Description

Mixing and kneading bowl The present invention relates to a mixing and kneading bowl, specifically a bowl provided with a beaded rim, which can be connected to its drive means or to its seat in the mixing and kneading machine by hand by a rotating movement.

Such trays for mixing and kneading machines are known per se.

In most cases, the mixing and kneading bowls are used to produce fairs, such as B. dough, sausage meat or fatty emulsions, the smeared edge of the: shell become so slippery that it is often not possible or only with overcoming great difficulties to neither detach the shell from its drive means or its seat in the machine.

The invention aims to eliminate this disadvantage.

The mixing and kneading bowl according to the invention is characterized in that the outer circumferential lines of the bead are uneven.

The bead can, for. B. be dented and / or ribbed on the outside of the shell.

An embodiment of the subject invention will be described with reference to the drawing.

The mixing and kneading bowl 1 has a ring 2 at the bottom and at least one bayonet locking slot 3 in this ring. These slots 3 form bayonet closures with corresponding pins or lugs which are provided on the drive means of the shell or its seat in the machine. By turning the shell by hand, the shell can therefore be attached to its drive means or its seat in the machine and also released again. The shell edge 4 is a so-called beaded edge. On the outside of the shell, this edge is dented and ribbed.

The dents are marked 4 'and the ribs remaining between them are marked 4 ".

This shell is lighter, more comfortable, more reliable and more secure from its seat in the machine or its drive means than known shells even with greasy beaded rim.
