Fig. 6 den Schnitt nach-VI-VI der Fig. 4 veranschaulicht.
Conveyor containers for pneumatic tube systems
The invention relates to a conveying container intended for pneumatic tube systems, in which a chassis part for guiding the container in the pipeline is mounted rotatably about a longitudinal axis of the container on each end face of a central part intended to receive the conveyed material.
The invention aims to design such a conveying container in such a way that its handling at the unloading and loading stations of the pipe conveyor system can be carried out easily and quickly. According to the invention, movably arranged means are operatively connected to the movable wall parts of the middle part forming the closure of the container opening in such a way that they lift an insert in the container middle part intended to receive the conveyed material during the opening movement of the wall parts. To simplify and facilitate the unloading and loading process, such a mass distribution can be provided in the middle part of the conveying container that its center of gravity is lower than the axis of rotation of the vehicle parts when the container is lying down, both when loaded and when empty.
This center of gravity has the effect that the weight of the middle part and the insert with and without a load always strives to attack vertically below the axis of rotation of the middle part and in an inclined position of the middle part, as it is when it is stored in the landing gear head parts z. B. can take under the centrifugal force in curves, a moment is generated with respect to that axis, which exerts an erecting effect on the central part, so that it swings back into the position in which its lock is good after the centrifugal force or another transverse force ceases are accessible in the apex position and the insert can always be lifted vertically.
Of the invention, two embodiments illustrated in the drawing are explained in more detail below, the first of which
Fig. 1 represents partially in the middle vertical longitudinal section and partially in side view, while
Fig. 2 and 3 show the cross section according to II-II of Fig. 1 in different positions of individual parts.
The second embodiment is in
Fig. 4 is shown in a manner similar to Fig. 1, while
FIG. 5 shows the right part of FIG. 4 with individual parts in a different position
6 illustrates the section according to VI-VI of FIG. 4.
As FIG. 1 shows in particular, the pneumatic tube delivery container consists of a hollow cylinder 1 as a central part; with each of its two end walls 2 is a chassis part 3, which carries the rollers 4 for supporting and guiding the container on the inner wall of the conveyor pipeline, not shown, rotatably connected to the longitudinal center axis of the container, by means of a base plate 5 on the wall 2 and one axial bolt 6 seated in it as a carrier of a roller bearing 7 which carries the chassis part 3 with its outer ring. As a result, the central part 1 is mounted on the two chassis parts 4 so as to swing about the longitudinal central axis A of the container.
The middle part 1 has, in the form of a cutout 8 of its shell, an opening for inserting and removing a box-like or basket-like insert 9 for the goods to be conveyed. The opening 8 can be closed by two symmetrical, cylindrically curved covers 10 and 11 which are pivotable about the axis A and which are mounted on each end wall 2 by the same means. In the case of the lid 10, they include a curved rail 12 with an arm 13 attached to the inside, which is firmly connected to a cam disk 15 via a bushing 14 and is rotatably mounted with these parts on a part 16 of the axial pin 6 protruding into the central part . Each cam disk 15 controls a plunger 17 which is guided in a bush 18 which is attached to a web 20 carried by two brackets 19 of the relevant end wall 2.
Each plunger 17 engages with a head 21 under a U-shaped edge rail 22 of the insert 9, with which the insert is supported on the bracket pair 19 while being fixed by a pin 23 each. On each end wall 2, a lever 25 is mounted on a bolt 24 of the end wall, which is articulated with an elongated hole each on a pin 26 of the cam disk 15 or a shoulder 27 of the cover 11.
As shown in particular in Fig. 2, the center of gravity S of the insert 9, which is open at the top, lies in the normal position of the container and insert drawn there vertically below the axis A. Endeavor to erect the container middle part 1 from an inclined position in the chassis parts 3 into the normal apex position according to FIG. 2, so that the covers 10 and 11 are easily accessible for opening at the stations of the conveyor line.
To open the middle part 1, pivot the two covers 10 and 11 or just the cover 10 on the buttons 28 - into the position according to FIG. 3, the symmetrical movement of both covers through the entrainment caused by the cam disk 15 and the lever 25 of the cover 11 is guaranteed. The cam disk 15 participating in the pivoting movement of the cover 10 moves the plunger 17 with the cam 29 on each end face of the middle part 1 into the upper position according to FIG. 3, in which it enters a detent 30 of the disk 15 with its foot roller.
Here, the two plungers 17 raise their head pieces 21 under the edge 22 rails, the insert 9 in the position according to FIG. 3, in which it protrudes so far from the opening 8 of the container middle part that it can be lifted out by hand or by a Gripping device is easily accessible and its insertion can be carried out conveniently in the same way.
In order to achieve a center of gravity at point S (Fig. 2) for the loaded and unloaded middle part by arranging an additional mass, as illustrated in Fig. 1 and 2, basically the cylindrical curvature of the middle part 1 - its opening diametrically opposite - a keel-like bar 31 z. B. attached from lead, which extends over the entire or, if necessary, only over a part of the length of the central part 1 or consists of several parts.
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 4 to 6, the oscillating mounting of the middle part 32 in the chassis points 3, as well as the common center of gravity of the middle part and insert basically correspond to that according to FIGS 32 automatically adjusts in the same way as described above.
The main deviation of the embodiment according to FIGS. 4 to 6 from that according to FIGS. 1 to 3 consists in the design and arrangement of the closure for the central part 32 and the movable means for lifting the insert. Here two identical covers 33, 34 are fastened in a planar shape on a transverse axis 35 each on the two end walls 36 of the central part 32 and are mounted so that they can be pivoted upwards; in the open position (FIG. 5) they are secured by engaging a button 37 each in a recess in the chassis parts 3.
In the pivoting movement of the covers 33, 34 take part with their axes 35 firmly seated pivot arms 38; the arms 38 of each axis 35 engage under an end flange 39 of the insert 9 and lift it into the position according to FIG. 5, in which it is easily accessible for lifting out by hand or by a gripping device; The same applies to the introduction of the insert 9 into the opened middle part 32 of the container. In addition, this arrangement of the lids 33, 34 offers automatic protection against the sending off of the container before both lids are closed.
