In der Fersenpartie des Schuhes (Fig. 2) ist un terhalb der Zwischensohle 5 an dieser ein Metall kranz 11 befestigt, und zwar mittels Nieten 12, die die Zwischensohle 5, den Zwickeinschlag 4 und die Brandsohle 3 durchsetzen. Dieser Metallkranz be sitzt Ausnehmungen 13, in denen sich der Gummi des Absatzes 15 festsetzt ;
Footwear, in particular ski and sports boots The invention relates to footwear, in particular a ski and sports boot with a vulcanized outsole. In the manufacture of such footwear, it must be taken into account that the upper is often subjected to large tensile forces which make an extremely firm connection between the outsole and the upper absolutely necessary.
A simple adhesive connection between the vulcanization outsole with the lasting impact and the insole is, however, often not sufficient to achieve a resistance-resistant anchoring of the vulcanization sole on the upper part corresponding to the stresses occurring, especially not if the leather is thicker is fatty.
The invention is based on the task of ensuring the expected high loads on the footwear when using the same account tra lowing firm and permanent connection between the vulcanized outsole and the shaft through special training of the shoe bottom.
This object is achieved according to the invention in that the shoe has a midsole that is connected to the brand sole and the upper leather lasting allowance by means of one or more sewing seams, which protrudes laterally over the upper leather and has a raised edge that forms the outsole Vulcanization compound, reaching to the upper leather, completely surrounds.
The midsole, especially in the immediate vicinity of its raised edge, can be provided with perforations through which the vulcanization compound can penetrate, so that a wall-free anchoring between the outsole and the midsole or the shoe upper is achieved.
For this purpose, the fire sole can also be provided with recesses so that the vulcanization compound can penetrate into these recesses and anchor itself there. Due to the elevation of the midsole edge, the midsole forms, so to speak, a trough, the edge of which is partially completely filled and surrounded by the outsole mass,
whereby, on the one hand, an unconditional durability is achieved and, on the other hand, the vulcanization rubber rests tightly on the upper leather and surrounds it tightly up to the contact point of the shaft on the upper edge of the vulcanization mold, which is achieved by making the shoe absolutely waterproof.
In the case of a ski boot whose heel part with the heel is particularly heavily stressed by the pull of the binding, the heel part of the shoe can be reinforced, first by attaching a metal ring to the underside of the midsole, which is vulcanized into the heel and on Shoe bottom means.
Rivets are attached, which extend through the insole and the midsole and possibly also through the lasting allowance of the upper. The metal ring can be provided with recesses for penetration with vulcanization rubber as well as with teeth <RTI

Furthermore, a steel plate can expediently be inserted between the insole and the midsole in the heel part of the shoe, which is adapted to the split of the last and ensures or increases the dimensional stability of the shoe.
In the accompanying drawings, an exemplary embodiment of the shoe according to the invention is provided, FIG. 1 showing a cross section through the front part of the shoe, FIG. 2 showing a cross section through the heel part of the shoe, and FIG. 3 showing an individual representation of the metal ring.
1 with the upper leather of the shaft is designated and with 2 its lining. 3 is the insole with which the lasting allowance 4 of the shaft and a midsole 5 is connected by means of a sewn-through seam 6.
The midsole 5, which is preferably made of chrome leather, is dimensioned so that it protrudes laterally over the shaft and its edge is raised all around by, for example, a strip 7 being glued or sewn on. Furthermore, the midsole 5 has perforations 8, in particular also directly on the inside of its raised edge 7. The insole 3 is also expediently provided with perforations 9.
The outsole 10 is vulcanized in a known manner and penetrates the recesses 8 in the midsole during the vulcanization process and at the same time overflows the edge 7 thereof, i.e. it becomes stuck between the upper leather and the midsole within the tub-shaped midsole edge.
This once a firm anchoring between the outsole and the midsole he aims and continues to ensure that the shoe is absolutely waterproof. The rubber of the outsole, which penetrates through the recesses 8 of the midsole, also settles between the lasting impacts of the shaft and is also anchored in the openings 9 of the insole,
which also increases the durability of the outsole. View m = between the insole and the midsole an expansion material made of felt, for example, then this is also perforated so that the vulcanization rubber can flow into the openings in the insole.
In the heel of the shoe (Fig. 2) is un below the midsole 5 attached to this a metal wreath 11, by means of rivets 12, which enforce the midsole 5, the lasting impact 4 and the insole 3. This metal wreath be seated recesses 13 in which the rubber of the paragraph 15 sets;
In addition, the metal wreath 11 is provided with prongs 14, so that a good anchoring between the metal wreath and paragraph he follows. In addition, the metal ring 11 can have any shape and design.
Furthermore, a steel plate 16 is provided between the insole 3 and the midsole 5, which plate extends between the lasting indentations 4 of the upper. This steel plate is fitted to the last split and guarantees that the shoe maintains its shape. 17 is a wooden wedge which gives the heel a greater rigidity and also rubber. is saved.
From the illustrated embodiment it is clear that the shoe according to the invention is extremely durable and absolutely waterproof and thus has the necessary requirements, in particular for a ski boot. Nevertheless, the production of such a ski boot is cheaper than the previous types of construction than this, through the use of a vulcanized outsole.
