,Lagerbock an _ Kreiselmaschinen. Die Erfindung betrifft einen Lagerbock an einer Kreise maschine und ein Verfahren zur Herstellung,des Lagerbockes. Sie besteht darin, dass.der auf das Maschinengehäuse aufgesetzte, von ihm .getrennte Lagerbock einen Bodenteil und einen gegen das Gehäuse offenen Kegelmantel aufweist, wobei die Kegelaehee zur Normalen der B,o,denflä@chE um einen Winkel a geneigt ist.
Das Ver fahren zur Herstellung des Lagerbockes be- -teht darin, dass in Jen Formteil der Gussform für den Lagerbock, welcher die Aussenseite des. Lagerbockes bildet, mindestens eine fensterartige Aussparung des Kegelmantels hineingeformt wird.
Auf der Zeichnung ist die Erfindung in einem Ausführungsbeispiel sthiematisch dar gestellt. Sie zeigt einen Längsschnitt .durch eine mehrstufige Zentrifugalpumpe.
Die Lagerböcke 18 und 19 sind so aus- gebildet, d.ass sie o$me Kerne hergestellt wer den können. Der Mantel 32 ist innen und aussen als ke-gelige Fläche mit einer Achse IV ausgebildet, der um einen Winkel a gegen die Mittellinie der Welle 2, die Normale zum Loden 3,2a, nach oben geneigt ist. Die An ordnung der Fenster 26 ist ebenfalls auf die Achse IV bezogen.
Am geschlossenen Ende des Lagerbockes, dem Boden 32a, ist eine A.usnehmung 33 (Fig. 1a) von der Breite der Fenster 26, in Umfangsrichtung gesehen, vor- g <B>o</B> den daher zum esehen. Die Fenster<B>26</B> wer Beispiel für,den Lagerbock 18 mit dem Form teil geformt, der das.
linke, geschlossene Ende des Lagerbook es 18 umschliesst, während das Innere des Lagerbückes <B>18</B> zu dem Formteil gehört, der auf dem. offenen Ende des Lager bockes 18 aufsitzt. Die beiden Formteile sind in einer Ebene getrennt, die mit der rechten Endfsäch,e des. Flansches 37 übereinstimmt. Die beiden Lagerböcke 18 und 19 sind nach dem gleichen Modell geformt.
Trotzdem nun die innere Mantelfläche, 3,5 des Lagerbockes 18 ringsherum als kegelige Fläche zur Bil dung eines für das Giessen; erforderlichen Anzuges ausgebildet isst, ergibt sieh @durcb die beschriebene Form, dass die Öffnung 36 auf der linken Seite des Lagerbockes 1-8 an geordnet werden kann und -die Tropfwasser- ableitung vereinfacht werden kann.
