Description

Pneumatic tube carrier The invention relates to a pneumatic tube carrier with a large conveying space. Increasing size of the pneumatic tube carrier and the related ones Increase: -e of the dead weight and the payload of the rifle increases that of the Driving air to be provided by the contact of the driving heads on de-Rohrw.andung friction work caused. By lubricating the driving tubes with grease or the like. Can although the frictional resistance can be reduced; .on the other hand, the Smearing contaminates the barrel, which makes it difficult to operate. To discount the frictional resistance and to keep the company clean has already been proposed, to equip the rifles with wheels. Such bushes reach far higher in the tube Speeds than the aforementioned rifles equipped with driver heads only. When driving through curves, however, the wheels are subject to great wear, at the same time the speed of the rifles is reduced, as the wheels when stepping of those that do not act in the direction of travel, especially those caused by one-sided loading Forces slide in the tube. To avoid this, it was suggested to use the driver heads to equip a bush with balls held in bearing shells. Movable in all directions But held balls can as a result of their constant contact with the tube wall Bring foreign bodies directly into the bearing shells so that the balls are in them get stuck and then press grooves into the pipe wall.

According to the invention, the axle forks are therefore resilient on wheelset bolsters attached, those on the end walls of the can body around its longitudinal axis be rotatably arranged.

Pneumatic tube carriers are known in which wheels are attached to their fork axles are rotatable, but these are bushes that are guided by special guides are secured in the pipe against rotation about their longitudinal axis. -The drawing is setting Embodiment. a pneumatic tube carrier according to the invention.

Fig. i zeigt die Büchse im Fahrrohr in Seitenansicht, teilweise geschnitten.Fig. I shows the bushing in the driving tube in side view, partially in section.

Fig. 2 shows the bushing in the tube seen from the front.

Fig.3 ist eine Abart der Büchse nach Fi,g. i .Fig.3 is a variant of the sleeve according to Fi, g. i.

The sleeve i is known for easier locomotion in the travel tube 2 Way provided with wheels 3. The axle bearings of the wheels 3 are inserted from Fed @ ern 4. flexibly attached to a .Schel 5, which can be rotated on the bushing body is stored. The attachment of one wheel set # 5 to both end walls 6,; the Bushing i is carried out by a bolt arranged centrally in the longitudinal axis of the bushing B. There is a ball bearing between the end wall 6, 7 and your R.ads.atzschemel 5 9 arranged to make the stool easy to turn with respect to the bushing body zti guarantee.

In another embodiment, Fig. 3) is one of the wheelset bolsters 5 attached to the driver head io detachable from the bushing in the manner described above. The driver head is designed as a sleeve i i, which exactly .auf the body 12 of the open sleeve i can be placed at one end. The driver head io serves as a Closure member of the sleeve opening and can in this case to the sleeve body z 12 by means of clamping lug 13, bayonet locking 14. or both types of fastening can be kept easily detachable. The sleeve i (Fig. I) with firmly on the end walls 6,; arranged wheelset bolsters 5 is divided longitudinally into two equal halves 15, 16. The .one half 15 is with the Stiruwändcti 6.; inseparable while the other half 16 of the bracket with hinges 1; hinged to it is. A recess 22 on the wheel set bolster 5 is used to accommodate a buffer 23. Its dimensions are chosen so that it towers over the load of the wheels-3.
