Building board and method of manufacturing the same An ideal building board that is used to manufacture a non-statically loaded wall of a building should have the following properties in particular: 1. Sufficient surface hardness on the inside and outside, so that impacts with hard objects leave no permanent impressions, 2. sufficient flexural strength so that such impacts do not lead to breakage of the panel, 3. sufficient insulation capacity (K-value below 0.7 if possible), 4.
Possibility of a simple but perfect sealing of the seams, 5. aesthetic appearance of both the outer and the inner surface, so that no plastering work has to be done on the building.
In all building panels known today, some of these aforementioned properties are only insufficiently fulfilled, others not at all.
The construction panel according to the invention described below fulfills all of these properties and therefore means an advance that is inestimable for the modern construction industry, especially because the production of such construction panels is very economical.
Fig. 1 shows a cross section through an example of the building board according to the invention. The outer (in this description the terms outside and <inside are used with regard to the end use of the building board, i.e. outside = against the weather side, inside = against the inside of the building). Plate 1 is hard and shock resistant and is colored and with or without structure. It can be made from a traditional building material, e.g. B. cement mix, concrete, lime mortar, asbestos cement, with or without reinforcement (wire mesh, glass fabric or other) or from a Me tallplatte, z. B. aluminum alloy, or a color-sprayed hardboard or a plastic plate, z.
B. glass fiber reinforced polyester plate or hard polyvinyl chloride plate. The thickness of this outer plate can suitably be 0.1 to 50 mm, depending on the construction material.
The insulating layer 2 is firmly connected to this plate 1. This is compact and has sufficient inherent stability. There are particularly organic foams such. B. those made of polystyrene, polyester-isocyanate compounds, urea-formaldehyde, especially with closed cells. The thickness of this insulating plate depends on the desired K-value and will mainly be between 20 and 50 mm.
The same materials can be used for the inner panel 3 as for the outer panel, only that the lighter building materials are preferred here. For example, a cement mix filled with wood chips can also be used. The plate 3 is also firmly connected to the plate 2.
So that a perfect seal is achieved at the joint between two successive building boards, the two longitudinal edges can be provided with a water-resistant synthetic resin layer 4 with self-adhesive properties (e.g. based on polyvinyl ether). To protect against contamination during storage and during transport, the two layers are covered with a 5 paper strip.
Of course, the seal can be further perfected in that a groove is formed by offsetting plate 1 and / or 3 against plate 2, as shown in FIGS. The groove can also be formed in the plate 1, 2 or 3 itself.
The production of such patent according to Bauplat th is done so that either the individual Plat th 1, 2 and 3 are made for themselves and then by means of a suitable connecting means, eg. B. cement with the addition of a synthetic resin dispersion, firmly bonded together or that only the plates 1 and 3 are prefabricated, in a frame men are inserted parallel and at a distance from each other and then in between by foaming urea-formaldehyde mass or diisocyanate-polyester water mixture Isolation plate 2 is generated. Or that the plate 1 is poured from a cement-sand-water mixture on a base.
On the freshly potted mass, the prefabricated plate 2 is placed and z. B. a mass of cement-sand-water-wood chip mixture geschich tet, which sets to plate 3 after a certain setting time.
The last two methods described, in which at least one of the three layers is created from scratch during the manufacture of the building board, are in accordance with the patent. They have the advantage of the intimate connection of the individual layers with one another and the advantage of efficient production over the first method.
Example A mixture of 315 kg Portland cement, 1422 kg sand, 1 kg titanium dioxide and 290 kg water 1 cm thick is applied to a flat wooden plate with a 10 cm high frame with a clear width of 50X200 cm a wire mesh of 50X200 cm, mesh size 13X15 mm and 0.8 mm wire thickness is placed and this is coated with 1 cm of the above mixture without color surcharge. A 4 cm thick plate made of polystyrene foam measuring 50 x 200 cm and having a specific weight of 0.016 is placed on this mass. A layer 2 cm thick made of a mixture of 315 kg of cement, 890 kg of wood chips and 305 kg of water is applied to this insulating plate.
On this mass, in turn, a wire mesh of the same dimensions is placed and on it again a 2 cm thick layer of wood cement of the above-mentioned composition, to which 0.1 kg of chrome yellow and 1 kg of titanium dioxide have been added.
After a setting time of 28 days, the plate is ground flat on the longitudinal edges and coated with a mixture of 100 parts of polyisobutylene dispersion and 25 parts of polyvinyl ether dispersion using a spray gun. After a drying time of two days, these two longitudinal edges are each covered with an oil paper strip 10 cm wide.
