Bracelet comprenant un fermoir
On connaît différents types de fermoirs pour bracelet de montre, dont les uns serrent les brins du bracelet entre deux mâchoires, ce qui a pour effet de marquer la surface de ce bracelet, et d'autres qui nécessitent le perçage d'une série de trous à l'extrémité de l'un des brins du bracelet.
Les perforations inélégantes ne peuvent s'exécuter que sur des bracelets souples ou sur des bracelets métalliques uniquement prévus à cet usage.
L'objet de la présente invention est un bracelet comprenant un fermoir solidaire de l'un des brins du bracelet et pourvu de moyens assurant le serrage de l'autre brin, ce brin étant serré entre la plaque de base du fermoir et une extrémité excentrique d'un levier pivotant sur la base de ce fermoir, la plaque de base de ce fermoir portant une nervure qui vient s'engager dans un de plusieurs sillons pratiqués sur la face invisible du bracelet.
Ce bracelet est caractérisé par le fait que ladite plaque de base porte en outre un ergot transversal qui vient s'engager dans un desdits sillons pratiqués sur la face invisible du bracelet.
Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de l'objet de la présente invention.

La fig. 2 est une coupe suivant II-II de la fig. 1.
Le bracelet représenté comporte un fermoir dont la pièce de base en forme de U comporte une plaque de base 1 et deux joues 2. Les joues 2 comportent deux alésages 3 dans lesquels est fixée l'extrémité du lien 4 du bracelet. Un levier 5 pivoté en 6 dans les joues 2 présente une came 7 appuyant, en position de fermeture, sur la surface du second brin 8 du bracelet.
Ce brin 8 porte sur sa face invisible, destiné à être en contact avec le poignet, des fraisages transversaux 9 formant sillons s'étendant sur une partie de la largeur totale du bracelet. En regard de la came 7, la base du fermoir comporte une nervure 10 destinée à venir s'engager dans le sillon 9 de façon que le brin 8 ne puisse glisser lorsque le fermoir est fermé.
La base 1 comporte en outre un ergot transversal 10' obtenu par une découpure de cette base, la lèvre de cet ergot pénétrant dans un sillon 9 de façon à maintenir le lien 8 même si le levier 9 est ouvert, la came 7 ne touchant pas la surface du brin 8.
On obtient ainsi un fermoir de sécurité, la pression du poignet maintenant l'ergot 10' dans le sillon 9, et empêchant le bracelet de s'ouvrir. Le brin 8 vient dans cette forme d'exécution s'engager sous le lien 4, ce qui donne un aspect très esthétique à ce bracelet.
Un autre avantage est la grande simplicité de construction de ce fermoir qui peut être adapté à des brins genre milanais ou tissés. Il est bien évident qu'il pourrait être aussi monté sur des brins en matière plastique.
REVENDICATION
Bracelet comprenant un fermoir solidaire de l'un des brins du bracelet et pourvu de moyens assurant le serrage de l'autre brin, ce brin étant serré entre la base du fermoir et une extrémité excentrique d'un levier pivotant sur la base de ce fermoir, la plaque de base de ce fermoir portant une nervure qui vient s'engager dans un de plusieurs sillons pratiqués sur la face invisible du bracelet, caractérisé par le fait que ladite plaque de base porte en outre un ergot transversal qui vient s'engager dans un desdits sillons pratiqués sur la face invisible du bracelet.
SOUS-REVENDICATION
Bracelet selon la revendication, caractérisé par le fait que le brin serré passe, lors de la fermeture du bracelet, sous le brin solidaire du fermoir.

The bracelet shown has a clasp, the U-shaped base piece of which comprises a base plate 1 and two cheeks 2. The cheeks 2 have two bores 3 in which the end of the link 4 of the bracelet is fixed. A lever 5 pivoted at 6 in the cheeks 2 has a cam 7 pressing, in the closed position, on the surface of the second strand 8 of the bracelet.
This strand 8 carries on its invisible face, intended to be in contact with the wrist, transverse millings 9 forming grooves extending over part of the total width of the bracelet. Opposite the cam 7, the base of the clasp comprises a rib 10 intended to engage in the groove 9 so that the strand 8 cannot slip when the clasp is closed.
The base 1 further comprises a transverse lug 10 'obtained by cutting this base, the lip of this lug penetrating into a groove 9 so as to maintain the link 8 even if the lever 9 is open, the cam 7 not touching the surface of the strand 8.
A safety clasp is thus obtained, the pressure of the wrist maintaining the lug 10 'in the groove 9, and preventing the bracelet from opening. The strand 8 in this embodiment engages under the link 4, which gives a very aesthetic appearance to this bracelet.
Another advantage is the great simplicity of construction of this clasp which can be adapted to Milanese or woven strands. It is obvious that it could also be mounted on plastic strands.
