpendicular to the wing 1 in the direction facing away from the Blendrah men. In addition, the two guides 14, 17 and 21, 22 are covered by the vertical tab 26 of the U-shaped fitting part 15 towards the interior of the room. In the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 5 to 8, the opening rod 10 is also pivotably mounted on the frame 2 by means of a bearing block 27.
In order to hit the display rod 10 both right and left, the screws provided for fastening the bearing block 27 are ben 28 only on one side of the axis of rotation 29 of the display rod 10. At its free end, the display rod 10 is attached with a double-sided th support bolt 30 provided. At a certain distance behind it, a second, also double-sided support bolt 31 is arranged.
A guide fitting part 32 is let into the wood of the sash frame 1. This consists of a flat plate 33 which is provided with impact points 34 and 35 in a known manner. The plate 33 has a recess 36 in its center, which is covered by a bracket-like tab 37, which consists of one piece with the plate 33. The upper surface 38 of the bracket-like tab 37 extending horizontally to the plate has a catch 39 with bevels 40.
In the closed position of the wing 1 (FIG. 7), the lower part of the support bolt 30 rests on the outer surface 41 of the plate 33, while the upper part of the bolt 31 is in the detent 39 of the bow-shaped tab 37. If the wing 1 is moved into the tilt position (FIG. 8), then the lower part of the support bolt 30 slides along the upper edge 42 of the plate 33 and the support bolt 31 moves out of the catch 39 and now slides with its lower part - likewise along the upper edge 42 of the plate 33. The support bolt 31 moves on the surface 43 of the plate 33 opposite the support bolt 30.
The tilting movement is ended when the upper part of the support bolt 30 strikes the upper surface 38 of the bracket-like tab 37. In this stel ment, the support bolt 31 is at a small distance a from the surface 43 of the plate 33. This distance is desirable during the tilting movement in order to prevent unnecessary friction. If an incorrect operation occurs in the tilt position - namely a changeover of the transmission to the rotary position, the wing 1 pivots by an extremely small amount until the surface 43 rests on the Bol zen 31 and further movement is prevented.
The corresponding design of the bow-like tab 37 prevents the opening rod 10 from being unintentionally lifted off the guide fitting part 32. An intended hanging off, on the other hand, can take place approximately in the half tilted position by first loosening the corner bearing (not shown in the drawing) and then pivoting the wing 1 so far that the opening rod 10 protrudes under the upper surface 38 of the bracket-like tab 37 and the support bolts 30 , 31 except a handle with the upper edge 42 of the plate 33 can be brought.
In FIG. 5, a dash-dotted recess 44 is provided in the plate 33, the dimensions of which correspond to the bow-like tab 37. When Stan zen the guide fitting part 32, material is saved in that the bow-like tab 37 of the next punched part is removed from the recess 44 of the previous one.
The run-in bevels denoted by 40 are also parts of a curved guide for the bolt 31. The other part of this curve is represented by the upper edge 42 of the plate 33. If a faulty operation should occur in an intermediate tilt position of the wing 1, the bolt 31 is supported at a corresponding point on this curve or slides along this curve into its end position. The bolt 31 is expediently always guided approximately at the distance a from the curve parts 40 and 42 in order to prevent unnecessary friction.
