Description
Fig.3 zeigt in grösserem Massstab einen Teil schnitt.
Die Kammer 1 ist mit einer Zwischenwand 3 ver sehen, deren Rand durch den umgebogenen Rand 10 der Kammer 1 auf die weiter unten beschriebene Art festgehalten wird. Diese Zwischenwand weist Löcher 12 auf, dreentsprechendbemessenundangeordnetsind, um den Gemischzustrom zum nachgenannten Körper K gleichmässig zu gestalten. Über der Wand;
Gas burner with a radiant body The present invention relates to a gas burner with a radiant body and a chamber connected to the supply source for the gas, in which the air-gas combustion mixture is formed and which is closed on the outlet side by a gas-permeable wall, in the chamber an intermediate wall is provided for the passage of the mixture inflow to the gas-permeable wall.
The gas burner according to the invention is characterized in that the gas-permeable wall consists of a plate provided with small holes, which is combined with at least one network, which lies on one of the surfaces of the gas-permeable wall, so that its meshes with the holes of the Wall form passages through which the combustion mixture arriving in the area of the network is passed.
The accompanying drawing shows an example of an embodiment of the invention.
Fig. 1 shows a front view of a gas burner, partly in section.
Fig. 2 shows a view from above, partly in section and with parts partly broken away. 3 shows a part on a larger scale.
FIG. 4 shows a view from above of a detail from FIG. 3.
The gas burner shown has a chamber 1 in which the air-gas combustion mixture is formed. The chamber 1 is provided with a gas and air supply line 2, at the free end of which the nozzle for the gas inflow is provided in a known manner. The gas emerging from the nozzle sucks air into the line 2.
The chamber 1 is seen with a partition 3 ver, the edge of which is held in place by the bent edge 10 of the chamber 1 in the manner described below. This partition has holes 12 which are appropriately sized and arranged in order to make the mixture inflow to the body K mentioned below uniform. Over the wall;
3, a double jet body K is provided which has a plate 4 provided with small holes 14, which is curved and delimits the chamber 1 on the outlet side.
On the convex side of the plate 4, a wire mesh 5 with its meshes offset from the holes in the plate 4 covers the plate 4 in such a way that these two parts form straight through passages through which the combustion mixture burns evenly and perfectly flows in.
The network 5 is made of highly heat-resistant material, e.g. B. made of chrome-nickel, and lies closely against the curved surface of the plate 4. The double jet body K is after. covered outside by a wall 7 with larger openings than the mesh of the network 5. The edge of the wall 7 is attached to the edge of the radiator K.
The latter is reinforced by a frame 6 which is attached to its edge and against which the edge of the wall 7 rests. These edges are clamped on the edge 10 of the chamber 1 mättels rianen-shaped strips 8, namely clamp these strips in such a way,
that a perfect seal is achieved and also the heat-conducting connection between the double jet body K and. the remaining metal parts is made ago. The gas mixture comes from the chamber 1 through the holes 12 to the double jet body K and flows evenly through the holes 14 of the plate 4 and the meshes of the net 5 in order to burn properly in the net 5,
without d'ass overheated areas.
