La boucle représentée au dessin comprend une bande 1 de matériau flexible, dont une extrémité est fixée à une bride 2 en forme d'équerre.
Une deuxième bride 3 est fixée amoviblement à la bande 1 par l'engagement dans 2, d'une série de perforations 4 dont est munie la bande sur une partie de sa longueur, de deux tétons 5 présentés par une face d'une languette 6 articulée à la bride 3 et en contact par cette face avec la face interne de la bande. Les brides sont reliées par un boulon 8 fixé à la bride 3 et un écrou 7 vissé sur ce boulon.
La bande 1 passe par un intervalle 9 ménagé entre la bride 3 et l'extrémité d'articulation de la lan- guette 6, et par une fente 10 pratiquée dans la bride 2. Cette bande peut être exécutée en tous matériaux flexibles, par exemple en feuillard métal lique, en matière plastique, en caoutchouc ou encore en cuir.
Pour cercler un objet à l'aide de cette boucle, il suffit d'engager les tétons 5 de la boucle dans deux des ouvertures 4 de la bande 1, en plaquant le plus possible cette bande autour dudit objet, puis de donner le serrage voulu en agissant sur la tige file tée 8.
