  Emballage
 La présente invention a pour objet un emballage comprenant une   cnveloppe    possédant une paroi latérale et un fond, caractérisé par le fait que l'enveloppe contient un étui présentant une paroi latérale, un fond et une paroi supérieure mobile, ledit étui étant susceptible d'tre déplacé dans l'enveloppe, des moyens étant agencés provoquant l'ouverture de la paroi supérieure de l'étui lorsqu'on pousse ce dernier hors de l'enveloppe.



   Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de l'objet de l'invention.



   La fig. 1 en est une vue en élévation de profil, l'étui étant dans l'enveloppe.



   La fig. 2 en est une vue selon I-I de la fig. 1.



   La fig. 3 en est une vue en élévation de profil, l'étui étant dans une position   intermédiaire.   



   La fig. 4 en est une vue selon II-II de la fig. 3.



   La fig. 5 en est une vue en élévation de profil, l'étui étant sorti de l'enveloppe.



   La fig. 6 en est une vue selon III-III de la fig. 2.



   L'emballage représenté comprend une enveloppe 1 présentant une paroi latérale 2 et un fond 3. Dans l'enveloppe 1 est glissé un étui 4 présentant également une paroi latérale 5, un fond 6 et une paroi supérieure 7 fixée sur la face 8 de la paroi latérale 5 et susceptible de pivoter autour de sa fixation dans le sens de la flèche 9 (fig. 5).



   Au bord de la paroi supérieure 7 de l'étui 4 est fixée, par exemple collée, une bande 10 souple, s'étendant le long dc la face 8 de la paroi latérale 5.



  Cette bande 10 est pourvue de deux lamelles 11 engagées respectivement dans deux fentes 12 pratiquées dans la paroi latérale 2 de l'enveloppe 1. Le fond 3 de cette dernière est percé d'un orifice 13.



     I1    est prévu de réaliser l'emballage 1 en carton ou en matière plastique.



     I1    est également prévu de réaliser un emballage dont l'enveloppe 1 est obtenue par découpage et pliage d'une seule feuille de matériau.   I1    en est de mme pour l'étui 4 dont la paroi latérale 5, le fond 6, la paroi   supérieure    7 et la bande 10 seraient également formés par découpage et pliage d'une seule feuille de matériau.



   L'emballage représenté, plus particulièrement destiné à contenir des cigares ou des cigarettes 14, est utilisé comme suit:
 L'étui 4 étant placé dans l'enveloppe 1, fig. 1 et 2, l'usager introduit   l'un    de ses doigts dans l'orifice 13 (fig. 6) et pousse le fond 6 dans le sens de la flèche 15 (fig. 3 et 4). Lorsque l'étui 4 est dans la position visible sur la fig. 3, les lamelles   1 1    de la bande 10 butent contre les extrémités des fentes 12 et empchent la bande 10 de monter plus haut.



  En continuant de pousser sur le fond 6 dans le sens de la flèche 16 (fig. 5), on provoque le basculement de la paroi supérieure 7 de l'étui 4 dans le sens de la flèche 9, ce basculement étant dû au fait que la bande 10 est retenue par les lamelles   1 1    et arrte le bord de la paroi supérieure 7, alors que l'étui 4 continue de se déplacer dans le sens de la flèche 16.
 



   REVENDICATION
 Emballage comprenant une enveloppe possédant une paroi latérale et un fond, caractérisé par le fait que l'enveloppe contient un étui présentant une paroi latérale, un fond et une paroi supérieure mobile, ledit étui étant susceptible d'étre déplacé dans l'enveloppe, des moyens étant agencés provoquant l'ouver

   Fig. 5 is a side elevational view thereof, the case having taken out of the envelope.



   Fig. 6 is a view along III-III of FIG. 2.



   The packaging shown comprises an envelope 1 having a side wall 2 and a bottom 3. In the envelope 1 is slid a case 4 also having a side wall 5, a bottom 6 and an upper wall 7 fixed to the face 8 of the side wall 5 and capable of pivoting around its fixing in the direction of arrow 9 (fig. 5).



   At the edge of the upper wall 7 of the case 4 is fixed, for example glued, a flexible strip 10, extending along the face 8 of the side wall 5.



  This strip 10 is provided with two strips 11 engaged respectively in two slots 12 made in the side wall 2 of the casing 1. The bottom 3 of the latter is pierced with an orifice 13.



     I1 is expected to make the packaging 1 in cardboard or plastic.



     It is also planned to produce a package whose envelope 1 is obtained by cutting and folding a single sheet of material. The same is true for the case 4, the side wall 5 of which, the bottom 6, the top wall 7 and the strip 10 are also formed by cutting and folding a single sheet of material.



   The packaging shown, more particularly intended to contain cigars or cigarettes 14, is used as follows:
 The case 4 being placed in the envelope 1, FIG. 1 and 2, the user introduces one of his fingers into the orifice 13 (fig. 6) and pushes the base 6 in the direction of arrow 15 (fig. 3 and 4). When the case 4 is in the position visible in FIG. 3, the strips 1 1 of the strip 10 abut against the ends of the slots 12 and prevent the strip 10 from rising higher.



  By continuing to push on the bottom 6 in the direction of arrow 16 (fig. 5), the upper wall 7 of the case 4 is caused to tilt in the direction of arrow 9, this tilting being due to the fact that the strip 10 is retained by the strips 1 1 and stops the edge of the upper wall 7, while the case 4 continues to move in the direction of the arrow 16.
