Fig. 2 betrifft eine Maschine für Zweifarben druck.
Film printing machine with at least one endless stencil In film printing machines with endless stencils, the storage of the stencil tapes up to and including the ZD caused difficulties because the material left on the inside of the stencil after the squeegee device, namely printing ink, glue or other material, such as kaolin, was used for paper finishing or etchant for textiles, through which the guide rollers were pressed onto the outside of the stencils and made the contours of the pattern appear blurred and blurred.
This is shown schematically in an example in FIG. 1. The goods 4 to be printed are glued to a printing blanket 3 and printed using a template 9 which is guided over three rollers arranged in a triangle. The paint or the adhesive or other material 10 is applied from the inside and wiped off using a squeegee 11 . As can be seen from the drawing, paint still remains on the inside of the stencil and this collects in the right tensioning roller to form a wedge, which is then partly pressed through the stencil onto its outer ropes.
The same wedges are formed on the other two tensioning rollers, so that the endless stencil has ink or adhesive pressed through on the outside and the patterns do not appear with the desired sharpness on the fabric to be printed.
This known film printing machine has the white direct disadvantage that it requires a device that brings about synchronization between the printing blanket with the glued-on goods and the endless stencil. In the case of multi-color printing with several stencil ribbons, it is therefore extremely difficult to bring the patterns of the individual stencils to cover. Furthermore, it is not that easy to change templates because the tension rollers are on the inside.
It is stupidly difficult to bring the endless stencil tape into contact with the printing blanket and the goods glued to it, because the tension roller on the right in the drawing squeezes the pattern that has been doctored on, while the tension roller on the left in the drawing squeezes the the outside of the band, printed color, etc. transfers in an undesirable manner to the goods.
The invention aims to eliminate these after parts of the known Fümdruckmaschine and proposes improvements in film printing machines of the kind before, the at least one endless stencil from magnetic forces responsive material and in the printing area in the same sense and at the same speed as the Use a template between this and the table. The invention consists in that for guiding the template at least one external danermagnetic. or clektro- magnetic roller and a permanent magnetic or electromagnetic plate or roller as the printing table.
This eliminates all the disadvantages of the internal tension rollers. A suitable material for the stencils is, for example, steel or iron gauze, which has been surface-treated to be corrosion-resistant, but also one of the usual materials if iron powder or the like is added to the stencil lacquer.
Tissue for printing stencils, which consist partly or entirely of metal wire, have already been proposed, but only for the purpose of higher wear resistance, but not in connection with permanent magnetic or electromagnetic rollers and / or clamping plates.
In the drawings, for example, embodiments of film printing machines designed according to the invention are shown schematically in side view. Fig. 2 relates to a machine for two-color printing.
Fig. 3 shows a machine for three-color printing, both with rollers arranged in an arc.
Fig. 4 shows a machine with only one roller.
Fig. 5 shows the machine with three rollers arranged in a triangle.
Figg. 6 shows a machine for three-color printing with a vertical arrangement of the clamping tables, and Figg. 7 shows a machine for two-color printing with a circular arrangement of the printing tables.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 2, an electromagnetic clamping table, which serves as a printing table, is provided, over which the goods 4 glued to the printing blanket 3 are guided. Above the clamping table, an arc-shaped row of rollers 5 is mounted on a suitable frame 7 , which can also be magnetized by electromagnets (not shown). Each roller 5 is connected to the roller next to it by means of an endless drive chain. One of the rollers 5 , for example the middle one, carries a handwheel 6 for setting the template as described below.
The roller frame 7 can be moved to the side using another handwheel 8 .
As already mentioned above, the endless template 9 responds to magnetic forces and, when the electromagnets are switched on, is attached to the arched rollers 5 and to the clamping table 1 - Eats, so that it assumes the form shown in FIG. 2, epr. The paint, the adhesive 10 or the other material are again applied to the inside of the stencil in the usual way, 11 is a suitable squeegee of any type.
To adjust the stencil in its longitudinal direction, the excitation of the printing table 1 is only switched on weakly, while the excitation of the rollers 5 is switched on fully. By turning the handwheel 6 , the template can now be displaced in the longitudinal direction and easily brought into mutually correct position with the patterns of the template band (s) in front of or behind it. Using the handwheel 8 , the frame for the stencil can be shifted to the side, also when the printing table 1 is only weakly excited, and then adjusted laterally by the stencil.
Then the excitation of the printing table 1 is fully switched on and the goods are allowed to run through the mascluine. The stencil is pressed forcefully against the printing table 1 by the electromagnetic forces that act through the printing blanket 3 and the goods, whereby the movement of the driven printing blanket does not slip 3 and the goods 4 glued to it join in, but glides over this printing table and is colored with the color 10 etc. applied on the inside. Since the template is only guided from the outside,
the above-mentioned soiling of the outside of the stencil by squashed paint etc. is no longer possible. Another advantage of the explained embodiment according to the invention is that the stencil can easily be exchanged, since apart from the doctor device, no machine part is arranged inside the stencil.
FIG. 3 shows the configuration of a machine for three-color printing, each of the three inking units containing a stationary doctor blade, consisting of a doctor roller 12, and a magnetic bar 13. The endless printing blanket 3 runs over the two printing blanket rollers 14, one of which is continuously driven, while the other is used to tension the printing blanket.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 4, there is only a single roller 5 . The stencil 9 with the color 10 applied on the inside is pulled against the clamping table 1 on the one hand and by the roller 5 on the other hand when the electromagnet is switched upwards so that it assumes the triangular shape shown in the drawing.
The embodiment according to FIG. 5 differs from that according to FIG. 4 only in that two additional rollers 5 are located at the two lower corners of the triangle, the shape of which the template assumes , are arranged.
The embodiment according to FIG. 6, which relates to a three-color printing machine, differs from that according to FIG. 3 only in that the printing tables 1 are perpendicular stand and as a result the three inking units are arranged one below the other. The goods are therefore printed in a vertical state, with a drying device 15 assigned to the opposite strand.
FIG. 7 shows a machine for two-color printing, in which the printing tables 1 are in the form of circular arcs within a hollow cylinder 16 <made of non-magnetic material / B> are arranged of thin wall thickness, which is freely rotatably driven.
There are still various modifications possible, please include without departing from the scope of the invention "permanent magnets could be used instead of the electromagnets, the effect of which on the stencil can be switched off. Also, instead of a flat printing table, a roller could be used to move the the goods and the template would run.
